We stayed in a King size suite very roomy with a small kitchen, nice and clean. With covid life right now they have done a nice job in making you feel comfortable.

Just spent a week here and we couldn’t have stayed at a better hotel. Spotlessly clean, a super friendly and hardworking staff, comfortable beds and a superb hot breakfast every morning. We were in the back of the hotel facing I75 and yet in spite of high traffic and nighttime road construction, we heard absolutely nothing, rooms are very quiet. The suites have everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this location.

This is my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and I have to say it’s my new favorite amongst the Hilton chain! They truly know the meaning of hospitality! From the clean, spacious room, to the considerate, welcoming staff and beautiful lobby, this hotel makes you feel so welcome. I also absolutely loved their evening reception! I went down expecting lite snacks but it had such a selection! Fresh fruit, delicious soup, tasty salsa, delicious fresh baked cookies, and a perfectly chilled glass of wine, it was such a lovely addition to an already top notch stay.

The suite is fantastic, staff all friendly & helpful. Already telling the boss this is the place to stay.

I had visited a family member who recently stayed there. They made things real uncomfortable to where they racial profiled a person of color. Staff will follow you to the pool and gym and then harass you about rules. It made you think this particular hotel discriminate against color people. They had several roach bugs in their rooms even when they looked clean and nice. They need to keep up with extermination rather then harass someone. No I would never book a room from there after my family had trouble with the staff.

BEST HOTEL STAY EVER! Rooms are clean, spacious, and very accommodating. Most rooms have a large fridge, stove top, and sink. The staff was very nice and very hospitable. Pull out bed was terrible though! Basically spring between two bedsheets. We had a large group of boys and their families for a baseball tournament and we were able to use the sitting and table area for eating, gathering, and hanging out. What a value!

Best place of it's kind I've stayed at in a while. The service and even the food were excellent! I'll definitely stay there again.

Can't say enough good about this place from the comfy beds to the nice breakfast. They even serve dinner several nights a week and wine one night. Nice indoor pool. Wonderful staff from front desk to housekeeping.

What a really exceptional hotel. My room was very clean, the shower was huge with great water pressure, and the suites had a fridge and stove. I really enjoyed the fact that it had both breakfast everyday and dinner Monday-Thursday. I will definitely stay here each time I visit this area.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all the way up to 5 star hotels in the most desirable locations in the United States, one of which was ranked one of the best hotels in the world. And I can tell you from experience this is one of the most outstanding hotel/establishment I’ve ever been to. It is run so well and there are so many small touches that add up to a simply outstanding experience. I love the swan folded out of towels in the room at check in, and housekeeping went the extra step to organize the suitcases in our room. These are things you see at much higher end hotels. Whoever the owner/management team is that owns this property should truly be proud of this beautiful gem of a Homewood suites property. As I said many times, truly exceptional!

Perhaps the friendliest staff and warmest welcome I've ever had at a hotel. We were greeted with a handmade sign as one of our group had stayed there previously. We were given "sack breakfasts" so we could eat before departing early for flying pig, and given late check out so we could shower after. Large, clean, comfy rooms and a beautiful outdoor and indoor area to relax or eat as a group. Putting green and grills were a surprise. Wish we could have stayed more than just one night.

Clean, clean, clean, quiet with all the amenities of home. Ecept a comfy pillow, bring your own. Very good hot breakfast most importantly hot coffee. Checkin/checkout hassle free. Location near anything you would want and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are really big. Has kitchen minus stove and has utensils. Breakfast buffet and dinner/appetizers in the evening. Only issue was that upon checkin there was some pajamas left in the bathroom that housekeeping overlooked. Called front desk and they promptly got them and housekeeping cleaned the room really well the next morning. Close to lots of restaurants. Enjoying my stay so far.

Excellent service, super bowl complimentary get together for guests. Lovely comfortable room. Good breakfast.

A customer of mine was staying here, so I can't give my experience as a customer, but this place is impeccably clean, the sweets are beautiful, if a little bit Spartan. Dinner is free, breakfast is free, they have some wines set out that are really affordable. The lady at the front desk has been there some 16 years and was super sweet. I'd absolutely stay here. Prices were 130 + night which went down to $99 if you stayed for a month.

