Nice new hotel. Conveniently located off the highway. Staff was friendly, but inexperienced.

This is a great hotel and very reasonably priced. The rooms are huge and all the home-like touches are great. If you're looking for a place to stay in Gilette, look no further.

Overall satisfactory. However they can improve hot water supply in showers.

I was very disappointed, had to go purchase a hair dryer as the room did not provide one. The iron had never been cleaned and the worst was not warm or hot water to shower with. Does not even deserve a star.

Noah at the front desk saved the day! He is an asset to the company — give this guy a raise! He went above and beyond to make all 11 in out party 100% satisfied. Thank you again, Noah! Fantastic customer service!

Lobby was clean, with some light refreshments available for guests, but fairly small. Did not see much else, was there for a delivery.

We always stay here when we drive through Gillette. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming. They even allow our dogs!

This place was both a godsend, and a hidden gem! -It was a godsend because, driving cross country, my "Service Engine Soon" light came on. If you're not familiar with this part of the country, it can be 50 miles between Anything remotely resembling a city. We pulled over around 11pm, and were relieved to find a very reasonably priced room. The next day, we were able to get to an AutoZone, which was very close by, where they hooked up the code reader (for free! ), and diagnosed our issue. -Now this particular Marriot is a hidden gem, even for Marriot standards. I honestly have no idea why this is considered a "Category 1 Hotel" (For those who are frequent travelers). Everything was immaculately clean, and new. Breakfast was quite good, and the rooms were equipped with everything you'd need to cook for yourself anyways (very contemporary appliances in the kitchenette, with all the utensils you'd need, and a dishwasher to clean them all). It actually felt less like a hotel room, and more like a studio apartment. It's pretty conveniently located, right off the highway, next to various shops, fuel stations, etc. We actually ended up staying a 2nd day just to check out The Devil's Tower (The first National Monument in the U. S. ). Succinctly, I'd describe that visit as "Life Changing", and for the better. If you're in the area, I'd recommend this hotel without any hesitation, whatsoever.

Enjoyed my stay and liked the spaciousness of the room. Snacks for sell were melted and the sold postcards, one with a large naked women laying on her stomach. It was tasteless, especially for a Marriott.

Nice room setup with full kitchen. Easy to get to and a good breakfast.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel was quiet and the front desk employees were nice. Stayed during a snow storm, so there was not a lot of other guests, but the room and hotel seemed to be kept clean.

This was my first experience with this chain. Old concept, new implementation. The suites are like "tiny houses". This one was bright, clean, and modern. Staff was also very friendly.

A very nice place to stay. Nice rooms, awesome hot tub and pool. The staff is very accommodating. Nick, the general manager bent over backwards to take care of our crew.

Hotel was new and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and, most importantly, rooms were quiet! On top of that, my king suite was a very good price. Will stay again.

This hotel was one of the nicest we stayed at during our week long trip. It was very easy to find off the interstate. Once we were there, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room (a suite with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen) was very clean, spacious and modern. The continental breakfast was delightful; much better than other hotels. Overall I was very happy with my stay!

Great hotel! Super friendly staff. Clean property. Great room floor plan with massive closest and full kitchen. They even start breakfast super early at 5am.

This hotel was a fantastic find. It is spotlessly clean and have fantastic help. The room was very comfortable and a place that you could stay for more than a few days. I highly, highly recommend it to anybody who is going through Gillette Wyoming.

I had a well deserved great night of rest. The room is very modern and the furniture was multi-purpose (fold out couch bed, ottoman/coffee table/TV tray, pullout desk/dining table). There is a kitchenette that is more than accommodating for guests staying more than one night. It is aesthetically, one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. It exceeded my expectations, especially for the price! My only complaint is that the shower door had a gap at the base and water got on the floor. Although nothing a towel couldn't get. I would recommend this TownePlace to anyone passing through.

The staff were super helpful and got is checked in with an extra bed for our kid. Great breakfast, clean and quiet place.

This is a very nice, new hotel. We had a nice 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was the prices on snacks and beverages. Water is $2.50!

Cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in! I stay in hotels frequently and this is by far one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The staff was great, breakfast was good, pool was clean, nice exercise facility, convenient location… everything was good!

Stayed here for two months after being transferred. Great rooms staff is very accommodating. The GM is very friendly they are lucky to have him.

We absolutely lucked out with this one, it was brand new, our king size bed and suite was excellent! The bed and pillows mDe for a great sleep! All handicap accessible including two lifts in the spa area, one for the pool and one for the hot tub! We both enjoyed our time in the water, will looking out the windows we saw a BBQ area with brand new very nice equipment, all to BBQ tools are available at the from desk! There are about 7 places to eat with in two blocks of the hotel! We elected to go to a New Mexican restaurant that was recommended by the hotel staff! Wish they would open one up in Regina and Weslaco, food was amazing and serving size exceptional! If you want great Mexican food, you have to try Los Compadres!

Bed was like sleeping on floor, but awesome room and cable. Also smart TV and free internet!

Room was great, bed were very comfortable and breakfast was very good considering it is hotel food.

Rooms are clean but much smaller than other similar lodging options. Standard breakfast options. TV has netflix as an option (your account) which is nice and unexpected.

Staff was great accommodating me the whole time I was there. But the pool is not cleaned the whole time I was there, I let them know There were sharp rocks in hot tub. Breakfast is about the same every day Fried egg or hard boil and sausage links or patties, they did however order turkey patties when I asked them if they had turkey. The rooms were big and easy to cook in and comfortable. Maid service is pretty good and they would clean things when you asked them too, very accommodating. Management here is wonderful and did anything that he could possibly do to make our stay wonderful.

A real good breakfast excellent rooms good ambience comfortable root the sweet we got has a kitchenette with pots and pans and very roomy and comfortable.

I'm glad we found out the TownePlace Suites, been staying there 2 times and now everytime we gonna come back, we will stay over there, I love the place and very accommodated. Very laid back and the staff are really nice.

Clean, well laid out suites with a really cool shower and bathroom. One of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had.
