Nice hotel, good fast breakfast. Bed was good, amenities nice. Wifi was free, but very weak and dropped out constantly. We expected to have a fridge and microwave. Wasn't promised, we just thought this category would include it. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Affordable stay. Clientele during our visit seemed skewed to families with younger children. Heavy emphasis on the pool. Bed was comfortable and provided breakfast was filling. Room was pretty small, cleanliness was acceptable.

Hotel was fairly clean, however it was old. Also, the cleaning staff must not be the best. The bathroom door had the last visitors clothing still on it. The coffee machine had more than one night's dust in it.

Great reception, good breakfast, fantastic staff. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, easy parking, good-sized closet, small gym with treadmill, elliptical and weight machine with two pulley stations and there's also a small heated indoor pool. Free breakfast 6-10 AM and free coffee all day. Free cookies on check-in.

The staff was very courteous. The room was fine. There was no view, but we weren’t there for the view. The mattress on my bed could’ve used a rotation or replacement. I felt like I was sliding off the side, & had to climb up to get to the middle of the bed. The bathroom was too tiny. You couldn’t even open the door the entire way because it bumped into the shower/tub. There was a night light in the bathroom that was really helpful for my kids. Breakfast was good. They served turkey sausage, and my kids liked it! There were ants all over the counters, climbing all over the serving utensils. So, you had to be really careful. I found it interesting that there were no signs, and the staff didn’t say anything about it. We were there the 1st week of April, and it was snowing outside — How much worse will that ant problem be when it’s warmer?! The pool was out of commission for our entire stay. Thankfully, they had an arrangement with the Fairfield across the parking lot, so we used the pool there. Did I mention it was snowing? Although I’m glad we could swim, it was really inconvenient.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was attentive to my group's needs. I booked this hotel for my robotics team when we were competing at the Nutter Center. The location was easy to access and was close to the Nutter Center. It's located near plenty of restaurants. Fast food and casual dining. Breakfast met our expectations. The pool was refreshing. The rooms were clean and had bathrooms that had been recently renovated. The attention to detail was just terrific. I was very pleased with the check-in and check-out process. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was ready. No waiting around. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was only at Hampton because a friend said that they had dropped something and didn't want to go retrieve it, so I went there, but didn't find it. Very disappointed for the staff at doing their job and cleaning the place. If they hadn't done their job, I probably would have found it. Oh well. Not my problem. On a side note, the hotel did look nice and well kept. I didn't run across any staff so I don't know how nice they are. I'd stay here, I guess. The price isn't too bad per night.

Nice clean Hampton. I bit run down and older, but great price and helpful staff. Fans in bathroom and heater fan make crazy loud grinding noises. Other then that was a nice quiet room.

Outstanding staff, especially the general manager Daniel. Gracious, attentive and caring. Always trying to go the extra mile. We've stayed here 5 times in the past year and each time is better than the previous. The property isn't the newest or best designed, but the staff more than makes up for it!

Staying for 3 nights and I get a room with no refrigerator, really? Also the toilet doesn't flush right and the bathroom fan is horrendously loud. Only reason this place still gets 3 stars is because my last stay in the king room was fine. Go to the La Quinta down the road. Very disappointing for a Hampton.

Pretty decent hotel for the money. My room didn't have a microwave/fridge, so I asked the front desk if they had any carts with them to spare. They did not, but they actually upgraded me to a room that had them already. I was really appreciative of that service. Definitely likely to come back another time. Edit: Removing a star because the microwave in my room didn't work and, while I brought it up twice, it was not fixed during my stay. I still appreciate the fridge though. I'd give a 3.5 rating if that were an option.

The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are decent. The bathroom is quite cramped though. Breakfast is nothing spectacular, but certainly not to be avoided. The front desk attendants have been exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a weekend stay (softball tourney). The hotel was very clean, very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. BIG thank you to Connie in the kitchen area for serving up my favorite Hampton Inn breakfast!

This is an older hotel but clean. I checked in online but arrive past midnight, my room was ready and the night manager was super friendly. My room was a king and the only problem is that it seemed to have too much furniture for the room size. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. There were kids from a softball tournament here but I didnt hear any noise at all. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare and well maintained. I'll be back in Dayton in the fall and will stay here again.

It was really quiet due to the overall location and the amount of other hotels everywhere. It was really nice that we didn't have to worry about noisy neighbors. Breakfast was good, the pool looked nice (although we didn't use it), and the rooms were very well kept. But everything about the hotel was on the smaller side. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dayton.

Decent Hampton inn. A little on the older side and could use a little work but I was happy. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast and was satisfying. Good location near interstate.

Love the stay there and like the fact they have a indoor pool and another plus is the surrounding businesses.

Older model. Bathroom smells of mildew. Hallway has peeling wallpaper. Suitable but wish we'd gone to home suites across the street. An a loyal Hampton inn customer but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Very old and loud hotel. Plus terrible smell throughout. It is clean though so I give them credit for that.

Great rooms, comfortable and clean. Multi-plug, easy access wall sockets everywhere is a huge plus.

Had a rude housekeeper named Carolyn my room was not clean and I came in to her going through my things They acted like I was stupid and did nothing.

We were supposed to have a nonsmoking room, and when we walked in we smelled smoke with a cover-up air freshener smell. Had to get the key cards re-keyed, and even then we still had trouble. Staff was not very pleasant. The bath fan was loud and sounded like it was about to break. The AC didn't work right, wouldn't kick on half the time.

This hotel is currently being renovated so it is in a bit of disrepair at the current moment. However, this renovation has been ongoing for almost two years. The rooms are old and the beds are not exactly comfortable and then there is the bathroom which leaves so much to be desired. Do not plan on using the toilet or shower without closing the door as it is not possible. There were no refrigerator or microwave in any of the rooms that I have stayed in. I would avoid until the renovations are complete and at the rate they are going it may be quite a while.

We attended a concert at the Nutter Center and picked this hotel because of the short walk to the hotel. We were greeted with an excellent receptionist and very friendly staff. The room was very clean with a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The staff were friendly, the lobby was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and had modern amenities. However I found things not to be as clean as I would have hoped. There were ring marks from glasses left on the counter top in the bathroom and the toilet looked that it had not been cleand since the last guests before us. Pretty discomforting when you think about what else the cleaning person "missed" before you get under the sheets of your bed for the night. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The guy that was preparing the food was very nice and had hot food ready for us. The fresh waffles and chesses omlets were really good.

The room was clean, service was fine. I like the early check in feature and the ability to choose your room.
