Doesn't really live up to the "Ramada" name kinda ran down and certain places smell bad and key cards barely work on entry doors so you can be standing there locked out for 5 minutes waiting for your card to finally work. It wasn't horrible but wasn't great either.

Nice room and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Shower curtain was pretty useless though and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

I spent 1 night here and while the hotel was clean, it was very dated. Also, a free breakfast was advertised, but there was only coffee, and no food at all. (The desk staff said the food person didn't show up to work that day). The bed was comfy enough, but the AC unit was blowing upward at the drapes, and letting flashes of the bright parking lot lights in.

This place is not loved. Terrible experience. No internet. Breakfast gone 1.5 hours before time was over. Billed me twice. Fubar. The room was nice but poorly cleaned. Parking lot had potholes so big they had yellow cones around them.

They booked the wrong room. One king size bed instead of two doubles. No elevator to second floor. Bathroom too small for a walker, and Wi-Fi is down. Very disappointed. Room was clean and nice for a moment handicapped person.

They are pet friendly and have a walking path by the river. Room was ok, rug was stained, but the room was quiet. We will stay again.

We made reservations here 5 months in advance for state track. We stayed here Thursday and Friday nights (May 18, 19 2018). They put us in room 288. 1. The internet was down the entire time. The only notice of this was a piece of paper taped to the desk as you check in. 2. The breakfast buffet was never stocked to keep up with demand. It was supposed to go until 10, but everything that needed prep (scrambled eggs, sausage, even maple syrup) was empty before 8. My kids left hungry as we waited for more syrup, as we had to be at the track by 9 am. 3. No air circulation in the room. One shower and you're doomed to either leaving the hall door open or simply leaving, as the windows don't open and the room is musty and muggy. The fan/ac unit is wall mounted and only curculates air in the room. No fresh air. 4. Housekeeping didn't empty trash cans. 5. Restaurant/bar was closed the entire time, when it was supposed to be open by 4 pm. No posted paper or anything, just locked doors. 6. Broken ice and vending machines, siding falling off the building, floaties in the pool… suffice it to say, this will be the last time we will be staying here.

DON'T STAY HERE! I don't know how this hotel has such good reviews. It's filthy and run down. I had to move rooms because the bed in the first room was covered in pet hair. All they did was make the bed with the old, dirty sheets! The lounge was closed and the Wi-Fi didn't work. This hotel is awful.

The staff is nice and are always professional. The rooms are clean and so the reason for the three stars is that everything is old and delapidated. I don't think the oil folks seem to mind but this place is needing some help.

This hotel has gone downhill in food choices for breakfast, construction, design, and service. The beds were not changed but were made. We pulled the sheet back and obviously someone with long black hair had slept there last. Then we called for a new set of sheets at 10 pm at night and had to wait an hour and the staff was rude about it. They never came to do service and clean the next day either. They have said nothing about not doing service to the rooms unless you request it so we were expecting a cleaning. Food was cold and gross by 8 am, not good choices either.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was late… We were there for Destination Imagination… Had to arrive early… No coffee made and late getting the buffet ready! Other than that… Rest was good!

Nice staff friendly rooms were clean need new shower curtains and warmer blankets. Building needs a lot of maintenance some tlc. Sunday breakfast was very good. Saturdays was very lacking and looked to be put out at 7am and never replenished everything cold and drying out by 9. Never saw the person that was doing the breakfast that morning. The guy working Sunday morning for the breakfast did a great job replenishing everything was fresh a lot more variety then on Saturday. He was very friendly and keep everything hot and the area clean. All in all it was a good stay.

The Ramada is always a very clean and well staffed establishment. I particularly give credit to the upper management who are regularly in the building and dedicated to the well being of ask of their guests regardless of they are overnight or just bar patrons.

Clean room, great staff, internet and cable were good, breakfast had everything from hot to cold. So they earned a 5

Room was clean, very clean. Desk was difficult, issues with changing rooms due to online booking. Nice though! no elevator! disabled smokers beware. Breakfast was cold, with only a spoon full of eggs and hard potatoes for hit oltion, with no attendant. No bagels and no cares given. Dining area a mess with no clean tables. Went down at 930. Breakfast runs to 10!

