Reserved a double smoking pet friendly room. When checking in we were told our room was still dirty at 10 pm. Told we could have their last room but it as a queen smoking pet friendly room. When getting to the room it was a double like we had ordered in the first place. When checking out we are told we smoked in a non smoking room and charged $100 on our card. If you want to stay somewhere that you feel like you were just robbed this is the place for you. Otherwise I suggest you stay at one of the other many motel very close by.

I was cared for well by the staff, in spite of having two dogs. I am grateful especially for Mngr Cindi.

It's got a really awesome trail and it's right by the river. I really love it when I come to Casper.

We recently stayed here and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Room was clean shower was good and the breakfast was great.

We were very tired so we slept well without any problem, it was clean 08/08/17

I always stay at the National 9 Showboat Inn in Casper, WY when I stay overnight. It's not fancy but always clean & the staff friendly. Rates are low & I use my AARP discount.

Booked 2 nights on bookit. Com, and couldnt stay in the room. Old delapitated building, smells of urine. Very surprised they are allowed to remain open not sure the health department has ever entered this establishment. Appears very unsanitary and overpriced for what your getting. Semen stains, urine stains, chewing gum stuck to the window. Very sketchy, like a crackhouse environment. Would be very surprised if this building is bug free. Pretty much gave up$141.00 Bookit says they will look into it, and refund our money. So we will see.

This place is disgusting. Beds had semen on them as well as what looked like dead bugs. Had chewed up gum stuck to the windows and the carpet is seriously nasty. Still waiting for a refund or to hear back from a manager. This place should be condemned. The pics of the place are false advertisement. I can't express enough how awful this no tell motel is.

Nice rooms and service. Friendly, great breakfast and coffee.

No! Just say no. Our room smelled like urine, there was toilet water all over the floor, and no other room available. It was too late to go anywhere else and couldn't get our money back. So so gross!

Very nice people that work here. Beds are comfortable. Great price! Small gap under our door but front desk clerk gave me a couple bath towels to cover the gap and it worked great. Heater worked great. All in all, I give it a thumbs up.

The front desk employee Jordan was very friendly and courteous.

Clean rooms, and helpful staff. No complaints.

The check-in was quick and straightforward.
When we got to the room, we terrified. It stank quite bad, neither microwave nor coffee machine, let alone a refrigerator were available. We even searched the TV in vain.
The room resembled a basement section, no plaster walls and also open pipes.
To our surprise the room and also the bathroom was clean. We didn't know where the stench came from.
After about 5 minutes it knocked at the door and the lady from the reception stood in the door. She asked if we want a TV. When we answered yes to the question, we were given a new room.
We made our worst.
We entered the room and…
Wow, all clean and no foul stench. The opposite of the other room.
Only the walls and the pipes were like in the other room. Also like in the basement.
It was clean, the bed good and slept we did well.
We are very undecided as to how we are to assess this now.

Nice reasonable place. Gives you the basics and they support Veterans. We usually always stay here. Nothing fancy but does the job.

The stay wasn't bad. It seemed really clean except for 2 bugs found on the pillow and wall, and the breakfast was very small and didn't have a lot off variety compared to other places, and when I came back at the time given to check in I had to stand at the counter for a very long time while the employee was taking a phone call.

Cheap. A little spooky scary.

A little worn down. The carpet was missing pad in several large places. Could use a good cleaning.

My stay at this hotel was overall a good experience. The employees were respectful and friendly. The room was clean and everything was in order. It was a comfortable bed with soft blankets and sheets. The pricing is reasonable and no complaints from my part. It's not a high end hotel but it has the essentials a traveller needs.

Do not stay at this place! They have bed bugs! Totally Gross!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!

Have stayed here on multiple occasions in various rooms. In every room there is something that doesn't work and I've changed rooms just to have something in that room that doesn't work also. Everything seems to get patched together and left for the next paying customer to deal with. Their management here is very questionable and poor quality. They are always saying that they are going to get things fixed then just seem to ignore the issue. They charge a person more than what the rooms and service are really worth. There is no repairman on call on weekends so if something quits working, like the cable, you're out of luck until Monday.? Maybe in Pakistan or India this motel might get a 2 star review.

This place is dirty and ugly and looks like they cook meth in it. Bed bugs and concrete brick walls like a jail cell. The TV didn't work, tub was dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes, crack and shattered dreams. Bulldoze the building and make the gas station bigger. This place is trash!

Great Stay! great friendly staff at the Frontdesk. Jessica was very professional and helpful the time of our Stay. Rooms could use some updating but very reasonable rates.

We stayed here 7/17/15 and it was NOT worth the $90 we paid for a room with two queen beds. We will never come back. The place smelled old and the toilet seat in our bathroom had sharp edges and should be replaced. There was even something that looked like a booger on the bathroom shower curtain. The shower head is low on the wall so anyone over 5' would have to duck to wash their hair. The hallways look like something out of a haunted/horror movie with the dated carpet, floor cutouts edged in aluminum that may have once gone to the cellar placed every 10-15' down the hall, and the cinder block walls. I'm all for rustic or quaint, but this was neither. I felt robbed for the price they charged.

Now that kayhryn has took over the place has gotten alot better and I am an employee there now and I know I'm not rude to people I am a people person.
On that note the rooms are so much nicer and the employees now are very sweet and generous, I like it alot here at the showboat.

This place is not very respectful of you or your belongings. They entered my room when I was not there and went through my stuff and then charged me an extra 150$ for damage that I did not do. They said I had a dog in my room which was untrue and that I ruined the carpet and bedding. Will never go back here or will not recommend to any one. This place is rude.
