Great facility, Great staff, clean, pool water temperature is decent nothing worse than cold water! Definitely my place to stay every time I goto Fargo!

I was in town for a work related visit. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and followed the hotel's CoVid protocols.

We stayed for my grandson 7th birthday. The room was great and very clean. The pool was fun! And stayed open quite late. The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. We were able to have a late check out 2 to be exact. We will definitely will be returning.

Clean and comfortable! great staff and best hot breakfast around with fresh pancakes and hot fresh cinnamon rolls!

Nice bathroom! Require a handicapped accessible bathroom, got a walk in shower with a seat! Great!

One of the nicer Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in. Very clean and large rooms. Best hotel fitness center I have used.

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast stocked well. Rooms are updated and look great as well as the bathrooms. No issues finding it, would stay again.

Just called to try an book a room for 2 nights, the lady on the phone was rude as hell! I asked if they had any rooms available for tonight (7/14/18) and tomorrow night (7/15/18) she said we're sold out tonight and hung up on me! Didn't even bother to check tomorrow night, I spend a lot of money at holiday inn still! They usually don't not allow people of her nature to deal directly with customers! She'd be better suited asking if I need my floors vacuumed or the trash removed from my room! 7/14/18 13:08

Breakfast was very good. Nice kiddy pool and hot tub! I would stay there again.

Everything was very nice and clean. I haven't stayed at such a nice hotel in a long time. I wish I had stayed longer to use the gym and swim in the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. They location was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Great stay all the way around.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is reasonably prices and the rooms are always clean. The lobby is large and has ample seating for meeting the "group" and heading out ar just sitting around and talking. The hotel is one exit away from the interstate 29 and 94 interchange. And is located near the. Mall and many restaurants.

Here for the Fargo Marathon and thought I'd be up too early for something to eat. However they had a nice breakfast set up with bagels, granola, fruit, and Gatorade to grab! That was much appreciated!

Perfect handicapped room. Great breakfast. Made my stay very pleasant. Only thing, need a better chair to relax in in the handicapped room. Need to have one higher shair that doesn't roll. If not in wheelchair nowhere to really sit to relax. Otherwise things were great.

Great hotel! New, modern, and very clean! Very impressed! Also the staff is very nice. Recommend this hotel to everyone!

Arrived at hotel after check in time and was greeted at the front desk by what looked like a very unhappy mono toned sounding young female employee, told her that I was here to check in, she looks at her computer and calls housekeeping to see if there was any available rooms that were not posted, looks at me and says I'm sorry sir but we were fully booked last night and I have nothing ready for u at the moment so I'm like well whatever I guess it happens so what time did u need me to come back? Her reply was well probably at least a half an hour so I replied ok well I will take my family and wander a store or mall somewheres nearby and come back. Carried away at a walmart nearby we ended up coming back to the hotel just a bit over an hour more than the time the girl had told me they needed and I said to myself there must be a room available for us now, arriving back at the hotel with cranky kids in the car just wanting to rest in the hotel room I went back to the front desk and was greeted by the exact employee from earlier and said I am back to check in again, looking around and seeing lots of other people and families proceeding up to their rooms with bags I turn back to the employee to have her tell me again I'm sorry sir we still don't have a room ready for u, I reply excuse me? Are u kidding me? How can u not when I have given u more than enough time than u had previously told me u needed!

Very nice, big room. Extremely comfortable bed! Big bathroom and shower. Very clean, except for the random hairs in the bathroom (which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). Clean, very white towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Bonus of 12 p. M. Checkout!

Wow! This is probably one of the nicest expresses ive stayed in! Typically stay at country inn in Fargo but wanted to try this one out. Was NOT disappointed. Complimentary breakfast was also pretty decent. I'd recommend highly.

Best place to stay! Beautiful rooms and the staff is friendly and courteous. Awesome continental breakfast.

I would give a 5 star, but the customer service was lacking. My husband and son had to wait 20 minutes after calling the front desk twice for having someone to turn on the water slide. When the front desk person came, she didn't apologize for the wait. Also, we noticed ants on our sofa bed in the morning. I informed the front desk as we were leaving, and again, no apology or even ask if anyone was bit by an ant. We did enjoy the spacious room, pool, and breakfast.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel looks new, in a great location by lots of shops, and is extremely nice staff! In addition, the rooms/beds/bath are spacious compared to many hotels in this price range! There were lots a smiling kids that looked like they enjoyed the pool area! The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels… eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, rolls, muffins, cereal, a pancake printing machine, juices, and much more.

Very good customer service, great breakfast also a great pool and hot tub also was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Will stay again!

A very enjoyable stay. My family liked it very much. The pool was just the right size for younger kids. The staff was extremely friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel to my traveling friends and fellow truck drivers.

My daughter uses a wheelchair and we were very pleased with our room and the pool area accessibility. We have stayed a few times for medical travel. The first time was by chance through Hotwire and the other times on purpose because we loved it so much. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and my children loved the late night pancakes.

First off it is a gorgeous hotel. And the staff was friendly. I stay at a Holiday Inn about 75 nights a year. I was very disappointed that the the frig. Didn't have a freezer so I could store a couple microwave meals. But what was the most disappointing was that it didn't matter because there was no microwave in the room. When you stay for weeks at a time this is necessary. They do have one in the lobby but after a long day I don't feel like running back and forth and waiting while someone else uses it. I forgot tooth paste and the desk provided me with a tsp of toothpaste in a squeeze packet. In the past at other Holiday Inn's they provide a travel size tube. Breakfast was blah and fruit selection rough. I usually grab a breakfast to go bag but didn't see any and no attendant. I used the business center a couple times to try to print some documents and the printer didn't print. Overall if you are staying one night you will be fine but if you are staying 3+ nights it really isn't geared towards business people or extended stay.

Very well kept Hotel and excellent amenities. Staff was phenomenal and friendly. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Fargo.

It's a fairly new hotel, very nice. Friendly staff. Convenient to access with large vehicles /trucks.

Hotel still smelled like it was built yesterday. Fancy modern decor. Very clean rooms. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again.
