One of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had! Beds are HARD. Very uncomfortable. I might as well have sleep on the floor.

I booked this room because I’m pregnant and live a few minutes away with my family. Being pregnant and living with my family until my new place is ready is stressful with the noise and amount of people, so my fiancé and I decided to stay here for the night to get away. I book my $87 room and they tell me it’ll be a $200 incidental fee. Okay no big deal, hotels do that. I agreed. Now here I am 20 days later with a $230 hold still on my card. I call my bank, they say the hotel hasn’t released it, I call the hotel they say they have, I call corporate and they don’t know anything at all. So who has my money then? Not only was my stay there sub par because I could hear the people in the next room having intercourse all night but I could hear the workers vacuuming at 8 am right outside my door. You can hear everything and my what was supposed to be relaxing get away from my loud house was still loud. So, not only am I out almost $330 dollars but I’m livid. I could have stayed at the ritz for this kind of money. I call corporate and you guys are going to tell me “I’ll escalate this and they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours” nope that’s just not good enough for me. I want my money back, it’s been almost a month, what is wrong with you guys? So I’ll be there tonight to talk face to face with the general manager and get my money back. And I’ll be getting ahold of the better business bureau and corporate and a lawyer if need be.

Worst service I've ever received from ANY business. Undisclosed $200.00 hold until after we've paid, no mention anywhere that no amenities are available, and HORRIBLE customer service. They gave us a voucher for breakfast, but never mentioned it had to be filled out the night before. The desk clerk at night was downright rude. The morning clerk was great, but that was the only redeeming thing of our entire stay. We both have sore backs today because the mattress was uncomfortable. I will NEVER spend a dime at a Holiday Inn again.

Horrible visit. Front desk clerk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. 200.00 hold put on our card even though we were never once informed of this. Never informed that we had to place a breakfast order the night before so we missed breakfast. Beds left us both with back pain and a restless night. I will never be back.

I was charged a security deposit of $200 per room (which is more than the cost of each room and I had multiple) and they never told me that this would be happening. It overdrew my account and I went to ask what these extra charges were to the person at the front desk. The GM, I believe his name was Raj, happened to be working that day. He blamed me for not knowing and said I should have “read the fine print. ” He refused to give me a receipt for the amount of the security deposit, the receipt only included the initial price of the rooms. This was his exact quote “We used to tell people about the deposit, but they would get mad. ” This place is extremely shady and the owner has no respect whatsoever. He responds to all of his bad reviews on Google and basically argues with the customer. He responded to my review and called me ignorant for not knowing about the security deposit and blamed me again. Any reputable business would just say “sorry you had that experience, we hope your next stay is better. ” But this man knows nothing about respecting customers. I have stayed in numerous hotels across the country traveling for business and have never had a hotel not tell me about a deposit if it was required. They said the deposit would take 7-10 days to go back into my account. If I was in a worse financial situation, those security deposits could have kept me from traveling home because I was there from out of state. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The manager, Raj, at this location is completely unprofessional in how he deals with customers. Actually lied to me regarding how room blocks were managed and refuses to call me back. I've gone as far as contacting corporate who are completely worthless and are unable to address billing issues with their properties AND are unable to give me the name of owner of the property?
will NEVER stay in an IHG property again. Hilton, Hyatt and Marriot are classier and deserve my and my organization s business more.

It is conveniently located next to the I-71, and that makes getting anywhere a breeze. The rooms were clean, and the people who worked there were all friendly. My only small issue is the walls seem to be a but thin. We were next to a group of NFL fans who were nice enough, but a bit rowdy later in the evening.

Everything you would expect from a well kept Holiday Inn. Everything was clean and new. The pool looked above average for a hotel pool, and the fitness center was a bit larger than average. A very good hot breakfast too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel near the Cleveland Airport. Pool, nice fitness center, business area, and breakfast seating. Rooms are ok because they look like they are a bit dated. Staff was friendly and welcoming and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Stayed here on the first floor for a few nights (weekend) to attend a family wedding. Nothing fancy but nice enough and the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. This place is convenient to all major roads and with a free breakfast, definitely worth the stay. Surprisingly less than other hotels in the area.

As usual the Holiday lnn Express was a very nice and clean and comfortable place to stay. Located just a few miles from the fairgrounds it made it very convenient to conduct business and then dine out and shop at local stores. I will continue my practice of staying at Expresses for business trips.

First room we were giving had something all over bed, told front desk so they gave us another room. This room was clean but color scheme was pretty wild. (electric blue and gray). Breakfast at this hotel not much to speak of, could only get pancake machine to make 1 pancake even after repeated tries. Will stay at the holiday inn in downtown Cleveland next time we visit our daughter at Baldwin Wallace University. (which is about 5 minutes from hotel but, evidently no one there has heard of it.

1. The entire staff's professional politeness and courtesy is simply remarkable. Not once in the entire week that we were here did anyone of the staff not greet the guests in the hallway, in the lobby, in the cafeteria, even in the parking lot. They said good morning, good afternoon, how are you today? Have a great rest of your day. Just remarkable. Thank you. 2. The room is impeccably clean. 3. The bathrooms in the lounge, in the room, in the lobby just impeccably clean. 4. Excellent parking 5. Truly a quality IHG Hotel.

This was a great place to crash for the night. It is located right off the highway and was easy to find. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. Our room was quite nice. It had an attractively high ceiling and was surprisingly nicely decorated. Everything appeared spotless and very well maintained. We had all of the normal hotel room amenities plus a microwave and mini fridge. The price was average for the area and included a full breakfast, including pancakes made in 1 minute by a little steamroller machine! The bed was fine, although a little firmer than I prefer. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. Com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around… My experience at this hotel was pretty good. For the most part the room was in great condition and very clean. The staff was great and the breakfast food was surprisingly good. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which makes this a great place to stay when visiting via the airport. I plan to stay here next time I need a Cleveland airport hotel.

Overall good experience, the only thing I dislike about this hotel is due to structural limitations, the hall way is super long (hotel front desk and elevator are at one end of the building, whereas most hotels' are in the middle). My room is all the way to the end, which is not that convenient when carrying somewhat heavy luggage. Other than that, everything else is good!
