Not fancy, but very clean. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Liked it there. I would go back.

I left this hotel about an hour after arriving. There was hair in the bathroom sink. The room smelled. There was blood on the comforter. The floor, nor carpeted, looked awful. The owner said his family and locals lived there. He would not refund our money. We asked several times but he would not refund our money. And the room was over$200 for the night. Avoid this place at all costs. It is terrible.

The manager was so great! We got stuck in Yellowstone traffic so we made it to the inn very late. But the manager was very kind and friendly with us. Would definitely stay there again.

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice clean room, beautiful pool and the friendless place we have stayed in.

We just stayed there and the rooms were clean and staff was very friendly! They were very personable. He made a point of making us feel special! He even asked how my son did at his baseball tournament and what position he played. We were very happy! We are planning to stay there again in a couple of weeks!

I'm a little puzzled by the high rating on here. This place is the typical old grimy motel. The space was small and dimly lit. There are windows on both sides of the rooms with is a strange feature. The walls were so thin we could practically join on our neighbors conversation. Also there was no weatherstripping on the door so you could see light coming in all around it. Luckily we were getting up early because all we could hear all morning were our neighbors packing and loading up their cars.

Floor s needs some attention. Found rice kernel s on the sofa and floor.

Service was prompt and friendly. The room was clean. Wood floor! I've stayed in a number of Wyoming motels and this one is fine. Breakfast is a very basic continental type with hard-boiled eggs, but it served our needs.

About average actually. The bed was comfortable but the room is rather small. The AC doesn't work very well. Very quiet at night.

Rooms are clean but dated. Walls are thin — so plan to have the fan on. If you love a HOT shower — this place can deliver. The couple who run the place are friendly and well organized. It's a bargain and a short walk from downtown Cody.

Cozy motel with excellent management. They really took care of us. Great place to stay if you are visiting Cody and want to see Yellowstone!

Stayed 2 nights rooms were clean and all facilities were in top shape! Personnel was the bestAnd Breakfast was really good and tasty Highly recommend this hotel! Looks like an Old Motel when you drive up but the rooms will Surprise you! They are updated and very comfy!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible customer service.

BEDBUGS in room 123. Had to flee to the nearby Best Western. Manager admitted they had problems before. Owner apologized but refused to pay for our room. Pictures are on my public Facebook post under Greg Schoenberg.

Clean Comfortable and affordable going for our second trip to the west and staying again.

Room is over priced. We paid $120 for a single queen bed when the night before, we stay at Days Inn and only paid $105 for two queens. The room is also outdated and the mattress was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room is also very cramped and small, making it hard to move around the room. Overall, I do not recommend this motel.

I was half expecting it to be more of a motel standard, but I was relieve to see it wasn't as sketchy as it seemed. The rooms were nice I didn't mind then I actually like all the blankets they provide. Everything look nice and not old or worn. I would stay in the room again. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing not at all dirty beside a few stray pieces of plastic from the cover. The breakfast was decent but basic. I love how it is items that one can find from a store like the glaze donuts and frosty flakes.

The only reason I gave it one star was because there were no options for zero. I first booked this hotel for a 14 day road trip, however when we were making our 3 hour drive to the hotel, we hit a extremely bad storm. I called the hotel and begged to cancel, but they refused, because it would be too late, and they wouldnt be able to replace our room. So we made the 3 hour trip to the hotel. When I called they said that they would have directions to get our keys on the office door when we got there. Apon arrival we found that our name was not on the door. So we used the "red phone" on the wall to call the manager, after calling 3 times with no answer we walked in the pouring down rain to reach the managers room, in which we stood in the rain ringing the doorbell for ten minutes, still no answer. Then we trudged back up and used this phone again to FINALLY get an answer, only to tell us that they gave up our room and they no longer had vacancy. The next hour was spent trying to find another hotel. AWFUL customer service.

We were travelling through and were looking for a basic place to sleep and take a shower. This place fit the bill and was cheap enough. We got two rooms, one with two queens that was pretty much what we were looking for. They gave us a room with three queens for the kids. It was in back, by the pool. Would have been perfect except for the strong smell of cigarette smoke that they tried to cover with strong perfume. The folks at the front desk were pretty nice.

We felt the room was overpriced. Room was clean but very basic and outdated. Breakfast was barebone, cereal, milk, bagels. The only thing that keeps this place afloat is the fact that they are on the way to Yellowstone.

We were booked in the Sunrise instead of the SunSET. Our fault, should have been more careful booking over the phone. What a disaster! Old motel, price was consistent with the quality I suppose. It was downhill from there. We got stuck in the back row, which had lovely alley access just past the overflowing dumpster. We ended up parking in the front and walking around to avoid parking our vehicle in the sketchy looking laneway. Walk to our room past the tiny outdoor pool (which was being filled with a garden hose as we went by), avoid the sidewalk crawling with ants, open up the dented door. To get hit in the face with a STRONG odour. Which I hope was cleaner, but I'm not optimistic. The room was otherwise liveable, but just barely. Ancient carpet, no plugs in the walls that weren't behind furniture. Safe ones anyway. The two that weren't buried — one was cracked and looked like there had been a short, the other was accessible due to a dollar store extension cord. I was a bit afraid to take my shoes off, but at least the beds appeared clean. We would have moved, but had just come off a 9 hour drive and were told there would be a cancellation charge. Besides, with 3 children we didn't want to try and find another place at 9pm.

We stayed in this place while returning from Yellow stone National park. And initially the price of the room forced me to think, that the quality of room and service provided would be very poor, but the cleanliness and the size, and quality of the room was more than the price paid. Was very cheap. Never heard of 3 queen bed in a single room before. Also they provide a wonderful western style buffet breakfast, which was worth enjoying. A highly recommended place to stay, at the price of peanuts.
