Ice machine broken, no in room coffee makers, hair dryer smelled burnt out.

While the room was clean,, we delt with playing with this with every flush. 3 days of it. Pretty sure this issue wasn't new. Plunger would not go down… The air conditioning kept shutting off. The walkway between the buildings to get to the back,, had someone walked through there yesterday with a Lit Cigarette we could have been blown up with the Amount of Natural Gas Leaking! Your housekeeper knocks on the door the second day but can't put her phone down long enough to say what she needed to. Thank God my husband go rested… And we go through things like this to much and get tired of having maintenance in our rooms… Please try and address these issues before renting out room 101 again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. By far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. First, we asked for a first floor room, and were told by the MANAGER that there were none available. (Oh, And the elevator is broken) Then we get to our room, had wrappers all over, hair in the tub, in the towels, and even a slim Jim wrapper in the ice bucket. Oh and I cant forget the toenail clippings behind the chair… We of coarse complained, and the lady at the desk offered us a new room… on the FIRST floor. I went to check out that room and it was no cleaner. After my 10 month old, who is a constant screamer, fell asleep while I went to this other room to check it out, we said whatever, we will just stay in the first room. Then at midnight, the AC went out. We were told by the overnight counter lady (who was eating a banana while preparing breakfast) that they couldnt reimburse us but would switch our rooms… at MIDNIGHT. So again, not wanting to wake up our baby that never stops screaming (as I'm sure everyone in the hotel noticed when we first got here) I am sitting here wide awake because it is so hot, while my husband went to go sleep in his truck. We will be leaving once the baby wakes up and calling corporate. My husband drives 18 wheeler and we stay with Choice hotels constantly, and never have him or I ever had this experience. And for the manager to LIE to us about a first floor room… RUDE. Disrespectful. Inconsiderate. Gross.

The staff is very friendly, the included hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well. Plus they are pet friendly. A plus in my book.

Great staff and nice rooms. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in Evanston. If you have time see the Roundhouse and Railyards park as well as the Bear Trail river trail.

At first we were impressed. However, when we were about to shower we noticed hair all over the bottom of the tub. I put a towel on the bottom just so I could shower. Housekeeping should do better and management should check.

Not bad but needs new rugs. Actually it looked like they remodeling.

The windows were so dirty I thought it was raining when it wasn’t. Breakfast was so so, the waffle batter was like water, the cheese Omelettes were burned on the edges from defrosting in the microwave, the jelly pouches hard, the honey was sugarized but the staff was very friendly. The quality was not what I would expect from a Quality Inn.

Very nice room. The bed was comfortable, and there was even an office chair. Up to date TV (meaning not a box TV like some motels…) and plenty of clean towels. Great bath tub. Even had a mini fridge. Was by far leaps and bounds better than some of the ratty motels we'd stayed at before, and just about the same price. There was also a complimentary breakfast served.

Paulette and Alex checked us in, two very friendly and professional people! Room was clean and comfy. Loved the military discount! Would defiantly stay here again!

Nice rooms and nice and warm pool.

Very little coffee in the room and it was very weak in the dining area. The faucet in the bathroom sink was broken. Room did seem clean but had a strange odor. Would not stay there again!

Nice quiet place off the highway with awesome rates. The truck parking is light, but they try to accommodate. The steakhouse across the street is awesome. There is also a small casino.

Staff was really nice, but the room was dirty. And the door locks get stuck.

An ok hotel but one of the best in Evanston. Nice remodel on the inside. Decent breakfast.

Standard 2-3 star chain hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Pet friendly for $10/pet. Good stay if you’re tired and need a rest!

Our stay was a great experience from the staff in the lobby to a clean and very comfortable room and shower. We were happy with our decision to give this Quality Inn a try. The staff made it a nice stay and the room itself made it a worthwhile choice. We would definitely stay here again. My wife and I were very tired having traveled all day on our bike finding this hotel was a real lucky choice. We'd do it again.

My door was propped open when I got to my room, which was odd, but did a full sweep of the room and it was fine. No loud noises, and they provide a AAA discount. I left before breakfast started at 6am so I can't comment on the quality. Overall good experience!

