We were in there for christmas break 2019 and we enjoyed really much more than we expected. The owners are very welcomed and nice people. Hotel was very very clean, hot and peaceful. Whoever we came across (owner, cleaner etc. ) was very warm and polite people. We enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna, grill however we want. As a summary I can say that they do their best for you to feel yourself as in your home. I strongly recommend and I do plan go there again and again because I liked zakopane so much and the hotel as well.
