A great place to stay. I call this my home away from home. The staff are great.

Our power went out. I called and asked if pool was open. States on website that the hotel includes an indoor heated pool. Alisha said "yes". I get there less than 30 minutes later. I take my 4 children to the room to eat dinner. Head to the pool. The room itself was less than 60 degrees so you can imagine, the water was unimaginably cold.
Alisha said, "It's not my job to say that it's heated, only to say it's open". Also said, "We only keep it warm enough so that it doesn't ice over. " As well as, "The manager will be here in the morning. That I need to talk to him regarding refund. He wouldn't turn the heat up because it would require more chemicals. He won't do that. "
In the morning, there was a man behind the front desk. Claims not to be a manager. Offered to walk me down to the pool room to show me it's set at 80 degrees. Offered me a 10% refund but after I told him I'll need to contact corporate, took back that offer. Gave me a hard time getting the manager name. Only gave me his initials of "VT", no name. Finally got a card with manager name of Digvijay Jadeja. I had to go back and demand a receipt to find the operator name, his name is "vijay". Who corporate told me IS the manager.
So, if you want to deal with dishonest people, stay here!
Our room was also not cleaned thoroughly. I told Alisha that the fridge has someone's half eaten food and alcohol. She was going to send someone up… never happened.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to airport. Definitely choice of stay when flying out of Hopkins.

The be breakfast was amazing and the Oriental girl behind the desk was hot be as hell. Ok.

I reserved a suite with a kitchenette in order to cook meals for my daughters and I. No idea there wouldn't be anything in cupboards to use. Ended up making nasty microwave food during our stay. Also it appeared our room was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We found someone's dirty socks. There was very little toilet paper and the shampoo and lotion bottles were empty. My girls had a great time and enjoyed the pool, but I was very disappointed.

Very clean friendly staff.

This hotel is very outdated, the furniture is beat up, you can’t see outside your window since they have a film over it, the lighting is horrible. Parking is a disaster and if you come back at night you won’t find a spot at all and people are making their own spots in the lot and those all go so quick. The only descent thing was breakfast. The convenience of going downstairs to grab something to eat was good. Overall it’s not a place I would recommend it’s something I would settle for if I didn’t have any other option. Management needs to get it together and figure a budget for the updates, painting the walls lighter colors, changing the bedding and removing the film from the windows and adding some kind of air freshener in the rooms they smell bad. I had to buy Lysol and keep spraying it throughout the day. Parking needs to be addressed too not right to allow other people to rent a spot to fly out of the airport while the hotel residents are left without one.

Decent rooms but a little far from Cleveland the city.

The staff was friendly, but that didn’t make up for the negative. We picked this hotel (as opposed to a cheaper option) for its pool, but the pool room made us dizzy with how strong the chlorine smells was and the pool water had our 7 year old in tears from burning later that evening. Then somehow we were charged 150$ for a $128 room and no one could tell us why. We definitely will not be staying there again.

A big shout out for BJ for locating my phone charger that I left behind when leaving and mailing it back to me. BJ was very helpful and sincere. Great customer service. Keep up the great work. Plus the suite we stayed in was very nice. Breakfast was great too. My family will be back to stay. Merry Christmas.

Hotel was nice and well kept. Room was also nice but T. V. Did not work. Front desk clerk told me to check and make sure all of the connections were secure and if that didn't fix it I would have to wait for maintenance on Monday (it was Saturday). Not that big of a deal, was able to catch the game at a local bar. All in all, okay stay. Room was a bit expensive for the quality, but not too bad.

Great place, great service, good and friendly staff. I have been here for quite a few months never had any bad experiences except for once for which I communicated with manager in the follow up email. Though there are 2 other hotels next to this place, this would be my first choice.

My experiences are usually business-class hotels, so I was concerned this might really feel sub-par, for the price. It didn't! Sure, there was no patio balcony with sliding doors… and the breakfast area was no-frills, but that's about the end of the compromise (and in an unfair comparison to $250 hotels). The bathroom and shower were both roomy and clean. Hair dryer looked above average (but can't really comment, I didn't use it). The room was a decent size and comfortable — and included a very convenient microwave, EMPTY fridge to chill some drinks (NOT a fridge packed with extortion-rate drinks), and tiny freezer that I used to recharge a couple ice packs for my small cooler (I was traveling for a sport event, had a 6-pack size soft cooler and some sport drinks) and chill my remaining Gatorades. Beds were decently comfy, pillows were weirdly small in width, but comfortable and I had no problem sleeping. Will stay here again for next year's event, for sure. Very satisfied.