Good and bad here. Room and beds were clean, with lots of pillows! Always a plus. And there is a restaurant and bar directly across the street. However, took us 20 minutes to check in, because of the line and only one person working. Lobby was so hot, we were fanning ourselves. The toilet ran all the time, one sink wouldn't drain, they have rigged the AC so it will only semi cool the room (I sweated all night), the window (on the ground floor) didn't have any kind of lock, and the soda machine didn't work at all. The news papers in the lobby were a week old, and the HBO guide was from last month.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were ok. First room we were given had dog poop in it. In their defense, it was hidden behind the front door. Staff was apologetic and promptly switched us to another room. That room smelled a little funky too, but we opened the door for a few minutes and it was fine. Bottom line, it's fine for a night but I wouldn't want to stay here for a while. But like I said the breakfast was quite good.

The room was fantastic. We stayed in the location not connected to the main building. As far as breakfast… it was horrible, not because of the food, but lack of. We went to make waffles and the batter was empty. We told the lady working, and instead of making more she unplugged the machine and told us she didn't know how. I asked if we could talk to the manager and she said she is the Sunday manager. Everything was under stocked, the eggs was horrible. I generally would give this place a better review but really disappointed in quality of service from Sunday morning manager.

The hotel is fine if you just need a place to lay your head for 1 or 2 nights. No second floor vending or ice, mediocre breakfast, slow Wi-Fi, hot and muggy Lobby, room was quite warm upon check-in. It's obvious that the hotel is aged, but it is still overall well-kept on the inside. My room was clean, spacious and very tidy. Included iron, ironing board, safe and blow dryer.

We were charged twice for our room and the manager still wasn't there the next day to sort it out. We were told to call them back if our refund didn't show up. Our room was supposed to be a King and was a Queen. There was water damage in the bathroom and flakes off the ceiling were falling off and laying on our towels. The carpet was dirty. The breakfast was good. I visited with other people at breakfast and their rooms were fine they said and had a different set up. I think we were put in one that hadn't been used in a long time. The front desk worker said he'd have to talk to the manager before he could help and wrote down our name and number. We still haven't heard from them.

Thos is obviously an older hotel. The outside does not match the onside. The rooms were updated, clean, and roomy. Thos os a case of never judge a book by its cover.

Another subpar breakfast, I swear that every motel buys the same breakfast equipment. Better than some of the other breakfasts in my trip though.

The staff was amazing. The room was a little underwhelming, and the breakfast was a little weak. The staff was amazing though, made the stay worthwhile.

I have stayed here several times over 2.5 years and never have had any issues, very quiet cozy place, friendly staff.

Good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. The handicaped/accessible room could have been better, they had a chair behind the door that prevented it from opening all the way, which made it very hard to get in the room. I informed the staff and was assured it would be moved. Other than that good clean rooms for a nice low cost stopover.

Comfortable and friendly. Could use some updating in the hallways, but otherwise a great stay.

In my experience this location was a pretty nice one as far as Quality Inns go. The breakfast coulda been a little nicer and the parking lot could use some improvement but otherwise definitely a recommended stop for the wary traveler!

This motel has great friendly staff, Lori is amazing. Spacious, CLEAN rooms and a wonderful price. Very pet friendly, also great breakfast. I will stay here again on my way back through. It has been the best motel I've stayed at in a long time.

Beautiful lobby, the room was very spacious. Very clean. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee was hot and good. The gal working the breakfast was super sweet and very helpful. And all for less than $75! I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Great stay. Desk worker was very courteous and the room was lovely — — very clean with all the amenities we needed and a comfortable bed.

The rooms were very clean. Price was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. Warm breakfast and tasted good.

The room is clean a nice for the price. I made a reservation and they had the paperwork out and waiting for me when I checked in so all I had to do was sign and got right to my room. The front desk guy was really nice and actually acted like he had a pulse which was refreshing.

I've stayed here twice and they really do a good job with clean rooms and a very good hot breakfast.
