Always enjoy my stay… my daughters love it because they enjoy the pool never a lot of people.

Shuttle service not available which is very inconvenient and costly.

The worst hotel experience 20 years. Finished having dinner with family members slightly after midnight. Dropped my family members off at the hotel. I was the one who booked it in hotwire. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call, while on speakerphone the lovely individual "Bradley", was yelling at my family members telling them that because we booked through hotwire, "it's not his problem and that they Purge their system at midnight. " At which point I calmly re-read to him the itinerary number. He said "yes I can see it, but that doesn't mean you get a room. " We purged our system. " At which point they asked if they could buy a room outright at full price. He said no, the hotel was full. Mind you the parking lot had about four cars in it so I'm pretty sure he was making this up as he went along. They asked what happened to the room that was previously set aside for them? He said that one wasn't available. So apparently, a hotel close to the airport sells many of rooms between midnight and 1 AM during the week. We then inquired further as to why would we need to make additional calls when supposedly hotwire created the reservation and paid the funds. We had a confirmation number, that he could see and the room was paid for. He then became even more irate and said if we didn't leave immediately he was calling the police.

If you appreciate good customer service, do NOT book your stay here. Find a different hotel. We had issues with them billing us extra by accident and tried to get that corrected, but the lady at the front desk was the opposite of helpful. Rude and degrading at every turn, and truly made us question why we booked there in the first place. She claimed to be the MANAGER of the hotel, which really speaks volumes as to what this establishment values. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Excellent customer service! Top rate high quality rooms. The clerk was helpful in giving me options for airport parking and when she found out I would be leaving for the airport before breakfast started she gave me a $5 voucher for the CStore on site. I am very pleased with this property and will use it again next time I visit the Twin Cities!

Went to the pool with my sister and her friend but was unable to enjoy it. It was crowded with some sort of large family gathering and everyone being obnoxious, drinking alcohol and blaring Mariachi music. It was adult swim hours but children were screaming and splashing and the fullest of their capabilities. We contacted the front desk to let them know but after the hotel representative came into the area to let them know that the children can not be in the pool area from 10-11pm, they only got louder and more obnoxious and nothing else was done. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Great customer service, cozy and nice neighborhood.

They suck no air conditioning unit TV did not work.

Their restaurant is open to the public so I ate breakfast there, then watched TV in the lobby while I was waiting for my Honda to be fixed at the dealership next door.

We had an amazing stay! All the staff were amazing from Brittney checking us in, the wonderful bartender and the free shuttle service. Amazing customer service for a quiet relaxing night away. We will absolutely be back!

Pleasant staff and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The room was great; perfectly made up and clean, and it made great use of the space with hidden treasures built-into furnishings. One example was a classy dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the glass shower versus little bottles of those things cluttering up the bath vanity. We were surprised it didn't have a little fridge or microwave, but we found we didn't need one anyway. There was a nice big pool and a well-equipped exercise room. The lobby bar and restaurant were great, and the bartender was extremely fun and friendly. It made for a great first night out of a multi-night celebration of my husband's birthday.

This hotel disgusts me. There are multiple stains on every single chair in their public spaces for guests. Their elevator has broken panels, smashed glass buttons for floors, and disgusting floors. My room has white stains all over the chairs, and ripped up material drawers in the dresser. Just being in this hotel makes me sick. I don’t feel like I can sit, eat, sleep, or even stand anywhere. It is not inviting because it is run down, not taken care of, and not clean. I do not recommend for the price. At. All. Severely dissapointed.

Wireless internet was dodgy and kept cutting out. Rooms did not have mini fridge or microwave. No free breakfast since they have a restaurant. Room service did not close the door behind them. It was completely standing open when I got back from my day out. Thank God I didn't leave anything in the room. All the staff seem very apathetic and were unhelpful. When I checked in, the only information I received was the elevator location. I still don't know if there's complimentary coffee. So basic, but so neglected.

This hotel is. Okay. It's not what I would have booked had I realized the room amenities were lacking. No mini fridge, no microwave. Paper thin walls. The bed was comfortable though and the blackout shades kept all light from entering. I slept with a white noise app going to drown out the children and dog barking continually down the hall. Parking is tight, get there early. No free breakfast or coffee in the morning that I could find. The worker who checked me in didnt inform me of any policies or amenities.

