Made reservation, arrived, and received to the room. Walked in to the room and it was not ready at all. I was not earlier. Beds were complete stripped with not clean bedding in the room. Dirty towels in the bath. The front desk was not surprised and decided to give me a new room. Just not worth the price.

They didn’t pay the bill and TV is out. Desk clerk responds with, “what do you want me to do about it? ”
Building is in bad shape, parking lot sucks. Pot holes big enough to swallow a truck.
Won’t stay here again.

Horrible! We had 2 rooms for 2 nights while four wheeling in the area. No hot water so could not shower after riding all day, not clean at all — black hair all over bathroom floor, sink, and tub — free breakfast was commercially wrapped cinnamon rolls, 2 cereals, and English muffins. We were outside getting things ready to ride, went back in to grab another cup of coffee and was informed no refills! It is cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Room was fine and price was right but shower didnt drain. They offered to move us to different room but didnt want to move all of our stuff.

The room was clean, beds comfortable and air-conditioning worked great. They were dog friendly and worked well with us. They placed is at the end of away from other guests.

Musty room, terrible breakfast no staff to be found for checkin. Had to wait 15 minutes and look around for an employee. They were out of milk so I peeked under to the fridge below and found the most disgusting mess in the fridge. Old food and an awful smell. Told a guy that worked there he laughed and said yeah that's been under there awhile.

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The AC was wonderful and the blankets and beds warms and comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and alarm clock. Part of the inn was being renovated, but that was no issue. Very few guests the evening we stayed for the parking lot was rather empty. We saw the vending machines; breakfast (toast, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, bagged pasteries and muffins; coffee and teas) was a bit lacking but nice to grab something small and go. A bit dates but could tell changes were being made. Nice stay!

5 way taped to the wall for power outlets, no air circulation in bathroom, rancid bedsheets. Price was good though.

Rooms were clean, prices were fair. The bar was a ton of fun, we will definitely be back!

Left my phone in my room 12 days ago and these idiots still have not mailed it back to me. Salina the manager is no help. Won't take my calls anymore. Tomorrow will check with local police because I am left to think she stole it now. Promised tracking for days but never provided any.

The lady by the desk was very nice and courteous. Knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. Rooms were very nice and plenty of towels. Was not expecting a microwave and fridge, but that was a great touch. Thankyou will definitely stay there again.

The front desk people were so friendly and helpful! Nice, comfortable bed. Very clean. The breakfast was okay, but great coffee. Love Keurig! Shout out to Valerie, we might come back just to see you!

Great people. Our hotel was cancelled and just by luck they had a room for me and my family after seeing how stressed I was she gave us a small discount. Rooms are nice smelled good. The beds well I ended up on floor cause husband kicked me out of bed.

We stayed there a few weeks ago for some snowmobiling. It has a huge parking lot. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I'd recommend it to anyone!

So glad we have that as a Lodging option in the North Country. Lots of rooms and plenty of parking for those of us with snowmobile or boat trailers. They've been doing a great job remodeling and it was very clean. I found the staff to be super friendly. I'll be staying there again on my next trip.

I love the snow country inn. The rooms are nicely updated. And the service is phenomenal. Kathleen with a K. Is the bomb. She makes the place so warm and inviting.
