Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff.

While traveling for business, I found myself in the wonderful city of Casper, WY. And my stay here was only made better by the Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff warmly greeted us and informed us of all the fantastic things the hotel offered including their gym and indoor pool with spa. But what I really appreciated was the pantry next to the front desk. I arrived back at the hotel late after working that night and did not feel like driving around looking for something to eat. Even though there were plenty of eating options in the area. Among other things, the pantry offered me hot and cold eating options, drinks and so much more. The rooms were clean and very spacious. It had plenty of closet space. It also had a top notch refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was big a comfy. I can't wait to come back again to Casper, WY. And to comeback to the Hampton Inn & Suites.

After a week in older San Francisco area Hiltons, this is a refreshing new hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of days waiting for the roads to clear up, Shelly was working behind the desk and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The room was neat and comfortable, breakfast was appetizing. Would absolutely stay again just to deal with Shelly!

It is pretty much what you would expect from Hampton Inn… clean, comfortable and a reasonable breakfast. The property seems to be newer than a number we have visited, but we were surprised that there wasn't a small refrigerator in the room.

The Hampton in Casper was very nice! It was very clean and well kept! Blake was friendly and very helpful!

We booked last minute as Honors members and still got a wonderful price. Our first room didn't have a tub, so I called the front desk and Rion moved us to a HUGE room with a tub-which is also a suite. It suited our needs as a family of 5 (3 under 4! ) perfectly since it also had a pull out sofa. They also let us have late checkout with no problem. There were fresh cookies in the lobby and everything was clean and comfy.

Would love to say great things about this hotel, but alas I cannot. Reserved a non-smoking room only to find out upon arrival that the only rooms they had remaining were smoking rooms. As staying in a smoking room is not an option, we had to pick up and move to another hotel, lengthening our 'check in' process by well over an hour. I stay at Hilton properties all over the world, but will be crossing this one off of my future stays list.

Comfortable beds, cool AC, decent breakfast, and clean room/facilitates. Breakfast was ok, only had the choice of sausages gravy and biscuits as the hot item, or waffles. Desk receptionist was pleasant.

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful bathroom, and a wonderfully hot breakfast. My only wish was for late night room service or a delivery service that was not pizza. Best nights stay in a long time.

I'm hoping you guys will remember me by name but you guys were life savers and made me and my daughter feel so welcoming thank you and I'll be in on June 22nd my family and I never give 5 stars but this motel was clean made us feel so welcomed I'm very happy we stayed here when we were in Casper and they made me feel safe at a time when my daughter And I needed a friend in the world thank u and god bless u all.

My husband and I have decided you can't go wrong with Hampton Inn we have stayed with them from coast to coast and have been greeted with A+ customer service and have been extremely pleased with our room.

Was only here for a night after a lot of driving so did not do much but sleep. Front desk was helpful finding a quick local spot to eat. Took a quick dip in the hot tub before bed which was nice bc is loosened my muscles after driving. They also offered a nice hot breakfast in the morning.

Was not impressed. Our room was dirty my kids found old food on the floor! And it looked like mold on one of our pillows. The pool was disgusting and wayyy too much chlorine and it was green. They need updated for their price.

Great location to and from interstate. Pillows extremely soft. Bed a little stiff for me.

Tara went above and beyond her duty! She got us great rates for 2 rooms! Also, she helped us get food for a vegan! Very helpful and nice place to stop for the night! Chocolate chip cookies hot and fresh. Breakfast buffet for vegans and not!

Pretty good place the rooms are nice. Wi-Fi is awful! Always need to connect every day and extremely slow if you ever get connected.

Clean hotel and the staff was helpful and very friendly. We arrived in left in a blizzard and they were very helpful getting our vehicles cleaned off. A co-worker left his luggage and they were very helpful shipping it to our next destination. Five stars I'll be back.

Great stay. Got snowed in driving through Casper so we stayed here. They kept the hot tub open for us late and even let us turn on the radio since there were no other guests around. Definitely will stay here again the next time we get snowed in.

Handy location, along with nearly every other hotel in Casper, it seems. A little below the typical Hampton experience… room was noisy, could hear guests next door a little too well, people running in the halls. Breakfast typical, but still not quite at the standard of others in the chain. Shower didn't really work, only about half the water redirected to the shower head. Still a decent hotel, but a few things seem like they have just been ignored and let go.

Amazing staff, very clean, nice fixtures and decoration, excellent waffle bar, always coffee ready, indoor pool, comfy bed. Gym was tiny, can pretty easily hear neighbors.

