The staff was fabulous, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. All good things… except: if you happen to be disabled, they make it VERY OBVIOUS that you were an afterthought in their planning. The only handicap spaces are on the sides of the building (meaning, you can't park there and come in the front doors without a long walk around the very large building), near doors that require a room key to enter. So you better park under the overhang to check in and get your keys, then move your car to the side of the building, only to have the longest distance possible to get to the elevator and/or your room.

We just stayed here for my sons 5th birthday so he could swim! Every staff member we encountered were amazing and so helpful and thoughtful! I can’t say enough good things about them! As well as it was a very clean hotel and well taken care of! We will definitely be back!

Your car will get damaged in their parking lot when u park it to sleep for the night! woke up to about 40 trash bags piled up next to it and have a big scratch on my car now! I was basically told it wasn't their problem and their is not security cameras I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING WITH THEM! very unprofessional! I'm still not done better business bureau here I come!

After staying at a Drury Inn & Suites in Cincinnati, we wanted to stay at one on our Columbus visit. Lily’s customer service was exceptional at check-in and the General Manager alway made a point to make sure our “Princess” always had everything she needed when we went down for breakfast or the evening kick back. He even gave her a popsicle and made her day! We will be staying here again in the future.

Hospitality is out the window here. We have stayed at several Drurys and have been here several times but they are rude and inconsiderate. Allowed a group to “book” the pool for 55 people and only 8 people are there. Allowed some little girl to walk back to the elevator crying because she couldn’t swim. Never batted an eye. Actually told me to go find her and tell her to come back. Do your job. Hospitality industry is lost here.

Great hotel with great customer service! They saw we had our daughter with us so they upgraded our room so we had a pull out couch, awesome room!

This hotel was recommended to us by friends. They raved about the accommodations and the service. They weren’t wrong! We will stay here again.

We have stayed at couple of the Drury Inn this one was horrible. The manager was worthless. The pool was discusting hair and pack of gum in there even though kicked out every hour to clean. Too many people in the pool at one time. I don't even know where all to start it was so bad. Got a room with jacuzzi it was dirty too. It was just horrible stay will never be back at this one will stick with the rest of them that were amazing this one they all hated their jobs and it shows.

Very clean hotel. Comfy beds. Serve breakfast and supper. 3 free drinks per evening.

This is our go to hotel. We have been here too many times to count. Each time we are greeted with the exceptional service and friendly staff that make this a one of a kind! Large rooms with comfortable clean beds microwave and mini fridge. The evening kickback offers three free adult beverages per adult, soda, juice etc along with an assortment of hot appetizers, mini buffet style hot foods and snack options. The choices of hot foods change daily but may include a variety of items such as chilli, chicken alfredo, nacho and baked potato bar. Visit the lobby in Evening for fresh popped popcorn and soda for children or adults. The morning breakfast buffet is just as amazing, fresh fruits, oatmeal, bagels, omlets, sausage gravy etc. Family friendly hotel with a swimming pool, and fitness room. Wouldn't stay anyplace else!

Nice hotel in the heart of Grove City Ohio. It was clean, the room was large (I believe they have us a free upgrade). They offer hot breakfast in the morning and evening snacks and drinks at 5:30, and both are complimentary. They have a smaller indoor/outdoor pool that you can swim between and an outdoor patio area around the pool. They have entire Floors dedicated to their non-smoking customers which is much appreciated. I recommend this property.

I have no complaints about the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were softball teams in the hotel so it was a little loud at times and the pool and eating area were constantly crowded. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I arrived at 4 a. M. To check in. I was basically in an emergency situation. I had not slept in over 24 hours. I asked the clerk who checked me in to put me in a quiet area. He was very helpful and even knocked $50 off the bill for the first night since I was checking in so late. Everything was fine until the next afternoon (I stayed 2 nights to rest up). They put a guest with yappy dogs right next to me. It was a nightmare after that. They offer free hot breakfast which is not too good. They also offer free dinner and drinks. Yes I said dinner. Usually hot dogs and a salad bar. I was not impressed with the dinner at all. It's buffet style and there were a lot of kids there. A breeding ground for germs.

My stay here was phenomenal the temperature in my room was set perfectly. The have what is known as kickback, for two hours for all the registered guess. Eat as much as you like but a three drink (alcohol) minimum but fountain drinks are available. The amenities were awesome a swimming pool and jacuzzi and a workout room.