I reported my incident with bed bugs on my check out on June 26. Showed pictures and the welts on my arms and fingers. The front desk said that a manager would call me after 8 that morning. I had to call back two days later because I never got a call. This has been a run around with the manager since. I can’t believe that Starwood has allow this to go unresolved for so long! And I have pictures of the blood stained killed bugs.

A bit disappointed by this hotel. On the plus side it was lower cost than the other Marriott and Sheraton properties in the area. It does have a bar and restaurant. There is a Starbucks in walking distance. The TV works and had a decent cable selection. On the not plus side the air conditioner doesn't work in my room and I've reported it twice to no avail. The bed is fitted with what appears to be Queen sheets on a king mattress meaning they pop off the bed at some point each night. The water pressure in the shower is so bad that it takes an extremely long time to rinse after soaping up. The mall of America is a few miles away so you'll need to use the shuttle of you don't have a car but they are very strict on the shuttle rules so make sure to take note and follow closely or your wait can be over an hour. I'd consider staying here again but only if other comparable hotels in the area were sold out or had a very steep premium.

I liked this hotel but there are a few things I was disappointed in: the shuttle service organized by the front desk-the shuttle to Mall of America never came back to the hotel at the time we were informed it would be there and after about 20-25 min and the clerk at the desk saying she just talked to him and it would be shortly (two separate times), we had Uber come to the rescue. Our party rode the shuttle to the airport the next a. M. And the driver was wonderful. I think the front desk is the issue because she sure didn't offer to communicate about the shuttle-we kept having to inquire as we sat waiting in the lobby. Housekeeping missed vacuuming up some toenails someone previously in the room had clipped on the carpeted floor. They weren't under anything-completely exposed on the open floor space. Kind of disgusting… Good points: Nice workout room. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby area. Comfy beds and pillows. I would probably stay at this hotel again because of the price point and amenities.

I have never stayed in a hotel with so many guests bringing dogs in to thier rooms. I had a woman in the room next to me with a poodle and some other small hyperactive dog that barked wildly when she decided to leave the room from 9pm to 10:30pm. I complained to the front desk by phone and eventually I went to the front desk when the dogs were still barking and asked to move to another room, but was told they were fully booked. The dogs started barking again at 1am and 4am. The following day, I was moved to the "quiet floor" or the 5th floor. As I was finishing moving my stuff, another woman got off the elevator on "the quiet floor" with her small dog. I met another guest on that floor, complaining about that dog barking. So I was moved a second time to the floor. The housekeeping staff told me that many people with dogs stay at the hotel. Overall, the staff was helpful and the rooms nice. But I have never stayed at a hotel with so many dogs.

A room wasn't ready when I checked in at 4:30p (check in starts at 3pm) and the staff thought a free drink while I wait was sufficient compensation (and not a very sincere offer I might add). They wouldn't even hear me out on what I thought was fair compensation for waiting… but that's ok because I called Expedia and they helped me out. Never been to a Sheraton before, but I certainly never will again. Expedia gained my business for life and The Sheraton lost it for life.

This is a very good hotel. The room was super clean and nice. The bed was heavenly. Wifi was good. Breakfast was served in a small restaurant and was good. Looks kind of industrial on the outside but the price and the comfort can't be beat. I would certainly stay here again.

Staff at the front was great, I was supposed to pick up my husband at the airport, but I knew I would probably lose my parking spot since people were circling the lot, so I asked at the front desk and she said parking is hard and she could send the shuttle for my husband. She was very kind about it. Fitness room was way too cold, so I didn't use it. I didn't like how so many kids were allowed in the hot tub, that should be a relaxing space for adult guests! I was all excited to use it and turned right around when I saw five kids in there. So, that was disappointing that I couldn't use amenities. I also didn't appreciate the loud, boisterous, ghetto crowd in one of the main lobby areas, but that was later replaced with a bunch of older ladies playing cards, so thank God, didn't last long. No complimentary breakfast, but there was a fruit basket in the lobby, which was great. Coffee too of course. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Not a lot of noise in the halls. I would maybe stay again during the week, just not a weekend due to the crowd.

Excellent facilities, smiles and sincere want to help from all staff. Only blemish was morning coffee service. I waited 25 minutes and asked three staff members about coffee on a cold and snowy Minnesota morning. I've worked at a AAA 5 Diamond Resort and usually pretty forgiving when it comes to service and there was an obvious drop the ball here that nobody owned. Ultimately, I was directed to pour coffee from the breakfast buffet, but others pounced on it too as soon as they saw I got coffee this way. I walked away believing that the issue would Cascade into service levels for the restaurant, as well. Normally not a big deal, but coffee service in the AM is prominently featured in marketing materials and there is no included breakfast. So, on a cold MN morning, it should not be a shock that the coffee would be hit hard. My guess, knowing what I know, is that someone called off because they were unable to make it in to work. I digress. Excellent stay when staff is firing on all cylinders. Thanks.

