Hotel is nice and clean. People are friendly. Included breakfast is good. No complaints!

Hotel was nice & clean. Easy access to where I was going. Housekeeping staff needs some new skills. They were very rude and walked in my room twice with only knocking and did not acknowledging themselves well BEFORE check out time. The 3rd time they walked WITHOUT even knocking and very rudely said "oh, your still here! " I was not impressed with housekeeping staff, the rest o my stay was however enjoyable.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is wonderful especially Sheeren, Mark, and Lucas. Super nice folks. They do have a pool. The bed is super comfy. Is it weird that I like how they don't shove the ends of the bed sheet and blanket under the mattress like every other hotel do, so when you get inside the covers your feet&legs feel tied down? Haha Anyways oh yeah also their breakfast I think is not too bad. Better than any other hotels we have stayed here in Watertown. Lucas does a good job making the food and making sure there's plenty. Also they have a grab and go breakfast bag for those in a rush. I would have gave this place a 5 if it wasn't for an employee there that did something that was uncalled for.

We stayed on a Tuesday. The staff: The lady working the front-desk checked us in with no problems. I forgot my razor and shaving cream and they had complimentary ones I could use. The room: The bed was firm, but still comfortable for me. The pillows are kind of airy feeling. We had a single king-size bed and a couch in the room. The room also had a desk with a lamp on it, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. There was also a light on each side of the bed and a standing lamp in the corner of the room (no worries about lights). The TV was on the smaller size. The location: The location was great. If you want downtown, you could find somewhere else (probably a 10 min drive). It's very close to the Redlin Art Center. It's within walking distance of Walmart and a lot of restaurants, fast/food, and Starbucks. General Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn't the greatest, but managed for the most part (you can pay for premium). There was a basic pool (didn't use it so no comment). The breakfast area looks nice and breakfast was good for a complimentary (nothing to blow you away).

This is a nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for a good night stay.

Amazing staff, very clean rooms and great hot breakfast. As Hilton Honor member I was sent early check-in and had option to select room. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel has the normal Hampton amenities. Close to shopping and dining. Easy access to the interstate.

We got a suite which was worth every penny! HUGE room. Breakfast was delicious, loved that they had fresh fruit, whipped cream and chocolate chips for waffle toppings. Rooms are new and well appointed. Really no complaints.

Professional, clean, tidy and homely.

Was a great stay. Very comfortable room. Spacious accommodations. I'd certainly return. Only issue was that they accuses me of smoking in the room because I left my cigarettes on the desk when I had left for work. That aside, great stay.

I had a few trips through Watertown over the past couple weeks and stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites every time. The hotel is beautiful decorated and very clean. The service was amazing and the staff was always kind and very helpful. The breakfast selection was great and the food was delicious! The pool and hot tub are also great for a splash or relaxing soak. The hotel is also right next to a good selection of restaurants if you wish to go out, a Walmart if you need some necessities (though they have a shop in the hotel and provide some of the basics for free), and the Redlin Art Center is just down the street if you are looking to explore. The drive to visit my family isn't very long and I can make the trip in one day, but this hotel is the exact halfway point and we like it so much that we are making it an official stop when driving to see them. It is a perfect overnight relaxation spot.

Great room and atmosphere.

Just OK got in late at night. Associate that checked us in had messed up the room # so had issues connecting to Wi-Fi no big deal easily fixed with a call to front desk. However when checking out, waited for 20 minutes before an associate was seen to check us out, again not a gauge deal, would stay again, but expected a little more.

Great hotel! Quiet, comfortable, and quality. One of the newer/nicer hotels in town. Easy to get to location with enough nearby within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel! We were amazed at the size of the suite. The staff were all very friendly. I am a bit of a germaphobe and tend to have issues staying at some hotels but I felt completely comfortable as this hotel is so clean. You can tell that the cleaning staff actually care about the work that they do. The woman who assisted us at the breakfast area (Wanda) was so sweet! She gave my daughter coloring sheets and gifts to keep her happy on our road trip. She went above and beyond to greet us and ensure that we had everything we needed. She even left extra coloring sheets and crayons at the front desk for us to take when we checked out. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

I found the lady at the front desk to be less than helpful. We were planning on coming in from out of town for a funeral. After spending a lot of time trying to find a good price online, I finally called Hampton Inn. We wanted to stay at a hotel where there wouldn't be any unpleasant surprises, and knew they had a good reputation. I was put on hold several times during my call, only to be told there was nothing they could do to lower the price. Having worked in the hotel industry, I do not believe that for a minute. My mom made contact with the Quality Inn and Suites and was treated quite differently. The woman she spoke with was very understanding and eager to help. She afforded us the bereavement rate, and took the time to move things around so our rooms could be together. What a difference! And you can believe that THAT is the kind of hospitality we remember.
