I usually stay at a Marriott but they were booked. Will have to say that I can easily switch over to staying here going foward. Newer hotel, very clean and the room was good. Bit cheaper then other hotels in the area, so I would consider it a great value.

Great spacious and clean rooms! Convenient microwaves and fridge in all rooms plus silverware, plates and all other kitchen things you might need.

Great staff, super clean, and so accommodating to dogs. Nice rooms and beds as well.

Clean, spacious room with kitchenette and no free breakfast offer pool. Had gym and free laundry.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite we were in was excellent, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at the Candlewood Suites whenever we are traveling.

Candlewood Suites is a very nice, clean, reasonable hotel to stay at. If you choose spend the evening or if you're staying awhile I highly recommend checking it out. The staff is alwalys friendly, helpful, and just a joy to be around. I live in hotels and this is definitely one of the best so thank you Candelwood for always making my stay nothing less than perfect!

Room is great! Full kitchen, nice sized room. Only drawback is no pool.

Very nice place. Very disappointed with house cleaning as well as staff. I have stayed at many and I mean many candlewood suites and never been so disappointed never even thought they was capable of leaving such a bitter thought of them. Well never return.

Such great customer service. I appreciated that they got us a last minute reservation for the annual state cup soccer event after Baymont canceled our 2 month reservation because we didn’t check in by 6. Thank you Candlewood for superior service and going above and beyond. You’ll always have our business.

Clean and very comfortable beds. A full mini kitchen so you may cook your own food. Staff is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area for dinning and sight seeing. There is no free breakfast or social hour. But hey you can cook your meals the way you want it. AC is cold hot water and great water pressure when showering.

Very cute room with full kitchen, great desk area, and even a reclining chair. It was also cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express. I only stayed one night but I’d love to stay for a longer trip.

I stay here when in town, clean comfy beds and nice affordable suites with full kitchen. Freindly staff.

Location seems close to nightlife. There is a Dennys next to the hotel within walking distance. Free shuttle upon appointment. Rooms were adequate and staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

A great basic, clean and newer hotel to stay in for a few days. I was on a long road trip with 12 hours of driving, and appreciated that everything was clean, check in was quick and the bed was comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, very friendly staff. Decent Wi-Fi connection and our suite came with all the amenities we could need (glasses, silverware). Comfortable beds and above average shower. Only drawbacks was the cooking smells that seem to permeate the hotel and noise from dogs in rooms, which is allowed.

Its really very conveniently placed next to a dennys. Its rooms are nice and spacious and the guest service is remarkable. They give a 15 percent discount for dennys since its close by. And they have good heating/AC. I love candlewood suites.

It was midnight and we were in Douglas, and couldn't find a single hotel with a vacancy, which forced us to drive to Casper. Once there we only found one hotel that even had somebody working at the front, that was Candlewood. It was two in the morning, but the man working there was super kind and helped us get a room and even offered to lower the price. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm. I couldn't recommend them more. Deluxe rooms without the insane price.

Loved the hotel, right next to a Denny which was super convenient. Staff was really friendly, room was nice and very well kept. Definitely recommend staying here if you are stopping in Casper.

I prepaid for a reservation through Orbitz with an American Express card. I gave a MasterCard for incidentals upon check in. When I checked out they charged the whole stay (pending) to my MasterCard even though it was prepaid by a completely different type of card. No management was available to talk with today and none of the employees offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience this caused by using up almost $400 of my available balance on my card. I had an appointment to get the tires replaced on my vehicle that I had to cancel because of this mistake make by the hotel. They guarantee customer satisfaction and yet could not even offer a sincere apology for messing up my credit card.

I don't stay at many Candlewood Suites because of their low caliber, but for the area, this was a really nice location. Casper isn't a big town but this hotel was close to everything. No interstate noise. Very friendly staff. Hotel seemed very new.

Unless you want to babysit your account and make sure you get your points do not use this company. I just cancelled 17 upcoming stays because I was hung up on by their customer service and being treated terribly. If you are thinking about becoming an IHG rewards club member, or staying here, think again! I joined several months ago, and now I am moving on to Hilton rewards club instead. I have experienced one mistake after another with IHG and Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Candlewood Suites. They fail to post points sometimes, welcome amnenity points, and bonus points. I have called the hotel and they say that they will put them in, yet weeks later I see nothing. So much inconsistency. I was staying with IHG twice a week, but will no longer stay at any of their hotels. The hotel points the finger at IHG, and IHG points the finger back at the hotel. Right now they currently owe me over 5000 points that im sure I will never see. When I asked for a manager over the phone, I was hung up on. GOODBYE IHG! You are terrible!

Awesome, friendly staff. Brand new hotel is clean and bright. Rooms are well equipped and modern. Full sized fridge and kitchenette.

Nice clean hotel. It's new and feels that way as well. Water pressure was rather low, but looks like they focused on eco friendly shower heads.

Nice newer Candlewood. Stayed here with our dog and couldn't have asked for a better place. Would stay again.

Arrived without a reservation at 10am after being on the road all night. They checked us into a deluxe suit for the price of regular suit and got us into our room right away. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a nice place to stay.
