Pros: — Trendy decor. Great location. Cheese and wine is nice. Cons: — "Family Room" is SO small. We couldn't open suitcases with anyone else in the room because it took up ALL of the floor space. The photos showing size are very deceiving. — There is a thermostat in the room, but it is locked at whatever temp. They set making it UNBEARABLY hot in the glass enclosed top-bunk. Also, the windows in the room were obstructed by the glass walls of the beds and the bathroom therefore providing zero airflow. — The frosted glass bathroom is a joke for privacy. You can see and hear EVERYTHING. — One of the 2 outlets in the whole room didn't work. — The TV on the top bunk didn't work. — Very concerning orange/red stain on one of the comforters. — We stayed two nights and housekeeping let themselves in both mornings despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. One of the mornings, walked in while one of us was changing and the other was completely naked in the basically see-thru bathroom.

Nice hotel. Very small rooms but comfortable for a short stay. Complimentary wine and cheese is a good value and nice touch. All clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, friendly staff.

The rooms are very compact and, for my needs, lack a mini fridge. Otherwise they are good rooms. Good tea/coffee, good washroom and shower and a very good location for working in Holborn area. Breakfast wasn't included so can't comment on that.

After 25 years I stay now again in London. Must say for my trip to this city it's very good hotel with wonderful services and really kindly stuff. They have all what someone really needs for just staying for sleep some smart TV also for good breakfast and dinner time.

The people that work there were more than helpful and kind to us. The location is the best! The only problem is that the room we booked for 4 people could only fit properly just two. Something that is not visible on the pics.

Cute hotel. Tiny room but nevertheless pleasant enough. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Free cheese and wine from 5pm to 8pm was the icing on the cake. I will definitely stay there again.

Super compact room, yet good sized shower. We had the room with a queen bed. It's great if you spend all day our and just use the room for sleeping and washing up. Attached cafe has good breakfast. Central location, about10-15 min from several theaters. Maybe 10 min walk to nearest Tube station. A good choice for the london theater goer.

Decent hotel with the facilities you'd expect however without some I would think are standard. For instance a phone to call reception instead of having to walk there eveytime. Also the rooms are quite small, our bathroom glass door slider got stuck so we couldn't use the bathroom for a while. Still enjoyed our time and reasonably well priced.

Great, clean rooms with a very modern décor. The bathroom consists of a glass room within the actual room. A special eye-catcher.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. From here you can easily reach public transport, but it is not necessary at all. We have been able to reach almost anything on foot from there.

If you get basic interior room be prepared for very, very small room with no window. However rooms clean and modern with nice shower facilities. Great location. Free cheese and wine in the afternoon, which is always a bonus.

Super location, beautiful, clean but also small rooms. Due to the size of a star deduction. The sanitary facilities are separated from the room by a sliding glass door. You should be aware of this, as all noises and fragrances can also be heard in the room.
Since the location is first class, I would book the hotel immediately for a city holiday.

Close to the metro and the buses. Modern and very clean Hotel. Small rooms, but more than enough for a comfortable stay.

Quiet area. Accessible to tourists. It is possible to walk to the attractions. The room is just like the pictures and everything is clean. Impeccable and well-kept. The free wine and cheese tasting for guests… is a very nice touch!

Impeccable outside the bathroom whose partition overlooking the room is translucent. A bus stop just outside, a 5-minute walk from the subway and the quays of the Thames, 20 minutes by foot from the Ferris wheel, 10 minutes by Metro from Oxford Circus… A generous and varied breakfast, comfortable beds, good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff…

A modern cozy hotel ran by extremely friendly and helpful staff. They've made our holidays so great! It was always a pleasure to return. The cafe downstairs serves wine and cheese in the evenings, if you need to unwind after a long day. Great location, a walking distance to Strand, Soho, St. Paul. The rooms are tiny, but the value is simply amazing for the price!

An excellent hotel in the perfect location for exploring London. When I booked I asked the staff to give us a nice room with a good view as this stay was a special occasion — z hotel more than delivered! The room itself was lovely — compact but with everything you need. One small niggle: not enough plugs — not a deal breaker but mildly frustrating nonetheless. Overall a fantastic place to stay when for a short trip to London.

