Nice place clean rooms spacious rooms and nice staff.

Dirty. Wi-fi is terrible!

Just another dirty motel. The microwave was dirty the fridge was dirty. Dirty stains on the pillows. Typical filthy Jefferson Ave motel.

Clean extended stay place, locally reasonable priced.

You can live there. Less of people do.

Quiet inexpensive efficiency Hotel.

The location is near a mall. There is a lot of restaurants near by. The bus line is cheap. This location is smaller than the other ones in the area.

Less of a hotel and more of a studio apartment. Most tenants have been there from a few weeks to years.

Okay place to stay. Room door needed work had to get help to open alot. Quite most of the time.

Decent price but does not allow pets.

One of the better extended stay motels ive ever been to. They have on site security 24hrs. Secured rooms on site laundry room. Very nice mounted flat screened televisions. Refrigerator is good size they have 2 burner stove. In very convenient location free Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a room for atleast 2 week. The staff is very polite.

Stayed here christmas week. Christmas night at 6pm the room key the office gave us days before wasnt working so we called the on call officer they have. Man was screaming at us over the phone, hung up on us several times, wouldnt give us an estimate as to how long he would be here when we were locked out stuck in our car with our screaming 2 year old daughter. Woman in the office was equally as rude. Only come here if you want to get treated like trash.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was dirty and disgusting! They would come "clean" and not vacuum, not wipe anything, not clean the toilet or shower. Also, every single room gets smoked in! I have stayed here 3 weeks and the "general manager" is making us leave because we are over occupied with my husband, my 1 year old, and my 4 month old, and myself. Because we only need one bed because they are infants who sleep in their pack and plays! So right now as we speak I am packing up because we have to be out by noon. This didn't seem to be a problem when I checked in but now it is. The lady also refused to let me in my room until I upgraded to a bigger room so I was standing outside the office with my 2 babies on the cold talking to this ignorant woman on the phone because she had the office door locked during office hours and wouldn't open it. So with all of this said, don't waste your money at this place! There are plenty others around the same price!

This place is absolutely terrible! Was there for the 4th of July weekend after driving 16 hours from florida and the moment we walked into our rooms we began to notice things weren't clean. The table and couch looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, and also we had to deal with these huge flies in our room! Me and my wife killed atleast 5 in the span of 10 minutes. We told the staff downstairs which was crazy rude. They didn't care and told us there was nothing they could do about it but give us our money back. So we got our money back and left. Horrible staff.

Please please do not take your family here. This is the worst experience ever had in my life. I booked 2 days got locked out of my room after 1 night stay. No towels or blankets. The staff was rude and the maintenance man was drunk and obnoxious. I tried to make a complaint but nobody returns call. Elavators smell like marijuana.

Disgusting! Upon entering I found used floss on the floor, hairs on the towels, and a flea in my bed! Reception was rude and the halls smelled like urine. (I had to give it a star to post but it is not deserved)

Great location next to mall and interstate, big modern rooms, nice staff, quiet.

Set reservations effective March 12th. Arrived shortly after 3 pm. Checked in then was told that they do not allow pets, but their web site does say that pets are allowed. they said that we could cancel reservations but have to use the web site. They did not computer that we could use to do it and since we do not have smart phone the clerk said that we should go somewhere else to cancel reservation but it was then 3:50 and they had to be done by 4:oo p. M. so we had to take the room or pay and walk. the clerk, name unknown as she was not wearing a name tag. First room that they offered was a smoking room and due to health issues we could not use that room. Her attitude could only be described as blah… this not only caused us a great inconvience, but had to pay to put the pet in a kennel… if they are going to state that pets are allowed on the crestwood web site then it should be so. we paid for one week and plan to vacate at the end of the week.

Horrible staff, need repairs, towels dirty, no pots or pans or utensil.

This is the worst! You have to buy your own toilet paper and clean your own room and wash your own linens.

The police where there every night due to drugs in hotel.

The staff was great. I thought the Stay was great for a couple of days but then the water stops working then you have no hot water at all. I call the front desk the next day to see what the problem was someone says yeah we are working on it and it won't be fixed until Monday. To remind you this was Saturday. First y wouldn't u call all guests to let them know what's going on instead having to find out on our own? Then the washer machines where not working which I had no idea. Went to wash and 1 of the other guests had to tell me. Which I informed them I had no idea but the professional thing for them to do was to call all guests. I leave to wash clothes somewhere else thinking I could still dry them here and it's a sign up that reads If caught entering laundry room u will be asked to leave premises, cameras on premises. Why wouldn't u notify guests of the issues. Then there is a horrible smell through out the building. It was ok at first but they really need to manage the place better.

This hotel is a basic unit appropriate for workers in the area seeking the most affordable accommodations, weekly rental stay. While bed sheets seemed clean and basic toiletries provided, the smell in the rooms was overwhelming. With today's technology, this could be handled with a simple air ion unit. Management should consider this as the location is great and the price reasonable. Just won't be going back due to the smell we couldn't shake during our visit. Parking was adequate, safety measures in place. Efficiency units include refrigerators and microwaves. Nice staff at the front desk. But the smell of the rooms is purely unaccepatable.

These is worthy hotel ever no clean towers, didn't make they bed up ask for clean towers clerk say don't have any more pls don't ever come here.

Christina was not friendly at all. Traveling all the way from Georgia to New Port News. And to be blantly disrespected. I'm glad I paid an additional $50 for a room rather than to spend the night at Crestwood Suite. I'd never spend a night in any of their facilities.

Nice place to stay for a while. Centrally located. Close to interstate. Backroads also allow quick routes to local sites. Would definately stay here again.

Very nasty an nasty housekeeper name tee tee I only ask for wash rags an she got nasty with me I walked in on her talking bout me on the phone just for asking for rags! An manager wasn't even in for me to report her I will not go back an I want tell anybody bout this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Front desk girl was very nasty and rude. My room was filthy kitchen was poorly stocked. I do not reccomend anyone stays here.