Perfect location, the friendliest an most caring staff I have ever experienced, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk. Made you feel so welcome and at home. Coffee. Ice snd hot water always available in the lobby. The little restaurant produces some great meals. Very clean rooms, well set up, lots of power outlets. Great shower. The community around the hotel is just that, a great little community but still close to the airport. We stayed here 4 nights and would definitely stay again.

Love it… We stayed here a few days. The rooms are very clean, the pool and hot tub were just the perfect temperature and the staff is very pleasant especially a woman named Sierra. I highly recommend staying here and if you need anything you speak to Sierra, she will do her best to make your stay more enjoyable.

Staff is always on point and gets you checked in quickly. Shared areas & rooms always clean. I LOVE their king size bed! Literally don't want to climb out of it :-)

Not a bad hotel. Situated very close to 494 and the MOA. The beds were super soft and we got a great night sleep. Only issue was the parking. They have a parking lot, but since they offer park and fly, it can get crowded and you may find yourself in an overflow area. It was a bit hard to get in and out of, as they are at the corner of two divided streets. U turns become your friend trying to get in and out. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but did the job. I'm not sure if our room was supposed to have a fridge or not, but when we checked in, there was one sitting in the hallway and wasn't one in our room.

Super friendly staff! Clean and bright environment. Lots of different hangout areas! NOTE: free parking ONLY for duration of stay. $15 a night for extended parking. Does have 24 hour shuttle for airport.

My SO and I have stayed here a few times for an urban getaway. We keep returning because the beds are SO comfortable. Beyond that, the rooms were clean but nothing special. Service has been "fine" — minor mistakes with room service, polite front desk people. We haven't really tried out any of the other amenities.

It was a pleasure to stay here on my trip. The morning breakfast and rooms were nice. Overall appearance was the only reason I did not give a 5. Front counter area was just not clean and well organized and welcoming. I wish I could give half a star.

Our bed was unmade at the bottom sheet and when we tried to fix it the sheet clearly was the wrong size. We ordered breakfast to our room and when it was over the expected time to recieve it we called the front desk who was extremely nice. They directed our call to the cafe where the guy said it would be right up they were busy. He then hung up not even offering an apology. Once the food arrived to the room it was cold and the coffee taste as though it had been there since last night and was cold as well. It was not the worse experience my wife and I have experienced at a hotel but it was by far the best.

I read some bed review for this place, but I didn't experience any of that. Rooms are small, but nothing like a cruise ship. My room was very clean. Restaurant and bar in lobby was super convenient, I didn't have to go out in the cold. Staff was great… for the price, this place is worth it.

We stayed here for a girls overnight trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very small and tight, definitely not a lot of extra room. The reason I didn't give this a 5 star was that the hall way that our room was on was dirty and they had a fruit area for guests and there was only one sad looking orange on it for over 24 hours. I just expected more from a 3 star hotel.

Great staff and simple airport hotel. Rooms are small but well appointed. Suites lack sitting area but have small kitchenette. Not the closest hotel to airport but shuttle is convenient. Staff has been great every time: front desk might shift Danielle was especially friendly and professional. Great deal for just 4k spg points.

I live my stay there. I went there for a stay with my family and actually I was visiting mall of america and the twin cities premium outlet which are very near to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and the stuff are friendly. I also had a change to use there pool and it had nice time with my family there. There is a gym room which is open 24/7. Overall I can rate this stay as 5 stars.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, the room was kinda small but the beds were amazing we actually slept past the check out time because of the bed. But the staff was great they were kind and wasn't rude. The over night staff was awesome but it was very nice and homey feeling. Was kinda upset that there wasn't free breakfast but they did have a restaurant in the hotel and even though we did have to pay for our breakfast it was really delicious and they actually gave us a discount. So I would go here again and again just because of the staff and how they made us feel like we were somebody important.

This hotel is squeezed in a corner right off an extremely busy off-ramp from the freeway, onto an even busier thoroughfare. Four Points is staffed well with courteous, friendly and helpful people. We were upgraded to a nicer room which is always nice. The bed was huge and EXTREMELY comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was no microwave or fridge in the room we occupied. It was a pleasant experience. The only negative in my personal opinion was the stark, cold, ugly decor.

