Very clean and nicely maintained hotel rooms, staff very helpful and professional!

I landed here during a snowstorm. The whole city is shut down including the restaurants. The hotel provided soup so that those of us stranded had something to eat. It is greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay. Fair prices.

It was alright of a stay, a bit of a musty smell however but that wasn't an issue. Overall not bad if you're there for a night doing something else, although there are better hotels that are a bit more expensive but overall better looking stays.

I've stayed at the Fargo Inn & Suites several times and had a pretty good experience. It's economical and had food and free breakfast and has recently been upragraded to be pretty fresh. However recently and this time especially rooms smell like smoke. Tough to stomach myself but when I bring my kids with me I hate bringing them into that kind of room. Sadly I think the enforcement is poor and as a non-smoking father it not only sours my experience but gives me fear I'll be blamed.

Nice service and clean hotel. Rooms are pretty small but priced right. Good central location and love that they're pet friendly.

It's okay but lower quality. A/C was LOUD. No bathroom fan. Room was hot.

The only thing missing from this place is a nice pool. Our room was clean minus an empty 6 pack box that was behind the TV stand. Breakfast is pretty decent. The shower was good and we were very comfy. The location isn't too bad, either and they have off premise sales at the bar which is awesome. Especially for those of us that want to drink when you get off the road in your hotel room without needing a taxi. I actually would have liked to stay a day or two more, but we have to work. Thank you guys for a cozy affordable stay. :)

Mauna, as well as other staff were so welcoming. I once stayed on my Birthday and was greeted with flowers and a birthday card in my room. The rooms were very clean. All the staff was tremendous to work with and were very friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your stay. I love this place!

Place is nearby the mall and a lot of other shopping. There is a bar that serves food at front of property and multiple other restaurants nearby within walking distance. Room was acceptable, a little dated and older but the bed was comfortable and NO BUGS. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience. Rating two stars vs one only for the price of $70/night. We wanted a cheap place only to sleep as graduation weekend had us busy all day. We didn't eat the breakfast that is raved about, but my in-laws did and they didn't have anything to "rave" about it. The rooms are small as are the beds (we had a king that felt like a queen, they had a queen that looked like a full). The room had poor lighting! The only lights in the main rooom were two lamps with different colored bulbs. We read a review before booking stating the room smelled like farts… We laughed then. We aren't now. It had a musty, old smell. I guess it is an older hotel, but despite remodeling (as they claim) it smells old. The best part? When we are sleeping, exhausted from our day, we are both woke up suddenly and in an instant panic as the fire alarm went off at 1am. It went off 5 more times after that. There was no fire or evacuation. No one knows why as we learned at check out. The staff didn't know. Their excuse was a pizza could have burned at the bar and set off the alarm. Five times? Regardless we didn't know what we should be doing. Apparently another patron was next to the fire doors and also complained that they kept slamming shut after each alarm. But again people we going back and forth not knowing what to do and night staff failed to provide any details. Day staff shrugged it off nonchalantly when brought up as if this is a regular occurrence. Overall cheap night stay.

Its is a hotel with beds and doors; it's not particularly overwhelmingly luxurious, but hey: what do you really expect? No bells, whistles, or frills. Yet, the breakfast is surprisingly good.

Very good deal. Nice rooms, refrigerator and microwave. Great location to other attractions like the mall, movie theater and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

I must say that our stay here was wonderful! We had a great room and the price was just right for what we needed. We came in for the last Zombie PubCrawl with friend's and I thought to myself, we just need a bed to sleep in nothing fancy but got more than we bargained for. We stayed in the heart last year at the Radisson and yes, it was right there when we were done, but had nothing to offer. This hotel has a 2 star rating but offers breakfast in the morning convenient shopping and a lyft will getyou where you need to go, all at a good low price. The other guy fancy rooms with no breakfast to offer and thefront desk staff not nearly as friendly. Thank you Fargo Inn and Suites keep up the good work!

I am so amazed with this place especially for the price. And a five star continental breakfast. Clean rooms and Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Especially the desk lady, Alex. Lots of stuff around to do if you don't want to sit in your room and if you do there's plenty to watch on TV. And did I mention that continental breakfast?

The room I stayed in had no silicone/caulking around the tub so while I was showering water hit where the shower wall and bathtub meet and mold came out of the gap. The top blanket was dirty. I tried telling the manager at the front desk and she acted as if I was lying. The only good thing about this place is the breakfast. Next time I am in Fargo I will NOT be staying at the Fargo inn and suites.

Love it. Great rooms and attached bar and staff is AWESOME… Plus good breakfast. I'd never pay for the high priced places… honestly, this is your best value for your dollar. Believe me, I'm very fussy.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is really good with eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, pudding, different breads, juice, milk and coffee. Plenty of hot water. Refrigerator and microwave in rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Sports bar. Pricing is adequate and close to the mall, shopping and many restaurants. Easy access to and from interstate 29, exit 64.