I stayed at this Hampton during a week-long business trip. The front desk staff were friendly and super accommodating. Tara went above and beyond. She helped with a charging issue, made sure there were warm cookies on hand at the end of the day, and helped me schedule a shuttle to/from the airport, and even to work on the first day. Overall, all the staff was great. The shuttle service was very convenient. Good breakfast options. Only downside was that several of the cardio machines in the exercise room were broken.

Hampton provides us with the amenities that we want after travelling all day. A friendly greeting at the desk, a nice room, comfortable bed for a great night's sleep and a great breakfast in the morning. We stay Hampton where ever possible and affordably competitive on rate.

Breakfast was ok, beds were very hard and uncomfortable, no fridge or microwave in room no extras like bottled water in room.

The staff here is super friendly, and I was surprised by how spacious the room was! One of my lightbulbs was burned out, and the bath faucet didn't convert completely to shower, but neither of them impacted my stay or enjoyment of the space. The shower still had good pressure so it was hardly noticeable.

Walls are thin (hear much of your neighbors). Your standard room doesn't have a mini refrigerator. The "complimentary Wi-Fi is very slow (1-2mbs download). The room is clean. The Wi-Fi is at least constant (no interruptions requiring repeated logins). Breakfast is your basic continental, but with increased ambience in the dining area (high table, fire place, TV above fireplace). Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place, clean and service was awesome …

Beds were comfortable despite not being very large. The room wasn't quite as big as I hoped for but the amenities (ie many towels, soap dish, very functional shower just to name a few) in the bathroom make up for it. Breakfast was rather disappointing overall but the coffee and waffles were quite good. Staff was pleasant and well equipped.

Do not stay here unless you can get a 4th floor room. It's 4:30am and I'm wide awake because the room above me sounds like a heard of elephants. They woke me up super early yesterday too.

Stayed the night at Hampton Inn in casper it was a great place to stay very nice customer service clean rooms and great breakfast.

A newer and well kept property with warm, friendly staff. Price is reasonable and hot breakfast above average. The pool area is fairly small.

Was nice, nothing stood out good or bad in terms of a standard Hampton.

The breakfast was wonderful — lots of choices and very fresh. The hotel was clean, as was our room. The beds were not the most comfortable, but the extra pillows were nice. The front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. The one complaint I do have is the noise. The walls were not soundproof at all. We could hear our upstairs neighbors talking, walking, and even using the restroom. We turned the fan on in the bathroom all night to help drown out all the noise from upstairs. In a hotel, like an apartment, you expect some noise from other people, but this sounded like they were practically in the same room. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was chatting with her boyfriend. Kids jumped up and down all night above us and a baby wailing next door as well. Thin walls and poor service. Toilet paper felt like sandpaper. Housekeepers that start knocking doors at 8 a. M. Honestly, I've lost my respect for Hampton Inn. I will never stay here again! I sure hope this doesn't reflect the personality of Casper but I was very disappointed.

Had a great stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. My wife always loves the waffle makers. Room was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This place is VERY nice. The breakfast is great, it's clean, rooms have every convenience you could want. Unless you want to sleep. The hallway is the quietest place in this building. I'm not a light sleeper. If you are traveling on business and get up early, say, 530am, then this place should suit you just fine. If you are like me, traveling for pleasure, would have liked to sleep past 530am before an 8 hour drive to my next destination, well, either bring HEAVY DUTY earplugs, or plan get up early, or even be awakened often. Or be a really heavy sleeper. I got to hear my upstairs neighbor go to the restroom at 2am. Then at 530a I thought a herd of cattle was moving through the 4th floor — nah, that was just my upstairs neighbor, or neighbors, who knows. I went downstairs for some coffee and breakfast at 7am when no amount of pillows could muffle out the racket, asked the front desk clerk if he gets complaints of noise and, why yes he does. Hummm. Nice. No way was I leaving here without making sure the rest of you know what you're in for. Again, if you're up early, need little sleep, have really good earplugs, you probably won't hear the heard of cattle above you. Or perhaps you ask for a room at the end of the hallway, on the top floor, then YOU can make all the noise. Oh, and ask for the wireless internet code at the front desk.

This hotel was opened within the last year. The building is very clean and the staff wonderful! A solid 4 star hotel in my book! Would give 5 stars but I had to walk across the parking lot to the Hilton Garden Inn for the restaurant and bar. (Great food by the way) I would stay here anytime.