PROS: Price, location, friendliness of staff, all are plusses. The free airport shuttle was great, and the driver very helpful. CONS: Rooms are small, though comfortable. Saw some wall trim that had fallen off and was lying in the hallway. I booked through an online service, which said the hotel had free breakfast. When I checked in, I was told my price did not include it. Their restaurant prices are a little too high for me. No refrigerator in room. No microwave. Thermostat didn't work well. Either heat stayed on too long, or didn't come on timely. It's okay, but I will be looking at other hotels when I come back to Minneapolis again.

I guess this five star thinks that they do not have enough dinner utensils to satisfy those who bring food in. I was told that they do not have enough. Plastic how wonderful. There were three in the dinning area. Please buy more untensiles. Hotel is awesome. Perhaps we can do a go fund me page for new untesils.

Comfy beds, plush linens, a clean room, and good service. Room was smaller than average, and I could not set the AC unit to stay on all the time for white noise. Good value.

Everyone, from the front desk to the bartender, was amazing. They rescued me from the horrible, terrible Super 8 Motel/Bloomington and found a way to accommodate me even though they were very full. The room was great, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was Wednesday, so I got to be part of the complimentary meet and greet happy hour with delicious ribs and free beer. Highly recommended.

Clean, fast and friendly. Great shuttle to and from the airport. Very close, without the airport noise. 5 stars if the bartender was at the bar when we got in at 11.

Had recently stayed 2 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton with my fiance and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcomed. My room was very comfortable and clean and we couldnt get enough of that comfy king bed. We got plenty of use out of the pool and hot tub they had there and it was a great way to relax and unwind. They have a killer breakfast in the morning too. Thank you for making our stay there incredible!

Great location. Mall of America is 5 min away. Many restaurants all around. Rooms are clean but rather small (cannot pull out desk chair all the way because the bed is in the way). Beds are comfortable. Washrooms did not have a fan. Room did not have fridge or microwave but was not an issue since we ate out each meal. Pool was cloudy and had a green tinge but the hot tub was clear. There is no free breakfast — only free free fruit in the lobby. Not the best hotel but was decent for the rate we paid and the location.

The room was clean and cozy and so quiet it was like we were alone in the hotel. There was free beer and BBQ in the restaurant when we got there. Despite the busy area, parking as well as getting in and out of the hotel was super easy. The restaurant menu looked reasonable, but we ordered delivery from the Papa John's across the street anyway. This hotel gave me the best night sleep of ny whole vacation!

Free beer and BBQ on Wednesdays, doesn't have the club room like many of the other Sheraton hotels but a super nice place to stay.

Sweetness personified. Kids had a blast in hot tub and pool. Awesome Wednesday night bbq. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room was a tad small but when I asked for a fridge they brought one up.

Excellent customer service. Room and bathroom was clean. A fridge/microwave would enhance the experience. Otherwise we were happy with what we got … pool and gym fully utilized.

Giving this hotel two stars is being generous. Rooms don't even have a microwave and/or fridge. We'll be testing the shuttle service to the airport and Mall of America later. Have noticed reviews online are saying the shuttle service may or may not be available for you. It's very unreliable. Forget about any breakfast of any kind unless you want to pay for it.

Nice airport hotel. Staff was pleasant and nice. Hotel was clean, gym capable and food above average. Will happily spent a night there when traveling through MSP.

The staff is really, very friendly, though my experience did kick off with a blunder. They accidentally gave me an occupied room, thankfully the two ladies in there we're very understanding and didn't start yelling when I walked in, went down and swapped for another room. When I arrived, my company (who booked it for me) had signed me up for the free breakfast (It's not included) but the hotel didn't let me know about this until I asked. No fridge or microwave in the rooms, but you do have a little one cup coffee pot.

Staff is super friendly, the rooms are completely updated and very clean, the bar was obscenely reasonable ($8.50 for Bombay sapphire martini). Looks like lots of business travelers. Free Wi-Fi and free shuttle to the airport. Easy access too.

The room was small and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. No fridge but there was lots of ice available. Check in and checkout was very fast.

A bit of a drive away from the mall. Friendly staff and comfy rooms, nothing really to complain about. Late night dining options are limited, but ask the front desk for brochures for some local takeout that delivers.

We had a suite and it was great! The soaking tub and waterfall shower were an added bonus. My only complaint is the diner is a bit pricy. And the woman in the hot tub was obnoxious, talking on her cell phone the entire time and screaming at her children. Not relaxing for anybody. But that's not the hotels fault. Just a person lacking respect for others.

