Earplugs on the nightstand should be a red flag. Warn people that the building is built poorly and that there's zero chance of getting a decent night's sleep, since a herd of buffaloes has been located on the top floor and will stampede from 4am until 630am. The drywall on the ceiling vibrates with every footstep and there's something in the walls that rattles with every footstep of the people above. Also there's no fridge nor microwave in the room. This is a standard feature of any hotel anywhere. There are cheaper and much nicer and quieter hotels within a one block radius.

I absolutely love the people here! They are the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. This was our 7the stay here and I will not go anywhere else.

A great hotel to check out when in town, reasonable rates, quality staff, and great snacks in the bar/restaurant. They were super helpful when we hosted an event there and we plan to hold it again this year!

Pool and room very nice. Bar is not cheap at all but thats to be expected. More parking space may be a good idea.

Staff was informative and polite. The only downfalls was the fact that the restaurant was closed an hour early from what the board at the front stated, and you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside of the rooms and inside others. I know that this is to be expected to some level, but this seemed a bit out of the norm for a building so new. With that being said the rooms were amazing and comfortable! They also had a pantry instead of vending machines that had a lot more opinions, but… I still didn't know the price of the items, which was deterrent. I would stay here again.

Very nice motel. Clean comfortable large rooms. Manager was very nice. There is a bar in motel, but it opens at 5 and closes at 11, just an fyi there. They don't offer a free continental breakfast, but you can order food from their place if you want. There is a coffee maker in the room, but no fridge or microwave. Pool and hot tub, although we didn't have time to use it. I would stay here again. It was quiet, spacious, and comfortable.

I was at the Four Points for a business meeting. I only saw s meeting room and had a lunch in the restaurant area, but the hotel was clean, the service was great and the food was excellent. Highly recommended for future business functions.

Staff is pleasant & helpful. Conference room with pre-arranged buffet service was very good. They never allowed any of the food items to run low during our two hour family brunch.

A huge thank you to Sam and Paige for going out of their way to help a little boy have the best birthday! It meant so much to him! Will highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you again!

Staff was friendly. The pool was on the smaller size but was nice for my family. You could hear some noise from the hallway, but we had a pleasant stay.

Usually it's been fine but they are limited on drugs, so none for us. Then the room smelled like a dog; I cleaned the air conditioner filters and put some essential oil on them. Ah, much better.

Pleasant place to stay. Poorly insulated rooms tho, I could hear everything surrounding me. But it was priced well enough for the superior quality in other aspects to make it a good value.

The positive is that the beds and pillows are amazing! The negative is just the construction of the hotel… Paper thin walls and doors. You can EVERYTHING way more than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. And the sliding bathroom door is just ridiculous. But the room was clean and the staff was nice.

The beds were very comfortable and the decor was nice, but the lack of options at breakfast was amazing. On a Sunday morning they had no orange juice, no pancakes and only sadly little bagels. And I will add this wasn't a free breakfast, but an actual restaurant that had no options. Won't stay there again as there are so many options in the area — definitely would advise against staying here unless you are only there to sleep.

Walked in the front door, gave them a name, a credit card, got the keys and got to the room. Literally that fast. Quick service, nice rooms, comfortable beds and a nice, warm, home like vibe. Will strongly recommend to anyone, not looking for a water park for their kids.

A good hotel for the price, but not a place I would immediately pick if I was heading to Fargo. The location is nice, close to most things you want to do in Fargo and near the interstate for the rest. The staff is very nice and helpful, and probably the best part of the hotel. As for the building and rooms themselves, it leaves some to be desired. The rooms have everything you need, but perhaps not everything you could want. I found the beds to be comfortable, and having blackout drapes is always nice. On the downside, there's no overhead lighting, no alarm clock, a phone placed away from the bed, and (though I know this is less common) no fridge or place to keep things cool in the base level room. The room also only has two towels, which is nice from an environmental standpoint, but not the most convenient if you have to ask for more. Perhaps the biggest downside is the thin walls. If you are a light sleeper and have neighbors talking at regular volume, you may have some trouble sleeping. Unfortunately the noise comes right through. Overall, a nice enough hotel with great staff that gets the job done. Just consider bringing ear plugs.

