Overall was a good, well cleaned place. No weird or bad smells. Only downside is toilets are very low to the ground. Very low. And the shower floor has a weird concave design making it harder to balance in it. Also, the water pressure was very low, I felt like showing in a heavy storm would make washing easier. Still, a good place overall and I'd recommend it.

Smells like a nursing home. Room wasn't that clean, especially the mini-fridge. They left us with 1/8 of a toilet paper roll. Bed wasn't too bad, but didn't have a real comforter — only a fleece blanket and a super thin 'decorative' throw that I'm pretty sure was supposed to be a curtain. Breakfast was watered down orange juice, raisin bran cereal, and plain bagels with butter. Highly unimpressed. I think the only good thing I can say is that it has a decent location and is pretty cheap.

Easy to find! Good neighborhood or at least not and a bad location. For the price you cannot beat this hotel. Granted it is not a fancy extravagant high-end Hotel but for what we needed it for it was perfect. We checked in at 3 p. M. On a Saturday went to a concert. After the event we came back to our room for the night. Check out time was 11a. M. The following morning. The bathroom was a little dated but was still clean and everything functioned properly. The bedding was clean and the mattresses were inside a protectors. We diligently checked for bed bugs and couldn't find the slightest trace. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi for their guests which was password protected… The best part for me was that the air conditioner was icy cold! For the price you really can't beat it. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I am in Cleveland for another concert or event.

For $60 ($69.90 with tax), I was pleased with our room. It was clean and the bed comfortable. My husband says the breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, which he thinks was frosted flakes, and orange juice. The hotel is older and not anything special, but clean and inexpensive, which is all we needed.

Worse place that I have ever stayed at. Website states restaurant, there restaurant is a nasty looking bar. Facility smells and the room was nasty, dingy. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Free breakfast was nasty coffee & water downed orange juice. Warm milk. Plain bagels and old bread. With a toaster that doesn't work. TV in the room was very old, cable was very fuzzy. Mirror on the door was falling off. Toilet paper holder was broken. Never got hot water. Refrigerator didn't get cold. Microwave was dirty. Coffee pot was dirty. Two elevator's but only one worked. If you wanted ice you would have to go to the 5th floor. Overall I would have slept better out on the street. When I brought this to management they made excuses. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

"Breakfast" was almost nonexistent, only bagels (no cream cheese), and my comforter had not one but two cigarette burns in it. Would only stay again as a last resort.

Terrible, dirty, dangerous.

Some nice employees that will help you out. They offer pick up and drop off from the airport and the nearest RTA station.

Worst hotel I've ever been to! The guy who checked us in gave us a room with 2 double beds which we only needed 1 bed, it stunk really badly, and the bathroom was filthy so we went down and complained. Thankfully the manager was standing there because he gave us a different room which was much better. It was a very bad experience, never will we go back there again! The pictures of the hotel rooms with the real nice and pretty done up beds must be from a different location or a whole nother hotel because the rooms do not look like that. This place is more of a cheap hotel for some fun between the sheets.

It's good for a night before or after a flight. You can stay here the night before a trip. You can leave your car here, it's cheaper than the airport charges and they have an airport van.

Definitely needs updated. On site bar is cash only! Fine if all you want is a place to crash.

Great shuttle service to and from airport! Picked me up within 10 min of call after I got my luggage Extremely helpful staff and front desk. Room was clean, neat, basic Recommended to me by my parents and it was economical for my trip.

This place is HORRIBLE. The staff could have been friendlier. We paid for a week stay in one of their rooms. The door had stains all over it, the sink and bathtub had rust and cracks, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the towels looked used and torn up, there was holes and markings all over the wall, cigarette holes and stains in the sheets and chair. The sliding door to the balcony was broken, there was a cobweb on the ceiling, carpet was nasty, door hinges were breaking off. I took plenty of pictures. My boyfriend and I were in the room for less than 10 minutes. We proceed to leave and the guys at the desk asked what was wrong, we told them and tried showing them pictures but didn’t care to look at them, they must know that housekeeping doesn’t do their job properly but don’t care. At least we got our money back. I should have read the reviews before we booked a room.

It was an affordable place to stay before a flight out of Cleveland airport. The staff was so accommodating and VERY friendly. The issue is just that it's a little run down with stains and mystery marks all over the room as well as a terrifying elevator.

The motel is very cold. I asked for an extra blanket twice at the front desk and did not receive one. When the housekeeping cleaned my room in the morning they replenished my coffee, but I had to go get my own cream and sugar packets and bring them to my room. Also I the breakfast is only raisin Bran and bagels with no jelly or jam offered. You aren't allowed to take the breakfast to your room to eat it. Also, not all of the rooms are renovated. Before my room was changed the room that they gave me was horrendous and from the 70's. It smelled of cigarettes and stale cigars. They switched my room and the new room is decent, however.