Excellent experience! We were evacuated from our campground and Drury Inn and Suites was a life saver! Very affordable, AMAZING breakfast AND pet friendly! The room was very modern and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

My stay has been pleasant. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast as well as their 5:30 kickback evening meals. This also includes 3 free adult drinks. The rooms are very nice and clean and provide modern accommodations with plenty of outlets. The pool and spa has been a good getaway as well. I also needed to use the business center computer and printer, which was very fast and worked well. They even have free popcorn as a snack during the late afternoon/early evening. Laundry on site, $1.50/load wash/dry. Showers have INSTANT hot water! To top it all off, the staff is extremely friendly, enjoyable and hospitable! Highly recommend this hotel!

Just like my review for the one in Kansas City, there is reason for me always seeking out a Drury to stay in. These hotels have yet to disappoint, and are some of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I've traveled a lot, and have thusly stayed in a ton and wide range of hotels. Drury has yet to disappoint. Solid price. Comfy, clean rooms & beds. Stellar service. Free breakfasts & Wi-Fi. If there's one in the area I'm staying (there usually is), this is where I stay.

We have stayed at different Drury inns over the last couple years, they have all been wonderful. I have no complaints. Breakfast dinner and some drinks. The showers already have soap or shower gel shampoo and conditioner attach to the wall. The pool is open late. The doors are locked for safety at night in the main lobby so you need your key to get in. I would definitely stay here again.

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I brought a team of 16 high school baseball players and 4 coaches including myself. The coaches stayed in the suite, which was very spacious. The players really enjoyed the rooms and were happy with the amount of space they had with four to a room. The breakfast every morning was great, as was the 5:30 hot food provided with the stay. The service was great, the facility was super clean, and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel, even if it is a little more expensive than others. The convenience of the food they provide as well as what is around it is well worth it.

Great stay. The pool was crowded with kids but what a Great place for family. Love the freebies in the evening. And the breakfast isn't bad. Can not complain about freeish food lol… room was clean and nice. More towels would have been nice. We will be staying again.

I was racially profiled without having done or said anything offensive; to the point that the police were called to escort me from the premises. I'm sure it's a nice hotel but not with that kind of management Zach Jones. Oh; and I'm a service connected veteran.

PROFILING; I didn't even stay: I was stranded after midnight and needed to use the phone as mine had died. Abby; an employee, was more than helpful and compassionate about me being stranded. I then meet Zach Jones, the manager at the time. While Abby is present, there was no issue with me using the phone and staying warm inside. Mr. Jones was present and appeared to not have a problem with my situation. Abby leaves; now I have to also. Why? Cause I'm black. I didn't think so until I noticed Mr. Jones watching me from the office through the windows to the outside. If Mr. Jones was going to be present in the lobby, why couldn't I wait inside for a ride? Where it is warm. As I write this in the cold; he is comfortably standing inside with Katie (both looking) watching me be cold and stranded. I think your company needs to revisit it's policies and procedures and what is expected from your customer service representatives. And now Mr. Jones is calling the police because I'm standing in the entrance.

This is a fantastic hotel with easy access to downtown. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and there are refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The treadmills in the exercise room are the newest models with all kinds of fancy features. They have a hot and cold breakfast and dinner bar with all sorts of options. I have stayed here each year for my yearly conference and will continue to do so!

Drury Inn is our favorite hotel. They are thoughtful, attentive and inexpensive. There breakfast is always good; loads of warm options. Free snacks and adults beverage in the afternoon. How can you go wrong!

Drury Hotels are always a welcome site on a road trip. They are consistent and excellent and in My opinion go the extra mile. This location is no different. Very nice rooms and amenities. Priced well. Breakfast and Wi-Fi included. Oh, and popcorn!

We stayed at the Drury for a birthday party. The room we had was amazingly nice and big. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and celebrating the birthday.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, rooms are nice size, staff is courteous, amenities are top notch, meals, breakfast. Popcorn being made and the smell through the main floor is nice and friendly. And my pet is welcome also!

I have stayed at this place many, many times. I LOVE this hotel and the staff, HOWEVER last night may have been my last stay. Now my 4 stars is for the hotel, the amenities and the price, but the disgusting trash that was there was ridiculous! Some people would have their whole families come in just to use the pool and eat the kickback meals. I actually seen people come in the front door, and come sit down, eat and then leave. We had some constantly bither us while we were eating ask us to buy their alcohol. Others dropped their kids off at the pool and then left, hallway back by the pool smelled like straight marijuana. I also had an issue with someone dumping chewing tobacco down the suite drain and it stayed there. Maintenance had to come and fix it. We got $50 off our stay, but couldn't enjoy the hot tub cause some white trash family let everyone in their family get in it including their kids that were under 6 years old. They kept dumping stuff in the hot tub and it wasn't that hot anyway. I did talk to the general manager, made him aware. But you can definitely tell that the low life's are making their way to ruin a small town and family fun. Time to take the trash out and keep them out!

