Hot tub out of order, pool in need of repair. And exercise equipment out of order/vandalized. Otherwise stay was ok. Clean rooms, customer service was great, fresh cookies in the evening. Lots of fruit for breakfast.

The hotel was busy. Staff was very professional. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good many choices. Would stay there again.

Stayed here after a long day of driving. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We only stayed long enough to get some sleep so we could get back on the road. Once we were back in the road I noticed hours later that I had lost one of my diamond earrings. I called the hotel and within 15 the front desk called back and said they found it! They mailed it back to me. That says alot about the staff working there. They are honest and have great hospitality. I just want to thank you guys so much!

Very clean and quiet. The warm cookies were a treat Daily. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The downside was the hot tub was broken but that was no ones fault.

Loved staying here after a long drive. The swimming pool is very nice and a good size, staff is very friendly, showers have lots of water pressure, cable and a nice free breakfast too.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, we pulled in at 3 am and were greeted kindly, got an amazing rate and the room was absolutely fantastic! Clean, updated, and comfortable! Thanks for the stay Hampton!

Very nice, quiet and clean. Wi-Fi was fast and flawless, staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the fruit served with breakfast was in pretty bad shape — bananas still green, spotty apples, and the citrus fruit mix didn't taste right.

The room is clean and seems alright. Location is close to I-90 exit. At check in no one was st the counter or anywhere around the lobby area. I stood waiting for a while before the receptionist came out of a back office wiping spaghetti sauce off her hands. On first impression it's not the best Hampton Inn I've visited. Maybe it'll get better…

I went to the wrong hotel to see my dad. Place seem nice. Desk clerk gave me directions to the hotel I was looking for.

Hampton Inn continues to be one of the most consistent chain brands. The room seemed recently updated, was clean and quiet (and not melting/freezing), and got the job done. The lobby was nice, had a good selection of coffee and breakfast stuff, and had cookies out when I was checking in. I would stay here again.

Didn't even book a room because the woman at the front desk was so unprofessional and rude. Her name is Tammy. She told me every room was booking for $220, that she 'sort of has a suite, but like not really. They all have a sink and microwave but it's just a sofa bed or something. Not really a suite. " and then when I said "Okay, thank you! " she just hung up. Cool. Moving along to Candlewood. Maybe I'll have better luck there.

We stayed at the Hampton in Gillette last night. It was easy to find. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice as well as clean.

I've tried getting ahold of this hotel for 3 weeks now. Every time I call it just rings and rings until I get some recording asking for an access code. I clearly won't be staying here because I can't get ahold of anyone.

The personnel at this location went above and beyond to accommodate me and my coworkers. They picked us up from the airport late at night and gave us water and snacks because they knew we had a long travel day. The only criticism is that they need to replace the chairs in the rooms, they are very dirty and extremely worn. I would stay at that location again.

If you're under 40 don't bother. Outdated, especially for the outrageous price of $150. Go to a Staybridge or newer hotel chain.

While checking into the hotel on Sat. Aug. 8 I suffered an episode of low blood sugar. Being brittle diabetic is often a scary situation, but the wonderful Hampton Mgr. Melissa was immediately at my rescue with orange juice, switching rooms to the ground floor and checking on me more than once. She definitely went above and beyond and I will recommend the Hampton Inn Gillette to all my friends, family and promise to stay there whenever I am in that area of the country. Great place, great people, great service deserve great reviews! Thanks!

I have stayed at 5 different Hilton properties this summer. The staff here made me feel like I'm at home. I wish I had more time to stay a couple days. For the previous comments: Price is comparable to the rest of the hotels in the area, Who cares about the TV? I happened to be there when the owner was here, he even offered to help me with my luggage.

Charge too much for the value. Unreliable TV cable signal. No refrigerator in room.

Ok so Hampton Inn is my favorite place to stay as a frequent business traveler. However I am not that impressed with this Hampton. First off the hotel has a lot of ambient noise between floors and the highway. Next the wired internet connection that they provide doesn’t work and that is trying in 3 different rooms (network engineer). The wireless network connection drops more than a normal wireless network and is quite annoying. I ended up using my cellular internet card for work. All in all I would go for a different hotel. No fridge or microwave in the room either. Too much money for the quality.