The hotel tried hard, but was definitely a lower standard than other hotels in the area that I've stayed at. Positives: very friendly and responsive staff, nice breakfast selection, very convenient, looks like has been remodeled, great (and hot) coffee. Negatives: paper thin walls (literally woken up at various times to people in next room talking/laughing til 3am), tub was rust stained, only offered shampoo (not conditioner) for conveniences, overall seedy vibe of other guests and attached bar. Probably will stay at more subdued, quieter location next time I'm in town for business.

Great price for a nice room with a queen bed, microwave and fridge. Very clean hotel with wonderful staff! We checked in and there was chili available for a light meal, hot coffee, tea or cocoa available anytime and a breakfast bar that way surpasses the traditional continental breakfast offered by others we have stayed at.
Mauna who worked the evening we checked in had answered the phone when I called prior to our arrival when inquiring about places in the area for a good chicken dinner. She offered to investigate and let us know when we arrived. This place goes above and beyond for their patrons. Thank you!

They have a great breakfast there. For the money it's very good. I stayed there 2 months while I was working.

The front desk help was in a league of her own. Polite patient and very knowledgeable. The room was clean n quite spacious. The free breakfast was also a plus. Id definitely use them again.

Stopped in looking for a room at 2am. Desiree was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It smelled a little funny, but overall was a nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was a little stressfull late at night. My guess was this was due to the busy weekend. In the end it was uour average hotel.

Late Fitness Center Open: I thought the hotel was nice. The room was nice and the staff we interacted with where nice. The hotel offered a breakfast, which was good. However, I went down to the fitness center to work out at 6:30 am only to find that it didn't open until 8:00 am. I had to leave the hotel at 8:00 am to attend a conference. I don't know anyone who works out starting at 8:00 am. So that was frustrating, especially since I double checked that they hotel had a fitness room to be used.

When I saw reviews of the Fargo Inn & Suites, (formerly, the Select Inn), … I was nervous to share a room with my friend. As it turned out, it is a NICE room, with all the basic amenities. The hallways had new carpet, & several vending machines with all kinds of beverages/snacks. The room was clean, had a flat screen TV with ample channels, granite vanity, a newer tub surround, and newer toilet. The bed was very comfortable, plus I asked for extra pillows, and retrieved them from the front desk. The motel consists of a few separate buildings, but they are connected with one long corridor. On the North end is a pub, with limited gambling… The lobby is in the middle, where a basic hot/cold breakfast is served each morning… We were there for medical appointments, so all we needed, is what they offered… No pool, no hot tub, … but we didn't care… It is a decent motel, within walking distance to LOTS of shopping, and restaurants. … all for $60!

Very nice one night stay. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Red Delicious apples was the only fruit option. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom could've used better sound proofing and a fan.

It was fine to stay overnight. The area around is somewhat sketchy. We've got a room by the entrance so it was noisy at night. Otherwise the room was clean and well enough equipped.

The hotel was fairly nice. Breakfast was good in the morning, sausages, eggs, all the things one expects from a Continental breakfast. The only slightly downside was that someone had taken the batteries out of the room safe, so we couldn't lock the door to the safe. As a result we had to keep an eye on that unless we wanted to get hit in the shins by the door that kept swinging open.

Great stay. Really good breakfast lots of variety. Clean comfortable rooms. Great value for the money. I would recommend.

Good place to stay staff is friendly convenient location to highway shopping several restaurants close by and walking distance the free breakfast cook is also like a hospitality hostess (Linda) The Motel is an older Lodge geared toward medium price that employees adequate staffing to maintain quality service and appearance of the Inn.

Great place to stay. Trucker friendly! My husband and I were on a run and saw we had this weekend to hang out with the truck. No problem for this place at all! Clean, nice, and great breakfast! Pet friendly as well! If we are ever back I the area we will stay here again!

I would never stay here again! The whole place reeked of pot! It was very hot and stuffy! No elevator, so I had to haul my luggage and cooler up a long narrow set of stairs! Understaffed and totally not prepared for the crowd they were booked for. Our room keys didnt work the entire time we were there, so they had to let us in our room every time we left! Avoid this place!

It's good, it was a little warm because the AC wasn't on.

The gentleman checking us in was rude and he would not give us rooms on the ground floor other than that the rooms are small next to lots of places to eat.

Newly remodeled the rooms were nice enough but it did have a pretty cheap remodeled feeling. Also our heat didn't seem to work luckily it was only early November so it wasn't a huge deal. Seemed like I paid a bit much for what we got, was expecting nicer hallways but the rooms weren't bad.

This place was beyond generous to me, service was exquisite, if I needed something they got it right away, no waiting, they did perfect modifications to my requirements, temp, extra pillows WITHOUT ME ASKING, and offered me a free night when I had no place to go at the time. The best service ive had in years. Thank you guys so much for everything.
