The service was good, the room was fine although the bed was a little stiff. The Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to and did not stay connected or reconnect automatically.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Great hotel! We had to switch rooms for a reason irrelevant to this review, and the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was satisfying. Additionally, the swimming pool was heated. Most hotel pools are freezing, but this one was comfortably warm. The pool area also has a good-sized hot tub. The breakfast was good as well. They have a waffle maker, cereal, bagels, muffins, and fruit. The seating area is a little small, so can be cramped with a lot of people in there, but not bad.

Hotel was good. I enjoyed the social hour during the week. They had a nice assortment of snacks and a complementary adult beverage.

Nice hotel but feel like they haven’t quite finished a renovation. Doors still seem to be from the 80s with the paint color, ceiling had water stains and should be repainted and bathroom was half new and half 80s. But overall, very nice and staff gave a great discount since I came in around 2am. Would recommend!

Nice, clean and quiet. Great breakfast and staff. Good location close to the Redlin museum and good restaurants.

GREAT location! The staff was amazing. I called five minutes before check in and he had adjoining rooms ready for us. I came in tired with a dog and children and they helped get me settled and gave my kids some treats! I would highly recommend.

Watertown SD Country Inn and Suites provided a guest focused experience. From check in though check out. A five star experience.

Wonderful staff. From Paul in the mornings to Michelle at the front desk to Pauline in housekeeping, as well as Jeri the manager. All were very hospitable and accommodating for our 7-month long term stay.

Very clean. Breakfast was hot with a good variety of options.

Convenient location close to the interstate and clean rooms. Free breakfast was also nice.

Nice place, great people and awesome people hospitality. My friends and I have stayed here for a few years in a row now coming back from Sturgis SD on our Harley's, great places to stay and great rates.

Fantastic hotel. Great service. Zack (front desk person) was friendly and efficient. Best pool between Arizona and the Canadian border! (clean and perfect temperature) spent almost 2 hours In the pool and hot tub and very nice large hot tub. Rooms are very clean, large and comfortable! Thank you for not disappointing on our last hotel night stay on a long, fast driving trip from Winnipeg to Chandler, AZ and back. Will definitely be back if we drive through here again! Highly recommend this hotel!

Quiet and safe area, next to an IHOP, and the room was very clean and modernized.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that one could desire. The breakfast was decently laid out with plenty of options. Wifi wasn't able to stream video extremely efficiently but this did not effect my stay.

Recently visited the country inn & suites in watertown, sd. Always have clean rooms, courteous staff, and a good breakfast. They are currently remodeling, but it didn't affect my stay.

Right off the interstate, easy to find. Rooms were immaculate. And staff is very friendly and helpful in any way they can be.

We booked through Expedia and when we got to the hotel, they had no record of our reservation. I panicked, but luckily they had rooms available. The front desk clerk gave us a discount on our room. She booked us a room on the third floor, looking straight at the Terry Redlin Art Center. It was a beautiful view! Rooms were nice and clean and the free breakfast was very good. Definitely will be back!

Nice clean rooms close to highway, and food, will stay again.
