Dirty room and found out after check in that the hot tub was broken. Main reason to getaway was to sit in hot tub and relax away from home. Wouldn’t refund us but directed us to call a manager on her “time off” even though she “probably won’t answer”.

I am staying here for a couple days and I just absoutly love it especially for how cheap a room is. It has a nice sized indoor pool and hot tub, friendly staff (we forgot to pickup milk for my one year old son so they gave us a couple small cartoons of it, and said we could ask for more if needed), the rooms are very nice, the bathroom is nice, and everything is clean. Not to mention the free continental breakfast was pretty great to, and free Wi-Fi! I would definitely stay here again. The location is also very close to everything you'd probably stop at while visiting, espically the mall.

Stay here was interesting. The hotel is clean, bed is fantastic. Hot tub was out of order the entire weekend and the front desk clerk was more interested in hanging out with her boyfriend outside than actually helping anyone. Could not smile for the life of her.

A damn fine hotel when needed. Stopped in at around 11 PM after several hours on the road and got a 2 queen room. No, it wasn't the most immaculate or quiet but it wasn't sketchy or filthy. If you just need a place to stay, you can do worse! The morning breakfast wasn't an amazing selection but it was complimentary and actually pretty darn good. The woman running the front counter and breakfast area was great as well, offering a high chair and being friendly in general was so nice!

Pretty standard, basic hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a TV (not very big) and fridge in the room. Free breakfast is available from 6-9. There was a pool and hot tub, but I didn't use either. Didn't stay in Fargo long, but the hotel seemed close to many stores and restaurants. Only interacted with 1 staff person but she was very friendly.

Very poor hotel. We quit staying there, after being treated so poorly. When. They start charging $200.00 deposit for a room. We told the to keep the room. We have stayed there for the last 8 years. We always have been very quiet.

Literally the most unprofessional 30 second phone call I’ve ever had.

The hot tub was out of service while I was there. There was black eyeliner or mascara on one of the pillowcases leading me to believe that the staff doesn't change the bedding after every stay. But there was nowhere else available in my price range.

Bed was alright. Good for 60/night. Breakfast was very subpar though.

When we got there, the hot tub was out of service, then the TV in our room wasn't working either. But the gal at the front came and fixed the TV and let us have a late check-out time because of our scheduled appointments for the day.

The quality of rooms is right about perfect for the price. I really enjoyed the hospitality and peacefulness of the atmosphere.

Brenden was hilarious and wonderful to deal with and more than eager to help me with all my needs.

Breakfast could have been better. Overall good.

Excellent price. Nice clean comfy & warm room, hot breakfast, polite and helpful staff, newer flat screen tv. I couldn't have asked for more. Especially having an impromptu stay in Fargo.

The service was decent. But the pool was cold and the first room we received was dirty.

Perfectly fine for a dive hotel. Clean enough, quiet enough. Small tv, heat was cranked in the room when we arrived but dialed in ok. No issues at all. Ok breakfast, was not well stocked but I don't think anyone left hungry. Small pool, hot tub was out of order. North door would not unlock with key. Would stay again at the 40 dollar price point I paid.

Did not feel safe during my stay. Mangement is lacking in customer service.

Staff is great but the room/rooms were horrible. I checked in at 9:00pm. They put me in the first room 117. It smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. I tried to spray my perfume but it didn't work. I went to the front desk and asked for an air freshener. She said she could switch me suites and I said I didn't want to be a bother but she said it wasn't a problem. I checked into the new room, 115. This room smelled musty, the curtain was broken, the lamp was broken. There was no hair dryer but there was the hardware for it. Lol. I stayed the night as I just drove 8 hours but checked out in the morning.

Hotel rooms where pretty dirty. Front desk clerk in the evening was lovely and friendly. Couldn't get over the wood chips? On the bed and gum stuck to the carpet.

Location was fine. Service was excellent. The front entry was terribly rough and bumpy. Extremely hard to move both the luggage cart and the wheelchair. The room had many issues: Only suites get microwaves and refrigerators. The accessible room is not a suite, therefore no microwave or fridge. People needing an accessible room often have multiple health issues that would require a refrigerator for medical or dietary needs. Using the community fridge is not an appropriate option. Only one pillow on the bed that should have had 4. Only two more were available. Phone was missing. No replacement available. Cable box missing. Replaced. Iron missing. Why is the handicapped accessible room 3/4 of the way down the hall? Not everyone who is handicapped uses a wheelchair, and it is a long walk. The shower bench was built backwards. Shower drain is super slow. There are no towel racks within reach of the inside of the inside of the shower. Extra outlets and USB ports on only one side of the bed. Why not the other side too? The desk clerk at night should be able to authorize a later checkout time. You should not have to wait until the morning to talk to the manager. It defeats the whole purpose of sleeping in. Breakfast: No lids for coffee cups. Only cream cheese available is strawberry flavor. Prefer plain. I like that the room door opens out. Much better in an emergency. Except that there is no security lock. Just the deadbolt. Kyla was awesome.

