The room my wife stayed in was completely unacceptable. Warning… MOLD!

They are very friendly and accommodating, got our group rooms together with joining doors. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a bar/ restaurant attached to hotel. Dog friendly. Here for work and this is a great choice to stay at.

New owners so maybe they will do something but it was just dirty and tons of maintenance issues need to be addressed. I own and operate a motel and for the condition of the rooms and property they are WAY OVER PRICED. What should have been $50 was $95 but they were probably just taking advantage of people that had no choice but to stay because the freeway shut down.

My sister was traveling home to Colorado from our place in Utah on January 7th and the highway shut down because the roads were bad. There was no rooms available in town except at this place. She paid $95 and didn't even dare shower in the dirty place. Ridiculous! she runs a hotel and knows how they should be presented.

After I called a few other hotels and was told they were full, the person who answered this hotel said that he had just had a cancellation and had one room available! He said he would hold it for me since I was about 20 minutes away. I set my GPS and drove… but could not find a Days Inn. So I parked near where my GPS showed it should be and called back. The person who answered laughed a d said it wasn't a Days Inn for about a year and gave the name it is now. The outside looked like it was an abandoned building. It was so uninviting that I went somewhere else. THIS IS NOT A Days Inn!

Don't know about the motel, as I live here but the food is EXCELLENT! The bar staff is friendly and accomodating.

This hotel hilarious. Not called Days inn but Magnuson hotel. Can I call it dump hotel. Woke up to daylight with my bullet hole ceiling see snow outside but was dryer vent stuff on my window. Came down loby for better Wi-Fi with front desk snoring away. Lol looking for morsel of breakfast naa new owner cant afford it. Ahh guess go next door egg mc muffin.

Dog hair in carpet. Had to ask to vacuum. Room did not feel clean. Beds we're clean and comfortable. No breakfast. Would not recommend.

Was goig to work there but after spending one hour there and finding out the place has bed bugs and the houskeepers are told "if it doesnt look that dirty dont worry anout it" and "you dont need to worry about dusting there" as well as cigarette burns in the blankets and being unable to change them. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay there. They didnt even have vaccums to finish rooms.

The Days Inn is clean and the staff are great. The rooms are welcoming after a day of travel. I slept the night through and woke refreshed ready for another day of travel. Rawlins has an old prison to wander through before you leave town. The Thai restaurant downtown had crispy duck that was delicious.

I drove 8 Plus hours from Missouri and needed a pet friendly hotel. Decided to get a room here. What a Rope Off! Dirty floors, Trash Can over flowing by the door. No Coffe Pot, Fridge, or Microwave. Needed Fridge to keep Insulin Cold. Don't waste your money Here. Went to take my Dog out to Potty and noticed that there were rooms that weren't made up that had the above mentioned amenities. Went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and there was a used Cup sitting next to a GROSS COFFEE POT. So it's a NEGATIVE 1 NOT 1 STAR! STAFF IS LAZY! plenty of other rooms available! Used the Sink in the bathroom and the drain There werall over the floor. Needs to be SHUT DOWN! I stayed in nicer places for less than what I was charged here. Had a burnt out light in the room and the Girl at the Desk said that there wasn't anyone available to do Maintenance because it was a weekend. There were plenty of rooms available that she could have given us. GROSS AND DISGUSTING! Will be glad to get back to Oregon.

I've never stayed at a hotel as dirty as this place inside and outside the rooms. Since I've stayed here, I've noticed the same piece of paper and dirt on the floor for more than 5 days and counting. Housekeeping is lazy and does a half ass job. The floors still need vacuuming after they "finish" cleaning, the bathrooms aren't cleaned good, the laundry room stinks, and there's also dirt in the dryers. So far I'd rather sleep in a tent! Not sure who posted the 5/5 comment other than friendly staff, I haven't seen evidence to support the claim. This place is also called the Magnuson Hotel NOT Days Inn, maybe this used to be a Days Inn.

Think the only positive things going for it is the bar thats attached and the rates where nice.

Nice little motel. Got stuck in a blizzard and forced to stay, but the staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding of the circumstances. Of your ever stick in Rawlins, I would definitely recommend this as a place to hold up through the storm.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good food. Fantastic staff. Look forward to staying there again. UPDDATE 3/18/18:. The folks who run the motel are great; this is not about them. The new lessee of the kitchen is horrible. After a great experience in December (with the previous kitchen lessee) our group returned and experienced a disaster of a weekend. Appetizers promised for a certain hour were delivered 45 minutes late and badly undercooked. Meals were also served late and minus the salad and rolls that were on the original written agreement for the meal. The steaks that were ordered and agreed to for the meal turned out to be ribs. And then, to top off this farce, we were presented with a bill that represented what we ordered, not what was served. Stay away from the food area of this motel.

Took great care of us, even comped us a night. We had a medical emergency so this was very helpful.

Good price good people. We will definitely stay here again.

We got bed bugs, we were told that they would do all of our laundry for us and comp the room. The only thing the staff actually did was move us to a smaller room across the hall and gave us a roll of quarters. When we went to do our own laundry we had to wash our one load twice because there was still soap on our clothes. When we went to dry the dryers were broken and after four hours and our roll of quarters my clothes were still as damp as they came out of the washer. There are hardly any outlets in the rooms I had to run an extension cord from across the room. The heater was set to 60 degrees and wont go any lower, but the room is at about 85. My coworkers and I went to the bar and the bartender kept bringing shots for us, another group of people, and herself that no one ordered and charged us for them. In closing stay away from this place!