Best motel we ever visited. Clean room and awesome breakfast, great amenities and free service for pickup / drop off at Cleveland airport. Amazing…

Not recommended. We were with a large group and reserved a block of rooms. They did not have enough rooms and half of our group had to move to a very sketchy, Days Inn motel. The manager on shift did not provide a good resolution. The rooms at the Best Western we're very musty smelling, which simple regular cleaning could easily take care of.

Our stay was excellent. We were in town to see The Christmas Story House. Booked ahead so we could get the same motel we used a few years ago when we went to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Our last visit this motel was undergoing some renovations. All done now very nice job. Everything connected to our experience was seamless. No complaints Would recommend this property to anyone, Great room, great service and great breakfast,

We stayed in the king suite it was one adult and 3 kids and this room was absolutely PERFECT… I loved the couch with pull out in a seperate area I was able to let kids hang out in the main room with tbe king bed while I had my own space. The kitchenette area was great size this is actually the room the couch a coffee table and end table were in only thing missing in this area was a Television. Very Clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, a very nice hotel for the money! Clean, comfortable, safe, affordable, nice amenities! Especially loved the shower! Excellent water pressure and a shower massage setting I had a difficult time tearing myself away from! Could’ve stood in the shower and let the hot water pound on my sore neck and shoulders for hours!

We love Best Westerns! Our stay was great and the staff is awesome. Though the only thing I would change is the pool towel rule they have. The pool towels are tiny! And when you get out of the pool you want to wrap up in a towel. But they won't give you extra bath towels for after you're done swimming. So you're cold and dripping all the way back to your room! So just an fyi, take your own beach towels for the pool. Breakfast was pretty good. Had a good selection! Woman at the front desk was always friendly and polite and as accommodating as she could be without getting breaking the rules (I'm referring to the pool towel situation, lol) The rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable! Bathroom is spacious, which I loved! Plenty of room for multiple people get ready! I would definitely stay here again!

Our flight was canceled and could not find a room anywhere. Called and got the last available room. The girl at the front desk sent the shuttle and the driver was fantastic. The power kept going out due to the storm but she got us checked in and was very friendly and helpful. The same driver took us back to the airport in the morning and told us to call if our flight was canceled again and he would come back and get us. Excellent customer service would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at the Best Western. The Hotel has everything we need. The breakfast was great, the people were great. I always recommend friends to stay at the Best western wherever they go. They will never be disappointed.

Will never stay here again. We were staying just for the night since we were flying out in the morning. They used stain to touch up the furniture in our room and it wasn't dry. We had a bunch of our clothes get ruined from the stain. We had an employee come to the room and showed him our clothes and took pictures. They moved us to another room and luckily we checked the furniture because it was wet. The manager would not return our calls for about two weeks. And when we did talk to him he basically said to bad about your clothes. I Will never stay at another Best Western again they are independently owned and when we talked to customer service they said they couldn't help since there independently owned. All we wanted was for them to pay to replace our clothes. I didn't think that is to unreasonable.

Standard issue Best Western. Clean, well furnished, and recently updated. Breakfast was pretty standard issue as well except for the nice young lady attendant. She was very helpful and ensured that we were all well taken care of. Also for some strange reason the windows in the hotel all seem to be opague.

I stayed at the hotel on way to airport. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I did find it a bit outdated. Only issue was noisy neighbors. I had problems sleeping with the noise in hallway. Otherwise, the hotel served its purpose to airport, I had management call once I was settled to see if all was okay, my wake up call came in and ride to airport was on time.

Good for a couple of nights when visiting Cleveland for work. Convenient location near the airport. They offer a shuttle from and to the airport as well. While asking at the reception desk about dinning options, they told me a couple of places around and offered the shuttle to take me there as a courtesy as I did not have a car and it was brutally cold! Breakfast is included in the daily rate.

This is not a 5 star place. Definitely something you don't consider as top tier hotel but does it provides a decent amenities in its own league? Probably not. Sheets were dirty, bed was not so cleaned and breakfast was really mediocre. The only positive thing which we could say about is, front desk service. We checked in really late bit they were very warm and nice with us so definitely 5/5 for front desk staff!

I've stayed here before and it was fine for a basic motel. This stay was my last. The room was clean — that's the only positive. Breakfast was powdered eggs and a stale pastry. There were other options I did not sample. I left about 1 pm for an appointment — to discover staff painting lines in the parking lot — between parked cars. At checkout the following morning, there was no clerk, and no express service. I called from the house phone and waited for 10 minutes. Clerk was in next room and "didn't hear it". The attitude seemed to be that guests were there for the owner, rather than the other way around.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was standard, but the food (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. ) was good. The interior of the hotel was clean, well lit, and comfortable. My room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Stayed two nights, no problems. There is room service, but the food is from an outside source, as there is no on-site restaurant. There is a Bob Evans and a family restaurant (had a very good hamburger and onion rings there), both within walking distance. The outside of the hotel is very plain, but the quality of the rooms, and the staff, is well worth the reasonable price. Staying there again in two weeks.