The night staff was helpful and eager to help us find a way to fix the problem with our TV (missing cable box). There was no frig or microwave which was frustrating. The accessible room was quite a distance from the front door. The phone and iron were missing. The accessible shower chair had been built backwards. There were no towel racks within reach of the "accessible" shower. The size of the room was great and the hotel was pretty quiet. Our room was clean when we arrived and so were the common areas.

Not the best. There's a Mexican restaurant which is right across from here which is the only good part. Do not recommend for more than 2 days.

The hotel is good for the price if you're only staying for one or two nights, my only suggestion is that they install more outlets in more accessible spots.

The location is pretty good and easy to get to. The room is big and the bed is comfortable, however that's where the positive stops. The front desk seems to enjoy loud rap hip hop style of music (notbfamily friendly from the t. V. Right next to the guests have breakfast) the rooms dont have fridges or microwaves, one of the plugs behind the bed has burnt and when I showed the front desk a photo of it he said sorry about that, the pool and hot tub is closed due to health regulations and not the renovations that on was told it was, and finally the bathroom door gets stuck on the front of the toilet when trying to open it. Other then that, its fine and the bed is very comfy.

This is my favorite hotel in Fargo. Very clean rooms and the beds are so comfy! The breakfast was well above average for a hotel. The pool and hot tube are amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and respectful specially Jacala and Kyle. Thanks for everything!

This is a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. The guy who checked us in was a very nice and respectful young man I think his name was tyler or kyle. The beds were amazing the room and hotel was very clean. The location is close to shopping and good food.

My second time staying in this hotel and once again I was very impressed by the service provided by the staff. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The hotel itself is clean and well kept for the most part. I did notice that the rather worn out old desk phone in the room was missing the card showing you what the extra buttons do and that the armchair in the room had some light damage. I was able to get a suite which means a moderate seating area with a bar fridge and microwave in addition to the sleeping area which includes a king size bed. The pool area is very nice looking although small. The free breakfast was fairly standard for a budget hotel with a decent assortment that should satisfy most tastes.

The hotel itself is the best bang for the buck in this area. As others have posted the beds are above average and the breakfast is well above average and the staff are very kind. An easy four stars.

Nice clean rooms. No elevator. Decently priced. Good for an overnight halt on a roadtrip.

Staff was pleasant and professional. The room seemed clean (though there were some bugs on the bathroom floor — not bed bugs, just pill bugs, but still a bit icky) and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice.

I had a reservation for tonight. The hotel policy says that the check in time at the hotel is at 3pm. I arrived at the front desk at 8pm and I got informed that was no room ready. The lady at the front desk got in touch with the housekeeper and informed us that would take 15 minutes until the room be available and clean. We checked in and we left to find a place to use the restroom once the hotel apparently were for employees use only. After eating supper and going back to the hotel we got the key to the room. Once we open the door of the room that is a man in the room that claims that it is his room. We come back again to the front desk… she apologizes for the inconvenience and ask for us to wait again while she verify if there is other room available… and here we are at 10:4pm waiting for a room still! After driving 6hs to g eery to the hotel and have a early flight leaving in the morning. Never staying in this franchise again. And I'm definitely never will recommend this place to anyone. So I'm strongly advising on this review: No not stay at this hotel.

I arrived at this Economy Lodge at two in the morning. We were able to get a room in less than five minutes, and everything was very clean. There weren't any weird smells, and the bed was quite comfortable. This is a good inexpensive option if you want to stay overnight in Fargo.

This is actually a 3.5. We loved our first stay here! A little tricky to find. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was amazing! The pool was a great way to settle three little children and clean. They made sure we had enough towels to go around and comfy beds to sleep in without asking. They even gave our large group adjoining rooms which made coordinating things much easier! On our second stay, we had a smaller group and a little less satisfying stay. Beds were still comfy and staff friendly. But our second room had no fridge like the first. Our shower curtain also looked questionable. Never determined if it was the pattern or actual stains, but had a feeling it was stains.

Great location right off the highway and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Room was large and bright.

Room was standard… pool was crowded with guest services teenager and friends. Breakfast and Wi-Fi was decent.
