Hallways aren't air conditioned, so it's very stuffy in the summer. But ACs in the rooms are decent. Could be cleaner, but you get what you pay for.

Non-smoking room (and hallway) smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom was clean, but an exterminator had to spray for ants on second day. I developed an itchy rash, possibly from detergent/bleach from linens or blanket and/or bedspread. Pillows should be replaced. Looks like a vacuum has never been run under bed or behind furniture. Prices are too high for the low level of quality received. I must praise the cleaning crew who did their very best in the short amount of time given to do their jobs.

Room was cheap, but little to no amenities. The building did have a pool though. The hallways stank of cigarettes, but the room smelled ok. The building is pretty run down.

Bathroom had no fan. Room smelled like mold. Most plug outlets in the room did not work. Person checking us in was very rude. Room was dirty looking. Not enough towels given. Room had no sprinkler system in case of fire. Shower had very little hot water. Entrance doors from parking lot not secure anyone can go in and out. People smoking right next to entrance way.

Looks old and rather run down from the outside. Stepped into the motel and was met with dark hallways and dirty, old carpeting. Pool looked inviting but outdoor furniture again looked old. Staff was friendly enough but I chose not to stay.

Hotel was aged… needed a renovation about 20 years ago. A bit dirtier than I would have liked. Staff… Emily I believe her name was… was very polite and accommodating.

For the price cant go wrong Staff is friendly, room is clean, affordable, no pests, and has a restaurant, bar, and pool. Plus smoking rooms-which is hard to find in the area. For 40-60 bucks a night, depending on bed and other amenities, Its a win.

I went to the Fairborn Hotel & Inn to see if their Restaurant and Bar had Billards which when I walked up I seen they did. There were people playing pool, drinking at the bar and watching football game on t. V. I got change for quarter's to play couple games and the staff was polite and courteous. I played one game alone and enjoyed the atmosphere. Closing time came quick & I left.

One of the coolest places I have ever stayed. The atmosphere is great and the room prices and sizes are wonderful. Rooms are also clean and the heat and AC works well. The bar/restaurant has great food and drinks. TVs are a bit dated and the beds could be a little more comfortable but I have loved both times I stayed here.

The rooms were very well kept and the bathrooms pretty spacious. I like how the buildings are easy to get to and the hallways all connect so you dont have to go outside. However there is no microwave in the room. U have to go to tnhe lobby for that.

Surprisingly this has been an awesome extended stay I love the staff even have my favorite housekeepers made friends with one if the women here she has the biggest heart ever she's an awesome person all if the front desk staff are awesome. Tami the manager is an awesome woman she's great at her job and she's great with the guest I've not really had many complaints they even kept movie us til we found a room that fit our loud family lol they went above and beyond to help us Emily is also one of my faves I enjoy sitting and taking with her when I can't sleep I just love most of the staff here they have an awesome crew Thank you for the warm hospitality Sincerely, Heather.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Our room was upgraded at no charge and the house keeping lady let us know there was no rush to leave in the morning. The TV was dated but the room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The atmosphere is great and the bar is a FANTASTIC place to hang out. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a cool place to stay or someone who wants a great experience to remember.

Check in was easy and the person behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel and the hallways are a little dated but the lobby and restaurant/ bar area were very new — they appear to be doing renovations and working their way through the hotel. The bed was not the most comfortable thing but was probably just older. A really cool place to spend a few days in Ohio.

The hotel was cleaner than I anticipated based on Google reviews. I was fortunate enough to get a non-smoking room on the second floor which the hallways smell a lot better than the first floor. My room was fairly clean. Free of bed bugs. My room also had its own bathroom with shower that was a plus. As I had heard that there might have been group showers. Unfortunately my shower had a strange foul odor of human feces.

Affordable hotel with old school Holiday Inn type set up. Most rooms have microwave and fridge. Restaurant and bar are good, usually not busy. Family owned, and aimed to help those who are displaced, as you can work doing housekeeping or other jobs in exchange for food and a room. Very popular with truckers. No credit card necessary. Week day discounts. Cheaper than A Super 8 and nicer.

This hotel is out dated and not very clean. They pay their maids 4dollars an hr. They don't do a very good job clean'n. Some air conditioners don't work… floors arnt very clean. They have a lot of drug trafficking. Police are there every day. Over doses of Herion.

Decent place. My sister had her wedding reception here and the people and matientence man went out of his way to make things work. Very pleasent and the bartender is awesome. Pleasently surprised.

Average hotel with average accommodation s. Needs some work on housekeeping and customer service. Value price friendly staff and lively bar.

One of the most disgusting hotels you could stay in. Their food is aweful… I rented a room and it wasnt clean. They charge what they wanna charge, they pay waitresses 4dollars an hour to clean each room. Some rooms are dirty Full of bed bugs… absolutely woul not recommend this hotel to any one. Some of their TV'S DON'T WORK. Some air conditioning don't work… discusting. The rates differ. Differant prices on same rooms. Please don't waste your money or your time. Poor service!

The most dirty nasty discussing thing I have ever seen! Carpet was coming up in the hallway. Sweeper hadn't been run in the room. Tear on the couch. Microwave was dirty and burned in side. Dirt in the phone when we picked it up to call the front desk. Didn't get my money back. Paid that night room fee just so I could go get a bath just from walking in to this rat role place! Ask for pictures I will show you.

Place is under a slow remodel so see your room first room wear nice mine had a leak. They have a pool that could use a better pump. Over all stay was good you get what you pay for.

Awesome service and food in the restaurant n bar. Efficient and friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Very nice staff, however the rooms and complex are rather dated. It's a great place if you're simply looking for somewhere to sleep, and not planning on spending lots of time in your room.

Whenever Myself or a guest from out of town need a hotel, I always go here. Its affordable, clean, and the staff are always friendly. Theres free Wi-Fi, most of the rooms have a mini fridge and microwave at no extra cost, and if its not included, theres microwaves, plastic utensils, and napkins available at all the ice and vending locations. Free coffee, and a restaurant that provides room service at no additional cost. Plus its THE ONLY HOTEL in the county that provides smoking rooms, so you dont have to stand in the heat or cold. For $50 a night for a king suite it cant be beat.

Omg" There are Bedbugs in the Beds! Came into town to see my bab, we get room's for the privacy so she looks up this place Fairborn Hotel & inn thn we get there the room wasnt really no problem, got in the room took a shower ordered some food we chilled a little untell I started to notice I was being bit up. So starting looking on the bed and there it was (BED BUG)! We was out of there faster thn anything with returned money in hand! Someone call the health Dept. On them cause they had a lot of airforce ppl in there as well yesterday.

The most horrific experience ever! I was ok with it being a little dated but I was actually irritated that they price gouged the rooms due to the Air Force marathon. For the first visual it looked clean but once the bed spread was uncovered, BED BUGS! Yes! and baby bed bugs which indicated that this is an ongoing issue! When we contacted the front desk and told them about bugs, the response was "what kind? " like that made a difference! Never again!

Very clean rooms, nice staff, great bar. Had a wonderful stay.