Made a meeting room reservation close to the holidays with short notice. Sales team was professional and courteous. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were a hit. Room was part of an adjoining suite which I was not made aware of and there was a small hiccup getting to the right room, but all in all adequate.

We love staying at Drury Inn's! This property is very new and in a central location for getting anywhere in Columbus. The rooms are spacious and modern and the amenities are fantastic! Your stay includes a hot breakfast buffet and the 5:30 Kickback. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come back!

Very beautiful hotel right of the expressway. Staff is very friendly and amenities are A+ the 5:30 kickback is a nice change from most hotels that don't offer anything for guests in the evening. I always stay with drury when possible.

There is countless places within walking distance to either eat or find missing items your forgot. However most toiletries are provided at the hotel. The staff here seems friendly and food is provided and good to eat.

I found The Drury Inn Columbus Grove City to be ideally located amongst great shopping and food venues, and very close to Interstate 71. The hotel is clean, contemporary in design and has friendly Staff. At the time of check-in, I was given free drink tickets for the hotel's social gathering area. All-in-all, it was a fine experience!

Beautiful hotel. We had a suite room and it was big and spacious. Room was clean and had a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel! Customer service was great, the free breakfast and evening happy hour were surprisingly good quality, rooms in their entirety were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and I didn't have to keep signing in over and over again. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

What's not to love about Drury Grove City? The staff and management are attentive, accommodating and affable. Drury offers the best hotel breakfast ever. The free pub style dinner is awesome. The room is comfy & clean. I am a do it yourselfer and Drury offers extra rewards points when I forego housekeeping. Most importantly, I see allot of friendly dogs and want to pet each one. It makes my heart happy Drury allows canine family members to accompany their humans during hotel stays.

I have stayed at this hotel before and not had a problem. However I will not stay there again as there is an employee there who is dishonest. I forgot to get some items out of the nightstand when I checked out. I called back later the same day and my possessions could not be found. Two days later and still nothing. As only an employee would have been able to enter the room I have to believe that an employee has taken my possessions.

WOW! What a great hotel. You will feel like the Ritz at a fraction of the price! They provided free dinner (chicken tacos with all the fixings), free breakfast (hot eggs, bacon, biscuits, good coffee — not cold store bought pastries) and a VERY clean room. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in since the JW Marriot in GR Michigan and it was a lot more expensive! I will search our the Drury Hotels line at every opportunity! I wish there were more of them!

We stayed here with our family in July 2017. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and very willing to make changes to our room reservation so that we could have an adjoining room with our son and his family. The hot breakfast each day was great as well as what they referred to as the pub fare menu for supper at 5:30 each day… all of this included in the price. Within walking distance to shopping. When traveling this will now be my choice for overnight stays. To bad they are not in every state.

The Drury is Super Clean and Beautiful. You can smell freshness when you walk in. The room was spotless and the a/c worked perfectly! I have so many problems with the temperature in hotel rooms, but not here! The staff is friendly and even informed me of a discount I almost missed out on (when I went to check out). They credited my bill $50 for the night so that I could receive the discounted rate. I've never received such great service!
The breakfast was typical but good. They have both indoor and outdoor pools which was really nice. This hotel is the closest one to the Board of Cosmetology and I highly recommend staying here! We did before my daughter took her Licensing test. I'm so glad we did!

I liked the location and it was a fairly clean hotel. The fridge in my room didn't work. Informed the front desk, they sent someone up who told me to wait 15 min and if it wasn't cold to call. I called and they said it would need to be replaced. After 1/2 an hr they called and asked if they could do it in the morning. I said that would be fine. No one ever came and replaced. It. Was there 4 days with no fridge. Very inconvenient! Nice people, bad customer service.

Hotel is very nice and clean. "Happy hour" is really a nice feature for travel. Hot food and drinks! Free fountain drinks when you want is really great. Room is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay on my next trip!

Drury Inn & Suites was a very nice place to stay. One of the most comfortable overnight stays I've had in a long time. It had modern decor with warm tones that made for a relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff and other guest were polite also. 5 star rating from me all the way!

Great prices and service. And as they say, the extras aren't extras. So free breakfast, supper and drinks! Plus they have a gym, pool and jacuzzi. The service was awesome. Not even one problem with the cleaning crew or the front desk staff.