Room was comfortable. Had all the things needed. Bathroom had just a regular light bulb where a heat bulb should have been therefore it was quite chilly. Continental breakfast was very sparse but coffee was hot. Would stay again.

Bonus star for no bedbugs! heat worked and there's hot water. my non-smoking room didn't smell like cigarettes. Wi-Fi is decently fast with no other guests using up the bandwidth. the complimentary Continental Breakfast consisted of a wide selection of: presumably off-brand Raisin Bran, coffee, watered-down orange juice, room-temperature milk, and plain bagels with butter. don't stay here if you have any other options.

The entire hotel smells dirty. The room in which I had smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in months the bed was old an harder than any bed I had ever slept in the toilet leaked all over the floor the shower pressure an temperature sucked it never got hot only warm an the shower head sprayed everywhere except on me the bathroom sink leaked an dripped the towels were stained the pillows were flat there were stains all over the carpet an chairs. This place completely sucked horribly an I will never return an on top of it all customer service was horrible an rude to all ends!

Run Away. You can do better even on a modest budget. If you have to stay here, check the room thoroughly for bed bugs. There's nothing American and nothing to be considered a best value. This whole chain of resurected dumps should be bulldozed and the earth under them salted so nothing ever grows there again.

Needs a good cleaning and updates badly. Just a place to sleep the night before take off. Can leave car which is nice and shuttle service was prompt picking up. All in all not bad.

Hotels very old it needs a little bit of renovating and also airspray in the elevator who smells like marijuana. There's definitely some serious maintenance issues as far as wallpaper tile bathroom facilities cleanliness overall as rough. The hallway on the inside of the building looks like something from The Shining. If you need an inexpensive place to stay 1 or 2 nights and you don't really care then this is the hotel for you if you're looking for something a little bit nicer spend the extra fifty bucks a night somewhere else.

This place… Best place to get drunk in Cleveland. Worst place for everything else.

This hotel doesn't deserve any stars whatsoever! I had to kill a cockroach in room 307. They moved me to room 317 and I found a huge bedbug just chilling on the wall. They are bug infested. They wouldn't give me my money back and their terrible staff was even worse. Tracy the manager did absoultuey nothing to help me and just gave me attitude and Liz who is the lady at the front desk was very rude also and just laughed. Their breakfast is disgusting and is surrounded by flies every morning. Bagels and watered down orange juice is NOT a continental breakfast. It smells so bad in the rooms and I've been in 2 of them. Don't waste your time nor money at America's Best Value Inn on Brookpark!

Don't expect a decent meal from the bar. But the drinks were cheap and it had a pool table! Bar staff were loud, couldn't help but listen to their unprofessional conversations. The toilet in our hotel room blocked up every single time we flushed it. Staff could have checked us in and out with a smile at least! And the continental breakfast was very average with no dairy-free options so I had to bring in my own jam for my bagel. Bed was comfortable but bring your own pillow!

An OK cheap hotel, not always quiet or the ideal place for actually sleeping, and hard to find an employee sometimes (even at front desk) … but was always a great spot for hanging out or partying when I was younger (plus it was one of the only cheap hotels in the area that rented rooms to 18 yr olds)

This has been the worst experience ever! The customer service was horrible. The room was dirty, dusty, and bug filled! The continental breakfast consisted of a bagel, one choice of cereal, water, coffee, and fake OJ. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one.

Stayed at this hotel in 2015. Not the best hotel but we got what we paid for and we decided to stay this year too. The shuttle service was really good last year and we had no problem with the room. This year was a little different. Room we stayed in had springs broke in the bed and was not very comfortable. Since it was just 1 night, no big deal but we were supposed to have our shuttle leave at 5 am and by the time we left it was 5:20. Luckily we made it through the airport in time. When we came back, we waited until we were in our designated area for our shuttle before we called. We were told 10 — 15 minutes. No problem. After 25 minutes we called the hotel and it rang for 10 times with no answer. We waited another 10 minutes and called again and when they answered they said he just left and would be there in 5 minutes. This was not the worst hotel but next time we are definitely upgrading. Don't plan to stay here again.

It was freezing our heat did not work, there breakfast was a bagel, there Wi-Fi was not working and they do not get half the cable channels they say they do and extremely rude.

This hotel was the worst piece of crap I have ever been to. Dirty linen, tile falling off the wall, bed bugs crawling every, cigarette holes in the furniture and suspicious human trafficking activity. I will never be caught dead in this place again. I couldn't stay the whole night, I got up and out of there around 5am because I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep!

Pro: Hotel was pretty clean, with adequately spacious rooms. Beds were fine. Location is convenient to the freeway. We didn't go to the bar but it seems to be very popular. Con: It took forever just to check in. There needed to be two people working at the desk but there was only one. Just one operational computer, maybe? Breakfast was sad: corn flakes, coffee, OJ, milk, and that's it. Not even bagels. Stay here if you want an OK place to sleep and don't want to spend much.

