Iv’e stayed here numerous times, always helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, I recommended staying here.

Had a wonderful stay Saturday night in a jacuzzi tub room. To be clear, it is a slightly larger bathtub with jets. Very comfortable for one person, but definitely not what I thought when I booked. (I saw the picture on the FB page and thought that is what I was booking. ) It was my own fault. Room was super clean, comfy beds, awesome breakfast. Only compliant is the toilet tissue is cheap and seems to be one ply. It definitely is not what is expected with a Hilton.

Caden was the employee at the front desk and was awesome! We had been driving all night and he got us checked in early and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was really clean and you could smell the cleaning products when we had walked in. This hotel fit our needs perfect and the staff was really great!

We were running behind schedule and going to get in really late. We called to see if we could cancel our room, but were informed it was too late, sales are final within 48 hours of stay. Fine, I understand that. We told the desk we would try to make it. When we arrived we were told the room had been rebooked and the hotel was now full. So at 1:30 in the morning we had to get the kids back in the van and find a new place. Hampton did not refund our money, even though they resold the room that was ours! Holiday Inn (my usual favorite) took care of us easily and politely. I guess I'll keep my business there.

Clean rooms. Friendly service. Decent location. The parking lot can be tight at times however. Also make sure to get to the continental breakfast before the rush in the morning.

Super clean and comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Conversely located close to restaurants. Slept like a baby. Their pillows and mattress is magical.

My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Nationwide Arena. I booked out hotel at the last minute and was pleased with the hotel's proximity to downtown and German Village. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place but please tell me the full price you are charging my card so I don’t have to call and ask. But beautiful place nice staff five starts we will defiantly go again sometime.

Not a typical Hampton experience. Definitely an older property. Staff was friendly. Elevator is way down the hall and around the corner from the lobby. No pantry for snacks or supplies. Breakfast choices are limited.

Good hotel! In a location next to giant mall area with lots of food and other amenities. Close to the highway for easy access to Columbus or highways going anywhere else one might need to go.

Bit of an odd shaped Hampton, but one of the few that still has a hot tub. Rooms are decent but you can tell its an older hotel. Staff is great as is the norm at a Hampton.

Stopped for an overnight on a trip through Columbus. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was yummy and plentiful. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but they looked well-maintained and large for a smaller hotel.

The rooms were clean and we'll stocked. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. The staff was friendly and the location was quiet. Convenient to restaurant and shopping as well as the interstate.

We stayed at this hotel overnight on Thanksgiving night, as we live in the country and wanted to be in town for Black Friday. This was a great hotel for our purposes and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was at 6am, which worked for us and had a good selection. Overall, this stay was great and certainly allowed us to relax before the craziness of Black Friday!

The location was ideal being so close to the highway. A number of restaurants were a short drive away and one was in walking distance. My room was clean and the breakfast was adequate. Common areas were very clean and the hotel staff was pleasant.

Room was huge and very clean. The breakfast provided was about the best breakfast I have eaten in a hotel. Was very good and had many choices.

Slept overnight on the pull out couch after being told we would have two queen beds in the room. Horribly uncomfortable sleep. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast is a nice touch.

The rooms are a tiny bit smaller than most, but they are nice, including a fridge and microwave and a comfy couch. The breakfast is decent, but they make the eggs from liquid and the bacon was overcooked and too brittle to pick up.

Decent. Recently remodeled. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Room was clean, well maintained, and smelled nice (the entire property has a great smell). Not the best Hampton I've stayed at but by far not the worst. Solid 4-stars!

It was the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. I am a Hilton Honors member and travel the Hilton family world wide and was sorely disappointed in the quality. The night help did the best they could but the day manager did not want to do what it took to make things right. So much for the Hilton Satisfaction gaurentee!

Well this was the vacation from hell this is not a kid friendly hotel. It was a huge event going on at the hotel and as I observed the lady at the front desk her name was Taahira she was very nasty and unprofessional to some of the people from the group. Yes it was a little loud but hey it was a lot of people in the group and the sad part is I didn't care about the kids or the group having a great time but the staff was extremely nasty towards the group. The front desk lady had multiple people coming back because they was double charged and Taahira was just nasty and unprofessional to these people. I even heard her use profanity. I will never come here or recommend this place again. FYI make sure staff is prepared to handle large groups with children and get rid of the bed bugs.

Lobby was not very inviting. Coffee area is in the walk-in area, plus there is seating for people just wanting to visit. To me not very welcoming. The distance of some of the rooms in the newer addition to the front desk and the breakfast area very long and narrow halls. The room was very clean and quiet. Parking not the greatest for the size of the hotel. I have a handicap and was assigned a room at the very end of the hotel lower level and parking was in the very front of the hotel. There were only 4 handicap spots, and I think like 4 diamond spots. Both nights we stayed we got back late and was lucky there were handicap spots left. The breakfast area was very small and unorganized. Once again didn't fit for the size of the hotel. On Saturday went down for breakfast at 915 and people were lined up for waffles into the hallway because there were no other breakfast items available. Waited about 15 mins and nothing else brought out, and we had to leave.

Had a room with 2 qeen beds. Clean and comfortable beds but very small room, hardly any space to walk. Reception lobby also very small. Breakfast decent. Lady taking care of the breakfast buffet was nice. Front desk staff was nice.

Lauren helped us with a last minute booking. She was so caring and made sure we had everything we needed and more for our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool. It's spacious and very clean. Like I said the staff is amazing as well.

The great experience here. It is located right off the expressway. Breakfast was pretty good rooms for someone special and the staff was very friendly.

The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were gorgeous, the hotel faculty made it their duty to make it the best stay! Housecleaning did a great job and didn't steal anything. Definitely one of the best hotels in have been too!

Was very Clean with a very helpful and friendly service. Rooms were nice and clean with nice bathroom and shower with plenty of towels and wash rags. The beds were comfortable with nice big pillows.

A pretty unforgettable experience, but the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were less than pleasant (seemed very intent on telling us the no smoking policy). The pool area had a sign stating it was undergoing maintenance and when we called the front desk they were indifferent and said it was open even though the sign said otherwise.