Room was fantastic. Very professional. Absolutely beautiful. The continental breakfast should be named something else because it is much better than most "continental breakfasts. " Anytime I can stay at a Drury Inn, I most definitely will.

A great experience. Breakfast and dinner provided, with the three free drinks for dinner. I mean, what could be better? The food was fresh and not over processed. The rooms were immaculate, and the maid service was spot on. Plus, location-wise, you're just outside the heart of downtown, but you're surrounded by a hundred creature comforts and stores. Fantastic. Really.

This hotel received an awesome facelift, and their amenities are awesome. Free breakfast and dinner plus 3 drinks for 1 hotel stay? Sign me up! Beautiful artwork too, and much of it showing Columbus history. Nice touch.

My wife randomly chose this hotel as a stopover enroute Florida. We had a very positive reaction to the hotel from the outside. Once inside, guests are treated to a well appointed lobby with very friendly staff. Included with your stay are complimentary supper and breakfast. These comments are made before breakfast but if it matches the supper, everyone will be extremely pleased. Included also are 3 complimentary drinks (beer, liquor, wine). Free soft drinks, juice & popcorn are available until 10:00pm. Rooms are spacious, we'll appointed and very clean. We were fortunate to meet the Regional Sales Manager, Christy Wiley who is an outgoing friendly lady. She along with the bar and food staff made our supper a real treat. This hotel gets an 11 out of 10.

Overall good deal. Happy hour ends early, pool wasn't heated, but it was indoor/outdoor which would be cool in warm weather. This is December, it was a little too cool. Rooms were great, passed an inspection for common pests. Free WI-FI. Great staff. Cardio room was great, both treadmills and low impact. Oh, no lock on the bathroom door in the suite.

This could easily become a favorite staycation spot. Wanted a night "away" with the kids before schools starts. It's only 20 minutes from home but I got back feeling like I had really been away. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the food is a real difference maker. The evening and morning spreads covered comfort, convenient, and healthy quite well. Pool was indoor / outdoor and the inside would be a bit small if it were the only usable part but everyone loved using both and even at that the indoor was a big as several hotel pools I have seen.

Just stayed at this location for 3 nights after driving all the way from Brooklyn, NY. The place is a bit more upscale than Hampton Inn and similar types of hotels. It was a very nice stay. The 5:30 Kickback was a bit of a disappointment, but the hot breakfast was delicious every day (except for the pastries). The staff is very nice here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place was awesome. Very clean and the staff was very nice. Best place too stay.

Brought a group of Middle school aged kids here, booking 14 Rooms. A few of the rooms were not quite ready when we first got there, but the hotel jumped through hoops to make it happen. I think all but 3 rooms were booked that night, but you would never know it from the staff. They were superb! The 5:30 kickback was awesome, the breakfast even "awesomer! " It was a Friday night that we stayed, and had to leave very early Saturday morning. They even opened the breakfast bar an hour early for our group! We'll be back next year.

Best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel, beds were nice rooms were clean, pool and whirl pool were very refreshing. Both breakfast and dinner foods made it even more accommodating. Thanks staff and all personel.

I had a good experience in this hotel. The sad part was when we checked out. The houskeeping staff are not honest. I accidentally left my silver necklace in the bathroom counter and I called them to check if it was turned in by housekeeping but unfortunately, it was not. Dont forget your stuff in this hotel because sadly, it wont be returned to you.

My only complaint: the hot water in the show took close to 3 minutes to heat up. Everything else was great.

Overall great experience. Stayed here for Rock on the Range weekend. The rooms where spotless, the bed comfortable, and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. One of the best continental hotel breakfasts I have had. It was actually tastey. The people that worked there actually had smiles on their faces and didn't seemed pissed to be working there. It comes through in how nice everything was. Anybody going to rock on the range, need a budget room, and don't mind driving 15 mins. Look no further. Price was really good too for the quality of the hotel. It was also within less than a minute drive of a bunch of places to eat, a walmart, a target, a Donato's pizza (don't get me started on how freaking good this place is) a giant eagle, and a gas station. I will be staying here from now on during rock on the range.

Great stay, the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us on short notice and the room was very clean and comfortable. Good selection for the breakfast too. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff were very nice and helpful! Even the elevator was shiny! We stayed one nite so my daughter could take her state cosmetology boards. Breakfast hot and yummy and the 530 kickoff in the evening awesome. The beds were comfy and shower nice and hot! We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We will stay again! Thanks to all the staff at this hotel! There were only one negative and its minor — — The on/off switch for the hot tub needs to be labeled.