Front desk service was great, helpful and attentive. Pool are was spacious and accommodating. Our event was catered by the hotel. The food was good the attendants where spectacular.

Family stayed there to visit some relatives. Bar was very high class and rooms were very clean. Friendly service.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They have a small, but very functional exercise room. Best of all, they had a beer sampling night when I was there!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. I always enjoy the pool and hot tub great for kids and adults. The space in the lobby is so nice you can have private moments down there as there are several spots to sit and meet up with people.

Room was lacking basic amenities (phone, lamp, room service menu, etc). Extremely loud (and drunk) neighbors partying into the morning hours. Numerous complaints but did not leave for a long time despite being "kicked out".

The hotel and rooms are very nice and modern. However it is very loud and almost no sound proofing and there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms.
My biggest complaint is their breakfast. It is NOT free and it is just your standard hotel breakfast that you get at any regular hotel except these guys charge $8 for it! It’s a money grab.
The pool was nice except there was no designated “adult time” there were kids running around screaming until 11pm when it shut down and there are never any towels.

We initially booked our 1st stay here thru Hotwire. The price for what we were in town for it was "sold it! "
Upon arrival @ 3pm check in time we were told the rooms "weren't ready" & to come back. Our room was nice sized, a light was burnt out but that's minor. Our 2nd day there we stopped in the pool area — there were no towels available which we felt was odd.
Overall it was an "ok" stay. The one thing we did find very nice was the lounge area, although we didn't utilize the Resturant.

Good hotel at a good rate. A little outside of downtown but friendly service. Happened to be noisy the night we stayed but not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is very nice and well taken care of as it is new. The reason for 1 star was due to the breakfast in the morning. Most painful display of service I've ever experienced. 2 other tables in restaurant and we're told its going to be 35+ mins for our meal. 50 mins later the first 2 of the 6 made it's way out. The next 2 came out after the first 2 were done and then the next after the first 4 were done eating. During the entire meal we had to get our own coffee from the lobby as there was little to no chance we'd get from the server. Overall the place is great, close the restaurant or figure it out as that will cause you lots of negative reviews. Also probably a good idea to use less butter.

I would not stay here again. Our room window was missing a blind. I talked to hotel staff twice and nothing was done for us, so I had to stand on a chair and hang a blanket over the window.
We were in a handicapped room, but there was no shower stool for my husband.
We got 3 wake up calls at 5:00 am that we did not ask for
Very noisy! We were in a room that happened to adjoin to 3 young guys that came home at 3:00 am and they talked very loudly for over half an hour about the girls they picked up-we could hear every word. Plus we could hear hallway conversations too.
Shower soap dispenser was empty.
No fridge.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days while a loved one was in the hospital across the street. The staff was amazing! they were friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Very kind and caring checking in on us to see how things were going and asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The lounge and restaurant were very nice for us after long full days sitting at the hospital. The food was decent. Not high end dining, but we knew that going into it. The bar had some nice top shelf items. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were wonderful. The staff: Dean, Jesse, Laura, Sheldon, Matt, Tyrell, Harriet and Abigail became like family to us. They were able to accommodate us every time we thought we were checking out and had to call back and say we needed to stay yet another night. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Fargo. So glad we chose this hotel. What would have made it better for us would have been a fridge/microwave in the room and if they had some outdoor seating area. Its nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy fresh air when being " cooped up" inside all day long. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Good place to stay with small children. It has an excellent kiddie pool and ample space in the dual queen rooms. The complimentary coffee was excellent and the fruit infused water is a nice touch. The Sunday morning buffet was mediocre, but at $7.95 the convenience factor along with two under 2 eating free made it a pretty good value.

My daughter had stayed here before & recommended it. She, my 8 year old grandson & I spent a Sunday night with checkout the following Monday (One night stay) and I found it to be amazing! The beds were so comfy, I wanted to take one home :) the staff very helpful & friendly. The room impeccable, an it was very peaceful the whole night. The lobby was a perfect place to catch up with a former classmate while the other 2 enjoyed the pool. I saw several families checking out Monday morning as I lounged in the lobby & I was amazed there were so many kids as I didn't hear a peep. The whole stay was, as I said, very peaceful. My next overnight in Fargo will most definitely be here. They are in close proximity to several eateries, so you don't have to go far to find your favorite cuisine.

