I 80 closed — we reserved a room. Paid with bank card. Front desk called in the morning and said it did not go through. I proceeded to use my Discover and when I got home found that they had charged me twice on my Discover and twice on my bank card. Called and was told I had to wait until Monday, because they just couldn’t help me. Unreal.

Nice comfortable bed and shower was great. Check-in was awesome. Nice fitness equipment. They need more staff (there was none) for the breakfast. Tables were not clean, food was not restocked and floor was a mess. Overall this was a good experience.

Great place to stay ggggg.

Water pressure sucked everything else was great.

Shoddy maintenance, cooler in breakfast area making loud constant groaning noise. Sloppy patch job on shower rod install/wall repair.

This was a clean hotel. I had my dog with me and stayed in a pet room. It did not smell like pet odor so that was nice. There was also a large grassy area for my dog. Close to a gas station. There was no coffee or water available in the evening and that would have been nice since we arrived late. Also had to drag our suitcases up the stairs and that was no fun after two days of driving. The room was large and overlooked the interstate. The beds were comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. There is front back and one side to park so plenty of room if you have a larger vehicle. It was just a short distance from the highway and easy to find. We were able to just drive across the street to get dinner and a little diner. It felt like a safe area. That was important to us.

I would not recommend this place. We were traveling with our kids and dogs, and picked it because of the indoor pool and pet — friendly policy. Online, it said there would be a fee of $10 per pet, so I knew it would cost $20 above the listed price. So we pulled in, and nobody was behind the desk. There were various people milling around, and eventually one said "I'll be with you in a minute" after I'd been standing there waiting for a full 2 minutes without any greeting. So she comes over after a while, I give my info, and she says the room is $89 + $40 for the 2 dogs. I told her that wasn't what the website said, so she calls the manager over. I show him where it said $10/pet, and ignoring me, says to her "fine, $10 for her then", jerking his thumb in my general direction. Considering the rudeness of the staff, I should not have been surprised by the swamp green pool with no towels and uncomfortable bed. Hard pass on this one!

The staff was nice. The breakfast was alright, compared to other Comfort Inns we stayed at. The hotel in general was run down. The room was in need of much repairs, as was the hotel itself. For the price, I expected more.

Easy to access from the highway. Clean rooms. Easy service.

Pictures are deceiving. The pool is tiny. There is no hot tub yet it says there is one. There is no elevator. The front desk was not professional. The halls are gross the stairs are gross. The rooms are alright but the air doesn’t cool down the room like it should. Breakfast was ok. Definitely NOT worth the price at all. Should have cost 60 dollars or less.

A bit dingy, especially the hallways. The bedding was nice but mattress and pillows were meh. A good value though.

Nice comfortable rooms. It was quiet. I've noticed the water from the hotel tap is colder in Wyoming.

The only good thing about this comfort Inn is the person at the front desk. The indoor pool is tiny and is colder than an outdoor pool the only way for an outdoor pool to be colder than there pool is if the outdoor pool was frozen. The rooms are tiny too. Good rooms if you want to see the plumbing and you can see the plumbing.

Rooms are very neat and comfortable. The heater even works well. That's a bonus! Continental breakfast is lots of variety. One thing I didn't care for was having the desk clerks children sit with me at breakfast, when I wanted to be alone.

Nice room, dog charge seems a bit much. The day clerk was much more customer service oriented than night clerk. Bottom floor room can hear the upstairs guests. No hot water for shower in the morning. It was luke warm.

Stopped in last minute for a room on Christmas Eve. The room was clean, the staff was helpful.

Loved he speedy check-in fast and easy. We LOVED that this hotel accepted pets, as we traveled with our two dogs. We stayed at several hotels, you could tell they were pet friendly, by the “odors” but not this one. Everything smelled and looked so clean. Loved it.

This Comfort Inn was OK but not as nice as others we stayed at. To be fair, it was less expensive. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was good as was the staff.

Specifically reviewing the one in Evanston. Not a great facility. Dirty floors/stained walls. Water pressure and temperature were not good. Room was clean. Breakfast was the usual Comfort Inn continental fare.

I had a decent room, a little worn. It was quiet thankfully. Bed was comfortable. Close to quite a few stores and eataries.

Place was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. They let us play games in the lobby which was nice. The pool room though was way too hot and there was issues with our key cards having to be redone several times after 1st sending us to a single bed room when we had reserved 2 (they quickly fixed this though). Overall good experience.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Front desk manager was SO helpful and friendly. Motel was packed full, yet somehow was totally quiet. Great experience, great stay!

The hotel and room was very clean. The Continental breakfast wasn't bad at all. Only thing that I did not like was the nearby businesses. Thankfully there was no nonsense from them but it did make my family feel a little uneasy. Despite this it was a great stay and I would consider staying here again in the future if in town.

Good rate for a nice room… as a note though it's only 2 stories and doesn't have an elevator so if you have a hard time with stairs make sure to get a first floor room.

Great hotel. Our King bed was heavenly and pillows were like clouds. The room was impeccably clean. There were tons of cable TV channels to choose from. The front desk guy was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early. The pet fee was a very resonable at only$10. I truly can't name one negative about this hotel. We will certainly be staying on our return trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed a week at the Comfort Inn and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean and the staff exceptionally accommodating. Everything was in perfect working condition. The breakfast has enough variety to suit most people. It has a nice workout room and a pool/hot tub. I am pretty sure I would have purchased their pillows if that was possible. In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Evanston for the price.

I stayed at a lot of motels and hotels this the friendliest most cleanest and most comfortable one I've ever stayed at I would definitely come back here and tell my friends.

Very nice hotel and decently price. It's obviously been remodeled in the last few years and was very modern inside with good sized, clean, comfortable rooms. It's close off the highway, but still quiet (I had a room not facing the interstate so I can't speak to noise of rooms facing the interstate). Pool area looked decent, though I didn't utilize it. The continental breakfast was great and had many hot and cold options. Pet friendly for only $10 more than the regular room rate. Was a great place!

This place was awesome! First thing, our family was moving across the country, and this was our first stop. We has only traveled 75 miles, it was a rough start. But we stopped here and they made accommodations for my disabled mom. They accepted pets had parking for a big moving truck. Also after a long day moving. They kept the pool open so my two year old daughter could swim (we checked in 20 min before closing). The room was nice and breakfast had a great selection. We would recommend this place to everyone.

I travel a lot and usually stay in the $65 to $95 motels hotels and this is one of the cleanest ones Ive stayed in. Very nice room for $72.00. The owners also very pleasant. I wish I wasnt on such a tight schedule or I would spend a couple days.

For being out in the middle of nowhere. It was very nice. Quiet and clean.

Comfort Inn isn't same as Confort Inn and Suites. This Inn was worse than 4 prior Inn and Suites. We don't recommend: 1.2nd floor, but no elevators 2. Internet access connects only sometimes 3. Halls had some smoke smell 4. Dirty and worn carpet … especially stairs 5. No printer at business center and 1 computer 6. Location behind sex store and bar 7. Alarm clock wrong time and set to go off 8. Older building included older heat controls … no wall thermostate. 9. Front door threshold missing tiles with bare concrete. 10. Near rotten bananas and limited food out at buffet. 11. No pen in room.
