Great place to spend the night!

It is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The employees are all super polite and respectful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling.

One of the best stays we had! Staff was extremely friendly! They were so helpful and patient with all the soccer boys! We had a banquet room that was allowed to be open for just us to eat together! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

It's a hotel. It has a serviceable event space and nice lobby. Parking is not an issue.

Nice hotel conveniently located by the highway. Restaurants and coffee close by. Lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Room was clean and everything worked fine.

I have spent many nights at this hotel while visiting West Chester for business and have always been impressed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the location is very convenient.

I’ve already shared this with management to bring it to their attention. When we arrived in our room, the pillow cases and towels were a bit damp. They had not dried completely before being brought to the room. The pillow cases were dry by the time we went to bed. The towels remained damp. Nothing majorly bad, and we could still use them. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed only for a night. Room was smelly. A/C was not working properly. Asked for a receipt when checking out and receptionist did not even bother to ask if I need a receipt. When asked for a receipt, he told they would send an email and I never received it even after a month. When called back about the receipt, guest services put me on hold for about 20 mins just to send an email.

Newer hotel in what seems like a new section of town. As expected with a Hilton Garden In the rooms are clean, well appointed and great for a night or two away from home. The staff are helpful and the pool is heated. What more else is there to say?

Was recently here for a work conference. Facility was clean and the food provided was good. The breakfast bar area looked really cool.

Basic hotel. Not as many or as nice of amenities as other Hilton's. Friendly staff & Nice stay.

Very nice clean fresh cold fruited water available in the lobby great little Bar / Cafe great for conferences which is what I was there for.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean — the lobby, the restaurant and more importantly the rooms. The staff was great and very helpful. The location is good as well — lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. We would definitely plan to stay again on our next visit to the Cincinnati area.

Not the best Hilton I have been to. Limited accessories in room and okayish service. There weren't any room options available with king bed and tub.

Nice and modern hotel with large dining area and a separate ground floor lobby conference room. Breakfast is okay but that has more to do with the service than the food. If it is full service, which it is supposed to be, then they need a larger staff. It's buffet style but with special order items from a kitchen. They take your tip but are not very attentive. We did get silverware and coffee eventually. The breakfast food selection is excellent! Plan your next stop on I 75 here, it really is better than Hampton Inn.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is clean… So very clean. I had to compliment the housekeeping staff. They do a great job. It's nice to have a restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to leave once you arrive. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location is right off 75 for easy access. Rooms are nice, as well as the rest of the facilities. I'd say the hotel has a modern, slight county farm feel which is really nice.

We always stay at Hilton Garden Inn, across the country, ALWAYS. Consistency is why. Always clean, always friendly staff, great food.

Excellent choice for a hotel with easy access to I-75, I71 & 275. Room, bathroom & public areas all clean. The breakfast in the morning has made to order omelets with much better than average hotel breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. Basic Internet is free but it's slower than what I expected. High speed Internet is available for a fee. Overall staff is friendly & accommodating. I plan on returning to this hotel in the future when visiting Cincinnati.

Nice size clean room and very comfortable. Standard good internet at 5 MB/so which works well. Did not see an option for a room with a tub, only a shower, which is usually fine. The bathroom door insists on closing which I didn't care for.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was nice. Bed was a little to hard for me. The food was terrible. Ordered pasta with marinara and chicken. The sauce was salty and bland. The chicken was little chopped up pieces and tasted bad. The whole thing was cold and I had to microwave it. Nice place to stay but avoid the food. I ordered room service and the tiny plate of awful food and two dinner rolls cost $23.00.

Had a pleasant overnight stay. Modern and clean amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. No complaints.

Nice enough place. Bugs me that you have to pay $6 for the continental breakfast and they constantly push you for the $10 "hot" breakfast that allows you to special order a meal. I want a bit of fruit and maybe a yogurt, not worth my $6.

Friendly, efficient, showed concern for customer satisfaction. The front desk made an extra effort to verify that the special requests for feather free pillows on my reservation were addressed.

Clean and peaceful. The front desk could use someone with better people skills but a soild place other than that.

Nice looking hotel but our room smelled extremely musty / moldy. The hair dryer handle heated up to the point I almost needed to wrap a towel around it. For the room price paid and the fact this is not a resort town we were also surprised the charge for breakfast was $10+. We stayed at a Quality Inn on the way south. Room was nicer, cheaper, didn't see and breakfast was included. Will not stay there again.

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was based on me applying for a job there. The staff I spoke to were amicable and concise 8n explaining what I needed to do and what was expected of me. I appreciate the help I was afforded.

It is a very nice place. But there was an odor that was overbearing when we walked into the room, we ask for another room and it was the same way but not quite as strong. It might be the cleaning solution they use but they should change that because it smells like throw-up. I brought this to the attention of the front desk.

The rooms were nice and clean. The price was comparable. Close to plenty of restaurants. Nice pool. The one employee was very nice. There was no continental breakfast provided.

Very nice hotel. Our room was so clean when we arrived, it actually smelled new. The staff was very friendly; however, the housekeeping staff could use a course in how to clean a room when guest are still in the room. I don't know, maybe we made her nervous. Anyway, breakfast was made-to-order (usually $9.95 but we received vouchers for our group event) and it was pretty good. Overall great experience and I can see staying here in the future.

Beautiful room and great location! The only negative is that you have to pay for the breakfast if you want it, but I recommend going down the street to The Original Pancake House. You get a better variety there.

Overall great hotel, very clean. Only issue was arrived after 9pm and had to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter to check in.

Nice hotel but fire alarm went of at midnight and didnt seem like staff knew how to handle it. Other than that stay was great.

Excellent value at this location. We stayed overnight in a very clean, up to date king room. All staff were positive and the utmost professional every time we needed something. Overall an excellent hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice rooms. Paid $100 for a double room. Breakfast is not included. It is pretty new, so everything is in good condition.

Wonderful customer service. We walked into our room and realized we had reserved a suite but we were not given one. Went back down to the desk and they upgraded our room to an even nicer one right away at no extra charge. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We were impressed.

The hotel is very clean, staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the $9.95 charge for breakfast on top of what you are already paying for the room.