Needs to be remodeled/updated, electrical splice on the lamp… which is a fire waiting to happen. Hot water hasn't worked the last two nights. Will be looking elsewhere for next years stay. $69 a night is too much for this dump.

Dated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a decent hotel.

Hi lady's and gentlemen I am here to review our hotel and I have to tell you as the New GM This hotel is as great as all the rest. We are dedicated to our guest experience for you and am proud to have you stay with us. Like I said this is a great Days Inn our employees is dedicated our free hot breakfast is awesome and our bar and grill has a full menu of items to choose from including our football special though the season to our Friday night or Saturday night events so come join us and rest up just to have a great time.

It is a great place to stop if you are looking for a night of drinking or a cheap hotel. There are signs in the room saying to keep your belongings locked up in your car. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room wasn't too dirty but the bathroom by the breakfast room smelt like urine and was muddy. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work even though it said we were connected.

Needs to be cleaned and updated. Card keys not working, hole in floor, seem to be cutting corners/costs at every turn. The few outlets are used by lights, so hard to charge devices. Window lock is broken, breakfast was not serviced timely, we had to go ask for juice syrup, yogurt (fridge was completely empty, they said it was on order), and utensils. Maybe the economy is depressed here? But mostly it seemed management and workers didn't care or weren't trained.

The air conditioner didn't work. There was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up stairs. If there was an elevator we weren't told about it and we couldn't find one. When taking a shower the water would change from hot to cold without anyone touching the water. There were no bananas at the breakfast bar.

$65 for Friday night. Room was much better than expected. Staff was nice. Good location. Fast Wi-Fi. Shower water would constantly jump from hot to cold and TV volume wouldn't go very loud.

Clean hotel, comfortable enough bed. Checked for bedbugs, no sign of them and no bites. Easy check in late at night. Surprisingly late check out time available. Room seemed well equipped. Breakfast was very bare bones, but adequate.

The room was very clean and it was a pleasure to stay at. We will probably be back this summer.

A bit run down, and the floors are hollow enough I would insist on being put upstairs. But acceptable.

No ATM we wasn't able to wash clothes, I had to walk to store for drinks, Our Kenworth T680 broke down and the shop we used recommended this hotel, boy what a bad idea/suggestion. Not able to get any change for washer/dryer it's 33 degrees or would walk back to store for change. Had to go there for soft drinks. Very inconvenient Staff very friendly after all they just work here it's the owner's responsibility to make conveniences for guest like machines you can use a debit or credit card with!

The continental breakfast was also great.

The room was very clean and it was our pleasure to stay. We will probably be back this summer.

The fresh baked cookies were wonderful and a great touch. A nice lobby and breakfast area.

Bed was comfortable. The room was great. I stayed in a Motel 6 the night before. Your hotel was much nicer.

My car had broke down and I stayed at the Days Inn Rawlins, Wyoming. Everyone was extremely helpful and even recommended a good mechanic! My room was clean and breakfast was great!

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because there is no way to give no stars. The mattress was terrible, the bathroom was not clean and it sounded like there was a circus or construction above us. Worst place I've stayed. Will avoid all Days Inn in the future.

We look forward to seeking out a Days Inn place. In Rawlins a stop at another place had us after going in and inquiring. That cost was about the same as this cost and it was no match for this units overall condition, including price. Thank you.

I was surprised when the night clerk called to see if our room was alright very very nice. Also happy you allow dogs. I will only stay at days Inn when traveling.

One of the worst places,,, to stay and to eat,, 10 bucks for fish basket,, u get better from 10 pcs nugget meal at McDonald's,, cheaper.

Very good breakfast. The girl at the front desk was very nice.

F*****g S**thole Wi-Fi sucks, room sucks. No bed bugs and the bar staff is good. No fridge or microwave in room I see why they're cheap. Classic case of you get what you pay for. I call and they say they have large vehicle parking in the rear. Damn near had to call a tow truck to get out of the shitty sand lot had to park next door at the comfort inn where I should've stayed. People at the front desk are rude. Update bar staff now sucks b***h can't even make a long island iced tea.

This was the Filthiest Hotel I have ever seen. I can understand Outdated and Old, Dirty has no excuses! The young man at the front desk and about as friendly and hospitable as a Corpse. My husband and I travel a lot and I have Never had an experience like this. The carpets leading to our room were stained so bad and smelled so bad it made me cringe. Sadly the room smelled even worse. Sad excuse for la hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had all the advertised amenities. The free breakfast was extensive, including biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, and sausage patties, and the area clean. The location is some distance off the interstate, but the price was considerably cheaper than the other name brands hotels. I was travelling through and just needed a clean room for the night and a breakfast to get me going in the morning. This hotel met or exceeded all my needs at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased and do recommend the hotel for someone looking for an overnight stay.

It's a Days Inn, so we knew it would be nice. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. They were very helpful with any and all questions that I asked and very courteous. The rooms were good sized and nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. We most definitely would stay here again.

The room was clean, smelled fresh and the bed was very comfortable. Another review mentioned the "nearby refinery and smells". The refinery is over 5 miles east and there is no refinery smell in the whole town of Rawlins that we noticed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We asked if there was an Italian restaurant in own and they suggested Cappy's, across town, which we loved.

Overall not bad. $10 for pets, not bad. Free Wi-Fi. The only bad part, hairs in the bathroom in the floor and on the sink. Makes me wonder what I can't see.
