Very pet friendly and helpful in so many ways.

Decent rooms for a decent price.

Super nice staff. I stay here regularly on business trips and I'm always greeted with a smile and even call me by name. I love it. Never had a problem and with covid restrictions they even help me with faxing and emails, they did most of it and truly made my day.

Stayed Saturday night 9/8. I am a diamond member. I overheard clerk mention breakfast to someone checking in. Now room cost $130 which was kinda expensive for the area. In the morning went to lobby for breakfast. Absolutely nothing available not even coffee. Now if you're charging that much for a room you better be serving breakfast. I was beyond livid.

Very clean and roomy. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to stay had an indoor pool the breakfast was wonderful and the help was really great, rooms were clean if I ever passed back through there again I'll stay with them again.

Meh. It's annoying how expensive Rawlins is. This hotel doesn't seem worth $100/night and yet I paid about $160… I want to bash it more because of how much you pay, but I guess the market decides that and I can't really hold that against the hotel exactly. If it were less than 100, it would be fine, not new, not fancy, but fine. Comfortable bed, decently clean, no frills.

We've been traveling for 4 days and have covered over 1, 200 miles and this is the only place we're staying rooms are always clean and front desk always helpful would recommend a comfort inn to anybody who needs a good night's sleep.

Teresa at the front desk was the most lovely lady I’ve ever dealt with in all my travels. The hotel was clean, quiet, pet friendly and served a very nice continental breakfast. They’re earned our business. Thank you.

I hate their commercials… sick and tired of this clown saying badabook badddooom… just irritates me to no end and have to change the channel every time one starts…

Rawlins Wyoming location is super nice, super clean. Wish hotels would offer better coffee, a person really needs a GOOD cuppa first thing not a tastless light brown water.

Everything was fine. The chairs in the lobby are showing wear, need to be recovered. We were very happy staying there. The people working at the front desk were kind and friendly. We will stay there again when in the area.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in it's clean it's quiet the staff is like family to you the pool is clean the spa is clean and it works properly. The the beds are very comfortable and I'll tell you that they have created space in rooms that is very imaginative. There is an exercise room the quipment is even nice updated and works. There's a washer and dryer for you to do your laundry there's no smoking anywhere in the building. They're pet friendly no one had a problem with my pitbull. Their rates are very reasonable, I highly recommend this Motel trust me you won't be sorry. I missed you Sherry. Hotel is still best I've stayed in, but the general feeling of "Welcome" is not near as delightful without you there. Just know Im thinking about you my friend. And hoping you as a whole are doing well…

We had been sleeping in hotels for over a week. The bed was the most comfortable and I rested so well my aunt said I didn’t snore… bonus points for that! The staff was so helpful and helped me with concerns about the weather. The breakfast smelled and looked delicious but we had to leave because it was snowing. So wish we would have taken a to go bag!

The stay was comfortable though the walls were thin. Luckily we weren't kept up by our neighbors. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

A great pet-friendly hotel option! Staff is friendly, location is right off the interstate, rooms are clean, and it has a fitness facility, pool and breakfast. Lots of parking and enough space for dogs to roam a little. The rooms are well-maintained if slightly dated. Overall I would definitely stay again!

I did not enjoy my one night stay here. The room smelled strongly of an offensive smelling cleaning product that gave me a headache. The window was screwed shut so I could not let fresh air in. The bathroom was very clean but the sleeping area was worn, old looking and did't seem very clean. Will not stay here next time.

For the price range this Comfort Inn (Rawlings, Wy) should get 5 stars. Rooms are outstanding, desk clerk at check in was extremely helpful. Very good breakfast, next morning. On a long trip, my first choice will be Comfort Inn&Suites.

An excellent, fairly high quality hotel in an area where quality is not usually expected. The rooms, although somewhat small, were still well sized and designed to make good use of the space. The entire hotel is smoke free, which is another benefit, and is pet-friendly. The pricing was also excellent, the rooms were absolutely spotless and practically sparkling. Clean towels, beds, sheets… The overall cleanliness and feel was impressive. The beds were quite comfortable, and despite being near to railroad tracks there was no noise or rumbling whatsoever, resulting in an overall very pleasant experience. The eating area was quiet, pleasant, and clean, and the self-serve kitchen was well stocked & organized, with juices, pastries, waffles, hot eggs, yogurt, and more. An EXCELLENT choice for the area, almost unmatched in price and quality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room comes with a air conditioner and really comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi is great, never got dropped. They have a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast is great.

It's okay. At the time of my stay, the gym, pool, and one elevator were down for maintenance.

We have been on a family vacation for over a week and have ran into some not so great hotels (red lion), so finding hotels that are clean with friendly people has been hard to find and never sure what you are getting until we arrive. We arrived later in the evening with 3 small children and loved that all the paper work, key cards & hot fresh coffee was waiting for us! Cookies for our little ones was nice! Sad the hot tub was out of service but loved having the whole pool to ourselfs! Our room is clean! I'm really impressed! Thank you! Other hotels should take note!

Beautiful rooms, genuinely friendly staff, and decent breakfast, great for the price.

Staff was very friendly and professional considering they were slammed with customers demanding rooms due to road closures. They had fresh, warm cookies and coffee ready and didn't mind providing you with extra toiletries. The room was clean and well kept, the only problem I noticed was that since it was storming, the windows weren't completely sealed and you had to deal with a loud howling sound all night. Other than that, happy with my stay.

I was stranded here when I80 closed due to weather. The room, pool, etc was all very nice as I would expect, but I want to give a shout out to the people at the front desk who a) let me hang in the lobby for a little while before I knew I had to stay the night, since there was literally nowhere else in the town to pass the time and b) helped me take the cables off my car tires when I failed at doing it myself — I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't gone out of their way to help me. I think the main manager's name was Jessie (not 100% sure though) but she especially was super accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

Great place, front counter friendly and willing to explain. Room price listed was high but when I came in was much cheaper than what was said. Rooms nice and clean. Couldn't find anything wrong!

The guy at the front desk was funny and friendly. Being a retired housekeeper I inspected my room thoroughly and found everything clean and in order. Very impressive.