This hotel is so shady I don't know how it got 3.5 star from priceline. This is the first and last time I stay here. I got a room right by the elevator, which is loud and I could hear everyone goes in and out the floor. Second thing is the TV remote wasnt working at all, I thought that's something they would check before letting someone new staying here, but I guess not. Then I tried to call the lobby for remote battery, guess what, phone wasn't working either! The wireless phone ia not working unless it is plugged in the charger on the desk, so whenever I need to call the lobby ii gotta stay by the desk, could not even holding the phone up, and talk on speaker. Another thing I don't like is the room has no bath tub, which I would expect of most hotels, especially by Sheraton. After a day out, I came back and the parking lot was full, I asked the front desk and found out the hotel sells parking spots to non customers who do not stay at the hotel, $75 for a week, they do not have priority for their customers, and they just casually told me to park by the near by Honda dealer, I just found it kinda funny that they do not hestitate to tell me go park somewhere else with a casual attitude. Well I guess I get what I paid for but I was paying the price they offer for a 3.5 stars hotel, and in my opinion there is no way this place is worth the price or the ratings. Never coming back here again.

Fabulous place. From the breakfast (Oatmeal balls! Fresh pastries! Smiling table service! ) to the heated indoor pool to the free airport pickup/ dropoff, this place is my favorite Sheraton in the country! Easy five stars from me!

I've stayed here a few times due to the proximity to my work. I really like the feel of this hotel, it's business casual. The staff is always very nice, rooms are clean, beds are wonderful. The breakfast is exceptional! Best I've had at a hotel!

Service and affordability here is top notch. A consistently great experience from what is generally considered a "budget brand. " Relaxing and fresh rooms with several hotel amenities like a pool, hot tub, and a bar & restaurant. Close to many attractions.

Good hotel for the price. Easy access top mall of America and free shuttle to airport regularly. Rooms ate okay for this star level. Note they do allow pets. Includes pool and hot tub.

DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I was charged a $200 smoking fee and did NOT smoke in room.! I was also very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this hotel! BAD hotel!

BED BUGS-BED BUGS — BED BUGS! Don't stay here. Also Jenny, the manager was a sarcastic, condescending, ass hole. I've never felt so Unwelcomed at any hotel in my entire life. She was very rude to my daughter upon check in and treated her like he was 2nd class. Didn't explain any of the accommodations to any of us — just pointed to the elevator. When we needed a late check out she told my daughter house keeping has to leave and there isn't any late check outs available but the night auditer confirmed the night before that it would be fine. I personally think she's a racist. The morning girls Megan and Stacy were phenonminal, very warm and friendly. Breakfast crew, nuell was awesome and the cook made the best omelet I've ever tasted. Aside from Jenny, you have rock star employees.

Eddie, the young man from Chicago, Illinois, is very professional in his interactions with us here at Four Points, Sheraton in Minneapolis. His presence and big, deep, clear voice are very reassuring to us during our visit here in Minnesota. He is very intelligent, attentive, gracious, and informed. He has made us feel safe and secure during our time in parts unknown to us. Eddie's actions have really made me think about making a point to access the Four Points Sheraton facilities in the future.

Very nice hotel! The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful, especially Heidi! The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are so big and nice! Nice big TV on the wall. My only complaint would be that they would have a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor. Mis-information to begin with, numerous 'extra charges' not explained before arrival. I would not recommend doing business with these people in any way.

Lobby had missing ceiling tiles and exposed wiring. We had a handicap shower w/no edge. Bathroom was flooded for the entire morning. Pillows were soft, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Overall was clean. Towels were not particularly plush. Hotel was oversold. We weren't told until we arrived at 8:30pm, with two toddlers in tow. Lots of passive, half-hearted, "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do, " because we booked through Expedia. They gave us a room w/one bed, and a view of the rooftop. Kids had to sleep on the floor, even though we paid for two beds. Not the experience I'm used to getting w/Sheraton.

Worst experience ever. Stay away from this hotel. Management was unresponsive and very uncaring. Sheraton should be ashamed to have this as one of their hotel properties.

We had a great stay. Large, luxurious room, comfortable bed, clean, welcoming staff. All around surpassed my expectations and was a fair price too! To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Made to order omelets with hash-browns, and more. Great way to start off our day. Thank you for a great visit to make our special day that much better.
