Not sure what happened to this place but it is not a nice place to visit any longer. We would always visit and the manager was very nice and kept the place very clean. I will not go on and on but just look at these pictures that I took. How can this go on with the Days Inn brand and Wyndham? This is not acceptable and disgusting. We told the front desk person but they did not seem to care… Stay away!

Good location off 51 near 2 and only minutes from Ironwood. Lots of parking. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and room was clean. Hotel was quieter than the hotel we normally stay at in Ironwood. We made use of the sauna and pool while we were there. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi was really weak all the days we stayed there.

Clean rooms, great hot tub, good breakfast.

Very clean rooms and polite staff. Ice on both floors, plenty of vending, and you can even order a pizza that is cooked right downstairs. I stay in town for work and the refrigerator/freezer combo along with the microwave makes keeping simple meals on hand easy. There is a grocery store within walking distance for food and any forgotten toiletry items.

Staff was very helpful rooms were clean, beds were to hard did get much sleep.

Check in staff was friendly and offered to help carry our bags. My biggest complaint is the mattress which was like a rock and the pillows were flat and wore out. We woke up multiple times during the night because it was so uncomfortable. We both woke up with back pain as sleeping on our sides hurt our hips. They really need to invest in some new mattresses. I will pay double next time to stay somewhere else if they still have the same mattresses! Otherwise the decor is dated but I can live with that if I can get a gpod nights sleep.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms and facility are very clean. We were there on a Friday morning and the only thing I could suggest is adding eggs (other than hard boiled) to the breakfast.

Decent continental breakfast. The fact that is has a pool and a hot tub and a sauna was a huge plus. There was a lot of late night partying in the halls though and I had to tell people to quiet down multiple times.

Great basic hotel. I love that beer is available at the desk. Decent breakfast. Great value.

The staff was just so friendly and helpful. After a day of riding ATV in the pouring rain we came back to the motel and I asked the woman at the front desk if we could possibly get our jackets and our snow pants dried so we could ride again the next day. She said no problem. She gave me a bag to put everything in I dropped it off at the front desk and when it was all dry she dropped it off at our room what great service!

I got there at 1am and they were open and had a room available. It was a nice place and also had breakfast in the morning.

The elevator did not work during my stay and some of the key cards don't work. Rooms are okay size, very dated but new flat screen TV. Coffee makers in the room don't work very well, but the iorn is excellent. The rooms are clean, the sheets look fresh. Staff is nice but seems to be Clueless.

Excellent service! The front desk lady upgraded our room for free and was super friendly. Our room had a king bed, a Jacuzzi, a nice fridge with a spare freezer. The hotel also had a nice pool that we didn't have time to use. My only concern was that the interior was rather dated, the sink was outside of the bathroom, and the price wasn't stellar for a discount hotel.

Very nice room plus clean. Breakfast had very good choices too, would definitely stay here again.

People have been very friendly. Service has been superb. Cleanliness of facilities have been great.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. We were informed that their website was wrong and the pool is not open 24 hours but they did allow us to use it until about 12:30am so I felt they had made that right.

24 hour access to pool, hot tub and sauna. Why don't all hotels do this?

I give it 2.5 stars, definitely clean but rooms are tiny, breakfast worst I've seen in years with terrible coffee. This is the best place in Hurley. Might consider a hotel in another town, prices 80.00 to 100.00 per room, in August, a slow period.

Nice rooms, well taken care of. Pool room was beautiful. Dry room sauna is awesome. Newer furniture in the rooms.

Clean rooms. 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub. Staff seems very friendly. Quiet location. Free breakfast. Close to downtown Hurley Wi and Ironwood Mi.

I love swimming there and they have the nicest employees.

Decent rooms at a decent price. Right on the snowmobile trail.

We stayed here while going snowmobile. The location makes it very accessible to the snowmobile trails and since this was our first time in the area, the staff helped us in regards to the location of places in Hurley. The rooms were clean, the pool/hot tub was as to be expected, and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the price was a little high.

Can hear neighbor bathroom fan. Pretty nice.

Charge you if you do not stay. No explanation. Nothing sent to confirm the reservation I made. No statement of policy. Charged card and told me the next day early waking me up. It is against the law to charge somebody's card without their consent. May call a lawyer. The manager talks down to people. Rip Off artists.

When I arrived in a thunderstorm, I was thankful they had a vacancy. That grateful feeling had changed by morning. The pool was closed for maintenance, the cable was out, and the Wi-Fi only worked if you were standing in the lobby. There was nothing that worked as advertised! I read a book for an hour and went to bed. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but for $120 I expected quite a bit more. Awful. Waaay over-priced.

Little run down. Not much around the hotel either. Nice indoor pool.

Good hotel, nice pool and decent breakfast. Stayed one night during a trip to the U. P. To see fall colors and enjoyed ourselves. Rooms were large, beds firm and comfortable and clean. Few minor problems here and there — toilet paper holder was broken, room had a bit of stale smoke smell despite being a non-smoking room. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which goes from 3' to 5' and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. Reasonably priced ($88/night) and includes a continental breakfast with everything from cereal to bagels, donuts, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot chocolate. Good value and good location.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel over Valentines Day/Presidents Day weekend. Considering it is out in the middle of nowhere you would assume they would accomodate guests better. Aside from the CHIPS and CHOCOLATE in the vending machine, there is NO other means of getting food from this hotel. NOTHING DELIVERS, the only thing in the vending machines are chips and chocolate and soda. Unless you are awake at 6am for the mediocre continental breakfast (cereal and bagels) then you do not eat during the duration of your stay. Even if you were to bring your own food with you during your stay at this hotel, they DO NOT provide a microwave or fridge in the rooms. You would have to haul a cooler and have cold food the entire time. I would think that they would accomodate guests better KNOWING nothing delivers and there is nothing around the hotel. Especially paying over $100 a night plus taxes, the rooms are not clean, they are stuffy and have an awful smell to them. There are pets that run wild (dog) that are not payed attention to and upon check-out a small dog almost URINATED on my suitcases! The front desk and other guests did NOTHING to fix the situation. Also, as far as toiletries inside the room, most places provide more than just ONE bar of soap for guests. Days inn did not. I think you should offer lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner along with hand soap. Just a common sense suggestion. Along with better accomodations for food and guest services.