Our family loves coming here! Super nice, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is always hot and delicious. Friendly staff too. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Great staff and clean facilities. We were only there for one quick night but we were quite happy. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area north of Cincinnati.

Front desk was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Evening reception and breakfast was also good. Pool was a bit small and quite cold.

This hotel was everything we hoped and more. The room was large and clean. The service was fast and polite. The free breakfast was better than many breakfasts I've paid for! The rates we very very reasonable. Sad we weren't staying longer. Highly highly recommend.

The suite we had was very nice, but the staff was over the top good to us, the gals at the front desk were extra special and the girls that did breakfast and dinner were so sweet to take things to my table because I am handicapped. I would certainly return to this hotel in the event I go to West Chester OH. Again. We stayed a week and felt like we were losing dear friends when we left. Bless all of them for their loving and caring spirits.

Quiet clean and right off the highway. All staff were really nice and breakfast was well above average for a room of this price. Bed was comfortable and there is a little kitchen in the room. There were several soccer teams staying there and I did not hear anything.

Amazing place and amazing staff. The staff at the night time lounge area are the absolute best ever. Free food and alcohol at night until a certain time. They even have a putting green.

We used this hotel for our wedding night and the housekeeping staff stole my wife's robe (it was a present from her mother, it was embroidered with her name and everything). The manager said that there's nothing they can do but will let me know if it turns up… I have stayed at many, many hotels as I travel regularly for work. I will NEVER stay here again. Beware!

Newest hotel in the block of hotels in the area. Standard breakfast offering in the mornings, nice big lobby area where it is served. Slow elevators. Nice big rooms, clean and well laid out. Good ac units that weren't too loud.

The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was warm and a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a ceiling fan above the bed with adjustable speed via remote control. The room heating cooling and ventilation system is awesome. It's not one of those nasty wall units. Have a nice large flat screen TV with ample cable channels. There's a small kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator, well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room we stayed in was spacious and the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is clean and check in was quick. The only reason we gave 1 star is because the dis respectfully treatment we got. Our family stayed at this hotel on June 24. We came back to hotel around 11:20pm, then I called the front desk to ask if they had a crib or any kind of play pen for our 2 month old baby. The guy at front desk informed me that they do not have any. Then I asked if I can get one if I paid for it, the front desk guy still told me "No ma'am, bye. " (with very cold tone). This is very frustrating when I knew they had some available. I looked on the website, it stated that they have cribs. 2 min later, my husband called the front desk again requested that a crib be sent to our room. The front desk guy said he will see if he can find one and that they only have so many, but that he would check and send one up. 5 minutes later he knocked on our door with a playpen. We are very disappointed with this kind of dishonest customer service. As a loyal Hilton Honors and Homewood Suites repeat customer for years, it is definitely a big turn off.

The mobility king suite is a great room, very spacious. Evening reception, & happy hour are offered M-Th. The property is very clean and updated. Will return.

The customer service of the staff here is amazing. Everyone we encountered was so genuinely kind and helpful. We stayed the night as a treat for our 5 year old to celebrate her birthday. The staff put a bunch of balloons in the room, a birthday card, and bag of treats for her. It was a hit! The pool was wonderful and so warm. Usually my kids are freezing and never swim long but we got to enjoy the pool for quite some time because it was pleasantly warm. Anytime we needed anything throughout our stay, someone was there to help us and provide. There were a lot of good options at breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean and full of amenities. We will certainly stay again and highly recommend others to stay as well. Thank you Homewood Suites!

Check in was super quick and easy. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch and nice desk area. The shower was nicer than I expected, with double sliding glass doors. Overall, a very comfortable and affordable hotel.

First time staying at this hotel, but I must say that it is top notch! I'll definitely stay here again! Service was great, and the room was very nice. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The best customer service ever. The front desk is extremely polite and very responsive. The housekeeping is really immaculate and it shows in the cleanliness of the place. The front desk goes far and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of even when the housekeeping is busy. Very clean and spacious breakfast area, clean laundry and they help you with the change if needed. The fitness center and indoor pool is an added benefit.