Brought my daughter here with 5 friends for a birthday pool party! I can't say anything more than we all had a BLAST! We had some trouble with our key card getting into the pool, but both times the manager came to rescue in seconds! The kids loved every minute of the pool. Thank you Best Western, for providing a nice establishment that's affordable, CLEAN, and comfortable!

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The surrounding business were affordable. There was even a park within walking distance for the kids to run a bit. Definitely will return in the upcoming months when we visit our son at Baldwin Wallace University which was only a 10 minute drive.

I want to make this post so that the housekeeper I had knows what an amazing job she has done. I stayed on this property a few times and to all the guest that stay there I highly recommend that Heather be your housekeeper. She is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need during stay.

My overall expierence was great. I love this place … Its so friendly and all the people seem to be happy to be there… The housekeeper Jessica was really good. She met my expectations and made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure our stay was wonderful … You need more housekeepers like her… ❤

I was expecting this place to be pretty grim, but as soon as I walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised. There staff were very professional and helpful, and all of the facilities were clean and up to date. Even the free breakfast was above average.

Check in was very confusing. We had requested a King Bed room with an even number and was given a key to a room with 2 doubles on the opposite side of the hotel. The staff seems to have changed and they were not very familiar with things. It took us longer than normal to check-in and then was told we could not receive the room requested. "Don't worry we will take care of you", is what we were told and that they would give us a nicer/upgraded room. The staff went up to check to see if another room was ready for us. Gave us our keys to what we were told was an "upgraded" room and it turned out to be just one with 2 double beds. Not my idea of upgraded. We are Reward customers stayed here multiple times just this year and several times last year. I also think the breakfast items have been scaled back.

I travel to the Cleveland west side area several times a year to visit family. When in need of a hotel, I always choose this Best Western at Snow Road. Not only is it the best value, it is clean, comfortable and they provide the famous "waffle" for breakfast! The staff is very attentive. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus, too.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and everything was well stocked. I didn't use the pool but it is indoors right off of the lobby and looked pretty cool.

Room was small but had everything we needed. Mini fridge, microwave, high water pressure, the mattress was a tight top beautyrest. So a little firm but still comfortable. The breakfast is great but in a compact room so have a coffee before going down.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Main entrance was not welcoming. Side doors were broken so only could enter through main entrance. There was not an internal staircase — the stairs led outside to side parking lots and you had to walk back around to main entrance to enter building. Parking lot flooded while we were there and parking options were not offered.

Old motel that needs a serious remodel. Room smelled old & was almost clean. Breakfast was poor but the coffee was good. Staff was nice. It was quiet.

Our flight was cancelled last minute and the airline booked us into this hotel for the night, free of charge. When at the front desk, the clerk, Becky, chose to vacuum for the first few minutes, THEN see what we needed. She then told us that they were booked for the night. She told us that she couldn't help us. Obviously we were frustrated, but she was downright ride and wanted to be anywhere else. My husband asked what we were supposed to do, and she accused us of being rude and threatened to call the police to have us escorted out. We asked to stay in the lobby to make the appropriate phone calls, and she said no, that we could stand in the heat. Then proceeded to talk badly about us when we were walking out. The sales manager, Vern, was VERY pleasant however, and drove us back to the airport. The new shift clerk, Heather, was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I will not stay at this hotel again. One associate can definitely ruin things. She never apologized or sympathized, rather seemed annoyed we were even there.

The room was great! We had a king bed suite — much more room than I had expected! The area this hotel is in seemed a little sketchy and the pool was covered in a gross film, so no swimming. Staff was friendly.

Room seemed very clean. The location can feel a bit isolated. I was hoping I could walk to a drug store for something but didn't feel comfortable walking alone for the few blocks it would've been. Continental breakfast had lots of options. 2 restaurants in close proximity but we didn't go to them. TV service in room was great, had HBO. Overall pretty decent.

Stayed here for my daughters 2nd birthday. Found a bedbug in room 205 and all they did was move our room! It was so late or else we would have switched hotels. Decided to make the best of it and go swming, No towels in the pool so we brought our own and just requested more for our room and they never showed. Will not stay again.

Gotta give it a 3 outta 5 the bathroom was clean but the toilet was NOT flushed when we arrived so have to say that was the biggest gripe of the 2 day time me and my girlfriend had there. One minor thing is that they do not have a Outdoor Pool only a indoor pool but other then those two things it was a great hotel the hotel clerk was very kind n helpfull it was nice n cool the air was always on and free breakfast.