Four Points is my favorite place to stay in Fargo. The rooms are fresh and the decor is minimalistic and rustic. Fun bar, pool, and rec room. Breakfast is also quick to order and the high tables are my pick. Very quiet rooms with sliding barn door style to the bathroom. A fun stay every time.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Key cards are the newest type (save key over the lock pad) which are easy and fast. TV has plenty of channels and the downstairs has a ton of room for sitting with large groups. I knocked a star off because the front desk at night was backed up a bit and couldn't speak to me about my question for awhile. Overall, great hotel.

We booked Four Points for an unexpected, short notice two day trip to Fargo due to it being slightly cheaper than our normal choices. I do not believe we will be returning after this visit due to a number of small annoyances that didn't seem worth the small amount we saved over other hotels. First, the air conditioner was LOUD, very loud, so much so that it frequently woke me up when it kicked on at night. The glass shower door was either improperly installed or improperly cut and did not fit correctly and if you were not paying attention it would slam into the glass wall portion of the shower. The plumbing was done backwards so that hot was cold and vice versa. The main door to our room was also finicky, being very difficult to open if pushed slightly before trying. Overall, I guess the whole place kind of seems cheap. The continental breakfast was very limited, offering only cold cereal, yogurt, and pastries on the first day. The second day looked like it may have added eggs and something else warm, but why they wouldn't do that daily is beyond me. The parking is awful, most of the parking lot only had enough room for one car due to so many people parking along the curb.

One of the best hotel restaurants in town. Friendly service (Courtney & Dean), great food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Guessing the rooms are pretty neat as well!

Think Twice before getting a room from this hotel in Fargo, ND! Room was dirty to say the least… The bed skirt and sheets had large visible spills on them, had Not been washed or changed before we were given the room. There where hairs in the bed and BUGS also! I found pubic hair on the bathroom floor around the toilet and in the bathtub. I took pictures of Everything (plus brought the dead bug) down to the front desk only to be told they were 99% booked and Maybe could give us a different room the next day. Staff was Very rude and not helpful at all. I left my information and was assured management would contact me, which did not happen. I called Her and left a message to which she Never replied. Will NEVER stay at this dirty bug infested hotel again!

We will not stay there again. There was no microwave and no refrigerator. The food was overpriced. I got charged twice for the room. One of the staff members was not that friendly. The room was clean. The kids pool needed more water in it. It had literally like 6 inches of water in it.

Spent 4 days there. Lower level is awesome with lots of space and activities in the restaurant and lounge. Room itself was small and I had to ask for a fridge/microwave which didn't have an easy place to put in room when staff brought it up. However, it was clean with very friendly staff. Overall a good experience with clean room and comfortable bed. A+ for room temp controls that worked quickly! I love a cool room and this one worked for me! PS. Loved the soap/hair/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Had more than I could possibly need — definitely a first! :)

I found everything excellent, well managed and well disciplined. Highly professional, polite and accommodating front desk staff. Service at restaurant and bar was superbly fantastic. Bar staff was so nice n friendly. Food was quickly served and was so delicious. The whole hotel smells so clean. Im definitely gonna stay there again and I would love to recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms, trendy decor. Worst service I have ever experienced. My husband described as if it was run by a bunch of teenagers. Room service did not arrive until 8:00 pm Saturday night. Had drinks at the bar, talked with the bar tender for at least 20 minutes when he remembered he gave a table menus but forgot to take their order. At breakfast the maintenance man was helping to hand out plates. Anytime you complained at the front desk told, "it's new management". I don't think the basic rules of hospitality change with a new manager. We would go back in a couple of years when they figure out how to run a hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff friendly. The pool and hot tub were handicap friendly, which was really neat, and the decor was really awesome. I would definitely come again.

The hotel and room itself was pretty comfortable, but he front desk staff were both very poor. We had to ask twice to get linens for the pullout couch. The automatic shades in our room didn't work… on either window. We asked to have that fixed twice and it never happened. Our suite had a full kitchen with stove and dishwasher but not one glass, plate, fork, anything. But the bed was comfortable.

Just average. Fire alarm went off on a very cold winter morning. The rooms are nice but a bit sterile. Fargo is booming and there are lots of good choices. The hotel was pretty empty while we were there.
