Mason Hotels with a Pool

My only complaint is that I could hear the people upstairs very loudly. Sounded like they were going to fall into my room at times. I called the service desk to complain, but the noise continued. The noise was only a couple times the day I arrived for a few hours each time and it wasnt super loud (however still annoying) so I didn't complain til the morning when they sounded like they were fighting and throwing suitcases. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Nice clean rooms, good choices on TV. Breakfast is average. Small pool. But a nice place if your traveling to rest your head. Housekeeping does a great job.

Great hotel! Staff was exceptional and eager to make sure we had a great visit. If you are doing kings island, stay here, and buy tickets directly through the hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Great customer service and excellent at assisting with last-minute accommodations. Every employee I encountered seemed happy and eager to help. Rooms were clean and amenities included were accounted for.

Our room was clean lots of hot water. Check in went smoothly. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Beds were great. Only problem sometime in the night someone went through our car taking CD's. Appears that was the only thing missing. I suggest a security person.

Very clean and modern. Our room had the sink outside the bathroom which was great for getting ready in the morning. The beds were quite firm. The breakfast was very simple with only cereal and bagels/muffins. We enjoyed it over all and would return.

Beautiful location. Right in the path of I-71. There is a GFS across the street. Target is within walking distance. The staff was great. First time staying there, I hope it won't be the last.

Everything went well at my stay here. The amenities were well kept and very modern. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard for hotels and did the job. Overall a quality hotel with no problems.

We stayed here for 12 days, and have stayed in many Residence Inns around the country, including living in one for 3 months, so we're very familiar with the brand and the expectations.
This Residence Inn really tries to be at the top of their class. Everything is pristine, modern, and for the most-part, well maintained. We did experience electrical problems others have mentioned.
The staff are lovely people.

Great service, rooms was clean, pool was nice and warm, they even have a little basketball court out back.
My daughter got sick and needed new bedding at 2am. Front desk people responded quickly and kindly and for me new bedding asap.
Couldn’t be happier to stop here on our long drive home!

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in a long time. Every employee I encountered was courteous and friendly. The beds were comfy, nice outdoor pool and it was quiet. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.

This is the nicest place we've stayed on this long trip. We only stayed night but were so impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the little touches throughout-absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. I sleep light so I appreciated the quiet air conditioner. The breakfast here is great! A real breakfast. Really enjoyed it. The counter people were very helpful and courteous.

I definitely recommend Kirkwood Inn. Our stay was amazing!

Lovely little room I had my first visit, loved it so much came back the next night.

My family and I stayed here for Toyota's Family Day at Kings Island. Very nice staff, and clean hotel. Thank you for having an outdoor patio, and my kids loved the pool. Loved that it is so close to Kroger, gas stations, Kings Island, and various places to eat.

Loved the indoor pool, pool table. Breakfast was great. With in 5 minutes to Kings Island. Best part check out is at noon.

I was expecting it to be a bit nicer, but it was clean with comfortable beds. The shuttle service to and from the park was great! Loved the heated pool that was open til midnight and being able to view the fireworks from KI poolside every night was an added bonus. Will stay there again.

Great location for going to Kings Island. Having the shuttle to and from Kings Island was definitely a perk. The staff was friendly and accommodating! The room was clean. The front desk clerk was great! I would recommend this hotel if you're just coming up for a night or two in order to go to Kings Island.

Great hotel! If you’re going to Kings Island then stay here. They have an elevator and rooms are in pretty good shape. I can’t believe how nice it was for the price. Digital AC, HDTV, just fantastic. Yes, a few minor repairs here and there need to be made but that is any place. Only complaint is the breakfast area is not big enough to accomodate the number of people there. Some people were eating in the lobby or taking food back to their room.

It was very clean, very close to king's island, the staff was awesome… especially Jennifer, she was super helpful in getting my rooms and taking great care of all my concerns.

It's really nice and family oriented.