Easy to find, great location, and wepcoming staff. The rooms were cozy but comfortable. We got a good night's rest after ordering in via deliveroo (great selection of places). The only complain would be the TV, it kept losing connection and the shows would stop. But as a hotel it ticks all the boxes.

Positives: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, well organized bathroom. Very good location walking distance from the British Museum and other places. Negatives: didn't care much about the breakfast, which was a bit on the expensive side and not memorable. No privacy at all for the bathroom — — I wouldn't recommend my double room for a couple. Room decoration and thin walls (maybe just a thin door? ) made me feel like I was sleeping in an airplane or train.

Small room. No clothing cabinet. Breakfast in a noisy and crowded bar. Well adapted to young business men but less adapted to middle aged tourists needs and wishes visiting London.

Stayed in 601. A small but perfectly usable room. Good shower. Confortable bed. Wi-Fi is boosted through connecting to the television. Good speed. The smart apps on the television were unreliable however. The complimentary cheese, wine, and ice cream were yummy. An excellent value stay in a great location. And lovely staff.

Finding a hotel in the centre is difficult, in London: From now on I will always come here. Our room was really very small, but I think you could not ask for more for location and cleanliness.

Very nice rooms, very nice view, great services. I requested a little surprised for my girlfriend and it turned out brilliant! They upgraded our room into a bigger room without an extra charge, without myself knowing it. We were very happy and very satisfied with what they've offered us. We would definitely stay the night again if we have a chance. Ones of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Definitely recommend it!

Most of the reviewers mention that the room is small. What they don't say is that it is so small that only two people can stand in the room at a time. Two people can't be in the bathroom at the same time. I had to stand in the shower while brushing my teeth so my husband could use the toilet. Only one person can be in the floor space when opening a suitcase. There is absolutely no storage in the room — no shelves, closet, or drawers. They walled in the shower and bed, so that you can't even get to the window sill. We put our clothes on the floor in baggies. We stored our luggage in the hotel's luggage room, which was packed full of luggage from other guests. I heard other customers complain to the front desk about the size of the room. I have been to London, Paris, and Italy in the past and understand that hotel rooms in Europe are small, but this was ridiculous. Yes the room was clean, but there are much better hotels in London for a similar price. The location was average. Most of the places we visited took 30 minutes to walk there.

Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated in an excellent central location. It s about hard to find when you first arrive but once you do you always find it again. The staff are beyond helpful and the nicest people you'll meet.

Good location, very friendly staff. Nice surprise: wine and cheese buffet in the bar downstairs included. The room was small, very small, but with a good aircondioning and a lovely bed. One point of attention: a semi transparent glass wall between the bathroom and the sleeping part of the room is almost next to the bed. A bit more privacy around a toilet would be nice.

The room was, although small, extremely comfortable! Got our own television, which was convenient, since we could watch the Game of Thrones Season 7 premiere live (until the regular Sky Atlantic adverts…) The hotel as a whole is fairly hidden, but staff were great, and after a bit of bargaining, gave us free checkout until 1pm (checkout is usually 11am). Room had complementary tea/coffee/hot chocolate/jug of water. Who wouldn't want a cuppa hot chocolate with Game of Thrones?

Great place. Small but well organized rooms. Cozy place with pleasant atmosphere. I'm impressed by their daily free cheese and wine evenings.

The room we had was certainly compact, but very well appointed. A decent shower and large fluffy towels were much enjoyed. There was a good choice of hotels drinks, and we appreciated the carafe of water. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

It's a great hotel. Completely new. Full of details even in the simplest rooms.
The staff is lovely, they usually have a lot of details (snacks for guests, lemonade …)
They have European plugs in the rooms as well as the British.
It is in a privileged location to go sightseeing in London and the price is quite content.

Location and personal friendliness.

Small but fine
We were there for 5 nights. The room is small. 2 hand Luggage suitcases, we were able to spread well on the ground. The "wet cell" is also small. But everything seems to be well thought out and very functional. Everything is on a very modern Standard: bed, shower, TV, air conditioning. In addition, it was always cleaned and it was really clean! Highly recommended! Bus directly in front of the door and 5 Min. To Temple underground station.