Stayed 1 nite and left car for airport. Hotel much better than was few years ago. Redone and clean. Airport ride ok but when you come back they do not tell you where to wait I called hotel 4 times and finally asked airport worker and found place and then van had no air… was broken. 90 out so besides that …

The rooms are big enough and clean. Wi-Fi is very very slow. Unfortunately I visited during a renovation period. Breakfast is very good with great variety of food.

The hotel was undergoing construction while I stayed there but it was still pretty good. The Wi-Fi was very fast and dependable, the room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast selection pretty good.

Staff was friendly and location is close to the airport. It was a little worn down but okay. The room had an odd smell but seemed clean. Would recommend if you're traveling to the airport and need a quick place to stay.

We stayed before a flight out of town. It was a typical hotel, but parking was a little tight. Wasn't able to eat breakfast, but it was free. Room seemed recently updated, but not overly fancy. Bathrooms could use a reno.

I stayed for two nights while in Cleveland for a concert, and found the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean, comfortable, affordable and the staff was friendly, and helpful. They not only recognized me and my companion, but remembered why we were in town and made sure to ask if we enjoyed the show. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty much everything you would need or want was literally just down the road. The hotel is right off the exit from 71, great for us direction-ally challenged folks, while being a mere fifteen minute drive from downtown Cleveland. Great stay and would definitely stay there again when visiting Cleveland.

The staff was really friendly, my toddler played on the phone an I thought I disconnected I immediately got a knock on the door from the front desk (which I appreciated that he cared for our safety). The pool was clean the breakfast was fresh. Housekeeping was lovely. However I did have one issue but I went to the front desk an he took care of us. I was pleased an I would stay again. Let me say again the staff was great.

No Frills My flight got cancelled and I had to stay an extra night. I decided to go to a hotel closer to the airport just to be on the safe side. The hall smelled like smoke and the room didn't necessarily smell bad but it didn't smell fresh either. I had to get a suite because there were no more rooms left. It was decent, not a fan of the decor and the breakfast was simple — cereal, waffles, frozen eggs that you have to heat in the microwave. The staff is really friendly.

Thankful for this hotel as we could not make it to our reservation they allowed us to cancel and refunded all our money with out an issue!

We asked for a non smoking room, and the entire floor we were on was non smoking, but the hallways and rooms smelled badly like smoke. REALLY badly. The room was really dirty, and there was a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm. Still haven't figured that one out. The shuttle driver was nice.

My stay so far has been excellent is comfortable in care are very attentive and helpful so I don't speak English and they espa ~ ol we understood well.

This wasn't the best hotel I have ever stayed at but it was okay. My suite was clean and so was the bathroom. I only stayed one night on the back from Chicago to the East Coast. The kitchenette didn't have any pots or pans or anything. It didn't bother me too much because I was only staying a night. I would recommend this hotel for travelers who just need a place to sleep overnight or airport passengers. There isn't much to do in the area.

I was absolutely appalled at the treatment I received from the Front Desk Clerk. I secured my stay online for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival I was told that there were only smoking rooms available, and they were sold out. I advised the clerk that I had my reservation on my phone that stated I had a non-smoking room, to which he replied that he didn't care what I had because he only had smoking rooms. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning and of course that did not happen. I filed a corporate complaint and still nothing. I will NEVER stay at another Best Western.

I stayed at this hotel on April 1, 2014 after extensive research on the web to be sure this place had good reviews, then called to verify that it was a non smoking room on a non smoking floor. I was a little worried when I saw how shabby the lobby was, the elevator was dirty and smelly, but the shocker was when the elevator doors opened and it smelled like a bunch of people had been standing there smoking. I went to the room, which was at the end of the hall, and it was smelly and dirty. I took my bags back down to the lobby and explained that the smoke smell was too bad. She gave me another room on the floor above, but it was also smokey smelling and dirty. The sheets and towels were clean, but they were old, worn out and yellowish with age. The room was the kind of dirty where you don't want to touch the floor with anything, including your bare feet! Chipped vanity, dim fluorescent bathroom light, dirty grout, dirty and cracked vinyl floors, stained carpets. Couldn't wait to get the heck out of there in the morning and moved over to the Holiday Inn Express across the street. It was totally worth another $20 a night for a clean place to sleep. Plus there is no smoking in the entire building! Also important to some people might be the breakfast. Best Western calls bad coffee, a bowl of Cheerios and a sweet roll breakfast.

I enjoyed my 2day stay, im always hapoy with best western, the tech in the room was pretty dated but everything else was great.