Stayed there June 2011. I was in town for the Sade concert. Staff was excellent, even let me check in early! Smell of cigarettes in hotel, but not to bad! Rooms had a balcony so you can get some fresh air! Economy style hotel. Will stay again if on a budget!

Woke up with bug bites all over my body. The Wi-Fi signal is nonexistent half the time. And the breakfast sucks. Acidic orange juice, bagels and no cream cheese with one type of cereal. Lady at the front desk with big hair and lots of makeup doesn't smile at all and just doesn't seem nice. I was here just a week ago and my room was not this bad. I even had a microwave last time. But this time: bed bugs and no microwave. Never coming back.

It was a nice hotels, no problems. Cheap stay, located right off the highway. Front desk help was nice. Hotel was a little outdated but wasn't dirty. We had a nice night with no problems. Why pay high prices for fancy hotels when you are just sleeping? Definitely recommend.

Relly nice hotel and they even have a bar downstars in the lobby and each room has its private lil patio.

Walk in front desk makes it look like a nice hotel although walking into room was a completely different story. Hotel elevator smelled like a cigarette on the way to the room. The smell when you opened the room door was enough to knock you off your feet. Found hair on the bed and the bathroom was dirty and old. The quality of this hotel was horrible I wouldn't spend 20$ to stay here again. Although our shuttle ride to the airport was good. The shuttle home the guy drove like a complete idiot. Not impressed at all. WORST hotel I've ever stayed at.

Absolutely disgusting. Checked in at 5:30pm put our bag in the room and left for a fun night. When we came back around 12:15am the same night we saw what the room really was. Pulled back the bedspread to see a blanket that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Walked around the bed to see dried white stains on the bed skirt. We headed to the front desk immediately to complain only to have to wait 30 minutes for the attendant to return from a run to the airport. We checked out at 1:00am to head home. Did not receive any help or compassion from the attendant on duty even after being showed the room. Do not stay here.

This was by far the WORST hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. There were several blood stains on the box spring that had dripped over it was like someone came there to die all all the mattress. My children and I had a long road ahead of us traveling from Ohio to NV that's the only reason we stayed. I slept in the office chair and my children on the desk and bench that were in the room we didn't even bother to take our clothes off I was so happy when I saw the sun rise I'll NEVER go to this place again I even become ill when I see there signs off the highway. What a dump.

I'm glad I didn't read some of the posted reviews before I stayed here. It was like staying in a different hotel than the one reviewed! My room was lovely, I had a king-sized bed that had the most comfortable mattress I think I've ever had in a hotel room. Nice clean sheets and a fluffy duvet. I agree that some parts of the hotel are older, but they seem to be working on renovating it. I was never worried about my car either. Their bar/lounge was a bit worn-looking, but the bartender and other patrons were very friendly and the drinks were very reasonably priced. While there isn't much right next to the hotel, it's not far from the freeway which makes it very easy to get around. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a clean reasonably-priced place to stay.

I got in the lobby and there was nice furniture and a flat screen TV. It looked like any other hotel lobby. There was a bunch of signs about no refunds. I paid for a week. I got to my room and it was pretty rough. The furniture was old, and my blanket was really worn. The bed was tiny, and the mattress looked really old and stained. Also, my room is right above a bar that plays loud music late into the night. I slept in the bed for a week, and I kept noticing more and more bug bites. At first I thought it might be from the blanket, or bugs from outside, but after a week, it was too many to be a coincidence. I told them I have over 30 bug bites from this hotel and they didn't take me seriously. They said they would spray the room the next day, and all I could have was a new set of sheets, until the next morning. The next day, I asked them again to fix the situation. The head housekeeper pulled back the comforter and said she didn't see any bugs. They were quick to say that they hadn't had an problems with bugs in my room before, like I'm lying or something. When I continued to complain, they sprayed the room with chemicals. The head housekeeper said it wouldn't be possible for me to get a new comforter and blanket. I had to complain to the manager, and she finally let me have a new comforter and blanket. I continued to get bug bites the next night, and then I found a tick in the bed, after that, I wouldn't get in that bed. Ticks can carry serious diseases.

DONT GO HERE! following pics above when I went here I checked out the room before purchasing and it seemed ok and the clerk told me I had nothing to worry about. Following the photos above this is what I found. When I showed it to the front desk and ask to speak to the owner she pointed to him and I approached him with the cup in my hand and said you are the owner I would like to speak with you and he stutered say no no not the owner and got on his phone and walked away. When I went to the front desk they said they could spray. I wanted a reembersment and they would not give it to me so I packed my stuff and left went to a friends in kirtland aera toward the country and burned all my items while taking pics of this incident so I will see them in court have a case boiling up and will figure out who the owner is ha dont recomend this place.
