Room's a little small, bathroom is great, refrigerator is small, needed to ask for extra pillows, but did get top floor and away from elevator as requested.

The hotel was easy to reach from the interstate. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel was nice. Bed was comfy. BUT if you are Corporate Lodging they won’t honor the 24 hour check out. They say you WILL pay for another day if you stay after 11am. They say it is “Marriott policy” however I stay at a TON of Marriott and have never had an issue. The managers Sara and Kirsten were EXTREMELY rude when I tried to talk to them about it.

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. They even had veggie breakfast sausages.

Great place to stop and catch your breath traveling across Wyoming! Beautiful facility with great guest services. Pool and hot tub (indoors) perfect for some relaxation and breakfast with gluten free options. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable!

Super fun hotel! Great fitness room, yummy breakfast, and super friendly staff! The Wi-Fi was a little tricky to figure out and the pool was closed for maintenance but that was only a mi or inconvenience. All in all a fantastic hotel stay.

Horrible experience. From the time we checked in it was bad. We chose this hotel for the pool. AFTER we check in we find out the pool is closed. No where on the website or even on the front door are potential guests told about the pool closure. We understand the need for maintenance. It needs to be done but again, we chose it for the pool… traveling with kids. This was scheduled maintenance that could have (should have) been posted. In my opinion it is false advertising. They didn't have a pool. Would have give a no star rating but not allowed.

Filthy, I found hair on bed, chair and floor yellow stains on bed. White flakes like crumbs on chair, collected dirt along the edges of the room. Light flikers in the hallway. The front desk guy was ill and coughing on his hand before giving my card abd pen to sign paper. Etc… Got pics to proof.

It was nice hotel, very clean and new. The sheets were not very soft, and the breakfast was not as good as other hotels (even when compared to residence inns). I stayed there twice and would stay there again. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Internet speed was good and Wi-Fi signal was strong.

Easily the fanciest room I have ever stayed in. Very clean, well kept, gorgeous shower, as well as a nice bathroom period. The TV allows you to sign in to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu Account and watch what you want, I did not use this service just not quite ready to give account info on stuff I do not own and will only use temporarily. This room they called a "studio" not sure if its intended for longer stays, but the price was decent for how nice and well appointed the room was.

Came in late. Front desk employee was nice. Slept great. Good stay.

This is a nice and fairly new hotel. Need to work a little on housekeeping and customer service. Nothing negative; it just took me 15 minutes to find someone to check me in. If you like it getting a relaxing bite in the morning, they offer a very nice breakfast. The coffee is never hot so you'll probably have to take it to your room to warm it up but there are microwaves and fridges in all the rooms. I had a great view from my room and enjoyed my stay here. There is a nice new Walmart just down the street and the customer service there is excellent.

Clean. Modern. Friendly staff. This hotel costs a little bit more than the other big name hotels in the area, but comes with all of the amenities and the experience that you would expect from Fairfield Inn. Rawlins is my least favorite larger town in Wyoming, but this hotel can easily make you forget that you are there. They are setting up a Tesla charging station in the parking lot to the side of the building, which is cool considering the long stretch of the interstate. (Yay for science) The basic Wi-Fi sucks. If you need to actually do something online, pay the extra few bucks and upgrade to get the better Internet speed. It's worth it.

It's always pleasant to stay at a Marriott. Everything was great. Service was great, breakfast was good, the only thing I can think of negative is that the banana I ate was a little green. Would definitely stay there again!

Room was great. Very large and clean. Limited gluten free options for breakfast. Upgrading to high speed internet was a little burdensome and required a call to technical support. Once it was worked out, it was very fast.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It had clean nice rooms. It had a good breakfast offering both hot and cold options. They do have a swimming pool. We didn't last long because it was pretty cold. The location was good right off the freeway with a Walmart and food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was attractive and comfortable. It may have been remodeled recently; the rooms and facility certainly looked good and we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The breakfast was pretty decent and I enjoyed the coffee more than most hotel brews. The staff were pleasant and friendly. For a small town we were pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was everything it advertised. It was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

This was a great hotel and super clean! It was a comfortable stay and nice and quiet. The breakfast was better than most. Had good eggs, and mini waffles.

Clean rooms, near 24 he Walmart, free Wi-Fi is adequate with the option to upgrade to a faster one for a daily fee. Indoor pool was convenient. Small building so it was easy to navigate.

Very clean rooms with lots of space. Breakfast took a little bit of time since they don't have a lot of serving equipment.

The hotel and staff were GREAAAATTTT! I stayed at this hotel on my way to Yellowstone and back and they exceeded my expectations both times. We arrived quite late and they had me in a room in no time at all and were really nice! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! There was a situation in where my friends called this hotel because they thought I was missing (There's no signal in Yellowstone and didn't call one morning ha ha) and the associates asked if everything was okay when I returned on the way home because they remembered me. I just can't express how grateful I am for the staff. Y'all are awesome!

Hotel is a bit off 80 and you have to pay attention to directions to make sure you don't miss the turn. The area surrounding the hotel is not very appealing but the hotel is new and very modern on the inside. The room was spacious with a decent number of outlets easily accessible. The thermostat for the a. C. Was frustrating and only provides a temperature range so we were warm then cold the whole night. It also glowed rather brightly and had to be covered so we could sleep. Breakfast was good but the area it was served in was segmented and made seeing what was offered rather awkward. The pool was small and cooler than was comfortable and the hot tub chair lift was broken and left taking up significant space. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with problems, this made up for some of the other shortcomings. I would recommend staying here as long as the price was right.
