This was the perfect stop for us after a long day of travel as it is conveniently located off I-71 & I-270. There are several restaurants to choose from & a Super Walmart across the street. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was very comfortable & clean. Hotel staff was very polite! We will definitely stay here our next time through.

I made a mistake on my reservation. Staff went out of their way to correct the problem. Rooms are a bit small, but very clean and updated. Would stay again without hesitation.

When checking in I was ignored while the clerk was on a personal call. I get to the too the room the toilet was not flushed from the previous person staying in the room. Went down to tell the service desk clerk and he was on a personal call again. I got a new room. When going to eat breakfast the cereal had expired in November 2017! It was June 2018. The morning clerk didnt seem to take the expired cereal Seriosuly.

I booked a hotel with a discounted rate and the day before my reservation the hotel owner (nick patel) decided it was okay to cancel my room without even telling me. I asked the front end receptionist (Susan) why they cancelled the room without letting me know and she told me nick thought the rate was too cheap and they could find someone else that was willing to pay more since everything in the area was selling out. I’m reporting to B. B. B and choice corporate. I will also make sure NICK PATEL pays for my hotel room at a different hotel I had to get since he cancelled on me the day before my reservation. I know you’re reading this you cheapo NICK PATEL. Hope your business goes in the gutter with your cheap business tactics. Now that I’m reviewing some of these other reviews thank god you cancelled my reservation at BED BUGS INN.

Awesome Amazing place to stay.! I visit monthly, it's home away from home. The Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this place highly! Plenty of places to shop and eat near by within walking distance…

The worst hotel I ever been to. This place has cockroaches. When we asked for a refund they said they would give us one. 5 weeks later they never got BK with us. So we reported them to the BBB an they never responded to them either. So 2 weeks later we called them again they told us that the manager would get back with us in a couple hours never did. And to this day we never got a refund. Do not say here. PS I posted pictures of them there from room 221.

New clean remodel. Excellent price. Just realize it was a microtel originally. Small rooms. Surprisingly well stocked breakfast.

The rooms are nice and clean. But a bit small. There is also a never ending supply of plugs in the room I counted 24 in mine. Perfect fit charging all of your electronics. Wi-Fi is also good.

Good clean hotel. Staff was really nice. The rooms are a little small but thats ok. They were really clean. Good place and I definatly recommend.

Don't stay here. This hotel has bedbugs. It seems they maliciously gave us the room being fully informed of the matter. I say this because when we entered the room we noticed that the room was kept at an unusually HIGH temperature. The heat was on very high and we could hardly breathe. A few hours later as I lay in bed I noticed the mattresses had some sort of weird plastic wraps around them. And then shortly after I had bites all over my body. As soon as I recognized what it was we checked out. Then I had to spend HOURS in the cold meticulously checking every inch of my belongings. SHAME on this business and it's manager Nick Patel. I did not ask for a refund because I want them to use it to eradicate the problem so they don't force others such hardship.

Non-Smoking Rooms! That's all they offer. So far, so good. Walking is relatively easy. There's actually sidewalks! Saw public transport pretty late, (a bus). I'll up date after checking out. Just to see how things really go. This review is about the area mostly.

No hot showers. A bare basics hotel that fails to provide the basics. Recently I had four rooms for two nights and had no hot water in any of the rooms at any point. I alerted the front desk multiple times and was either ignored or told that it was functioning properly. I was not even given the option to change rooms or the chance to talk to a manager. One of the clerks allowed me to leave a note but the manager never called.

Not very clean. Front desk during mid shift she was sweet and helping. Overnight… he gave us real “quality inn” experience. Our Hilton reservation was overbooked and we had no other choice but this was the worst night sleep I’ve ever had. Management need to improve over night guest services experience. He did not care one bit about any issues.

I would like to rate this establishment with 5 stars. I visit my home town and not having any reservation to any hotels. I looked up the hotels close to my family and found this one with reasonable pricing. I called and got the pricing and visited the location before booking a room. The building was as nice as the pictures that was displayed on the site. The room was very nice and clean. But the hospitality was the top of the icing. All nice aND the mannerism was outstanding kind, and very helpful. I will recommend this location. Don't be fooled by the low ratings try for yourself. It was an okay hotel. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable. Staff were nice. Continental breakfast was average.

A decent hotel if you don't want to splurge on something more expensive. The room I stayed in was tiny, but it fit my needs as I was by myself. If my wife were with me, we'd be bumping into one another. The room was clean, staff was professional, and breakfast was standard fare. Laundry and fitness areas are available. I would stay here again if on my own.

Location is great everything is withing walking distance. Restaurants stores gas station bars all close by. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is awesome. Service is tremendous! Downside is no pool!

The room was decent with double beds and beautiful lighting. Loved it. Right in the middle of town also so all locations are possible to reach within minutes.

Lots of convenient electrical and usb ports, but it was the smallest room I've ever been in. Fortunately, I've been married to my travelling companion for 42 years and we have our close-quarters maneuvering down pat. Oh. And the corner of the bathroom vanity, much too close to the toilet for a grown adult to take the throne in comfort, was supported by a rough-cot 2x4 — hardly a decorative touch. Bed comfy, hot and cold running water and plenty of conveniently placed outlets, but not for anyone even slightly claustrophobic.

The lobby looked a little unkept, but there was construction going on outside the building, so they may be in the process of improving it. The room I was in was clean, it looked freshly painted. The cover/bed was clean, and even passed my OCD-inspired blacklight test. Overall it was very good for the money.

Completely renovated hotel, with incredibly soft beds. Also, the complimentary breakfast was amazing! A waffle press, sausage links, eggs with bagels, bread, cheese danishes, and all the cream cheese and syrup you could ask for. Like I said, AMAZING!

Rooms need updated. But the staff was nice and breakfast had variety.