They never cleaned our room and when we called the front desk they said housekeeping was gone and they would have them clean it tomorrow. Tried to use the pool and we were tolld they were going to close it for 4 hours but when we went back an hour later it was open and there were people in it. Not a good experience would not come back.

The room was great, but it originally placed my stay 9 days ahead than what I wanted for no reason at all, and getting that cancelled was hell. When I was finally able to get that cancelled, I had no choice but to pay the walk in rate for the hotel, which was 89$ plus "tax" for a one bed non smoking room. Tax was 50$. This hotel was not worth 140$.

Bad customer service! My tub's clogged didn't work, my coffee pot didn't work, and had gross mold and black gunk in it. When I called for help the front desk for a new one, she said, "well you can walk down to the lobby. " My room is the furthest from the lobby, and the point is not that I can walk to the lobby. I asked for something important to my four day stay, and they said… to bad, we don't care… don't stay here if you like baths and coffee at five in the morning in, your jammies.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access. The rooms were average with no complaints. People were great.

Great pricing. Dude behind the counter was hilarious. Was able to park my truck/trailer on the side of the street. Really clean. Nice shower.

Everything was clean and neat. Equipment for the presentation worked without any problems. Room was quiet! Good place for a conference!

The best breakfest in all america, clean rooms, no smells, no bedbugs! I like it! recommend!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm giving 2 stars because the bed and amenities were decent, even though one of the beds was missing a sheet. The breakfast was ok, but not as good as they make it sound so at least it was free. EVERYTHING was stained including the floor, the sheets & blankets, the shower curtain (it was disgusting), the lampshades, even the WALLS, which also had cobwebs/dust bunnies clinging to them. There was a few items left behind by the previous guest, including candy under the bed and used bandages on the bathroom floor. & there were nasty bugs! I discovered this when I felt one crawl up my leg. Next time I'll be sure to spend more on a place that doesn't show a total disregard for cleanliness and sanitation. I suggest you do the same if you can.

We were incredibly disappointed with our experience at this hotel. Among other "sketchy" details, we found bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. And our room was next to a door to the outside that didn't lock. So picture opening an outside door, then arriving at our room, and then coming to the door to the rest of the hotel that does lock! A lot of good THAT did us… All in all frustrating. It wasn't safe or clean… I would discourage anyone from staying.

I stay in Casper quite often, and this is the best ao far of the pet-friendly hotels. Clean, nice decor, great price, and the staff is very friendly. I would be happy to stay again.

These jokers just checked me out of my room one day. I went home for one night in the middle of my stay to do laundry. I left a note that read, NOT CHECKED OUT. It was facing the door and sat next to a $5 bill. When I got back to the hotel, my key didn't work. I tried to be a decent human being and didn't cause any trouble. After all, it probably wasn't the the girl at the front desk's fault. All I asked was they return my phone charger. They totally blew me off for two days. There are plenty of hotel options. You should chose another one. P. S. There internet is so slow, it's unusable.

They are thief's, they will credit my account for the money they owe me, when I checked they said my money is back on my card, now I can't even get someone that knows what the hell,, and why is it when I write a bad review its not there the next time. Because they are very dishonest people, please any planning to stay here don't.

The rooms were good sized and very clean. The hotel itself was sparkling clean. The hotel is HUGE and sprawling, and it takes a bit of time to walk from your room to the hotel lobby. The free breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we've encountered, with a nice variety of items to choose from. I had booked a reservation on-line through kayak, but when we arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. The friendly and helpful desk clerk quickly found us rooms and honored our on-line rate. The only downside is that the pool is tiny, and there never seemed to be enough towels.

Excellent decor and atmosphere with tiffany lamps and central atrium. Convenient I-25 and downtown location. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice bar. Excellent customer service. The maids and front desk did everything I asked, including hunting down an extra luggage rack. My room had updated bath and bedding, with beautiful natural stone. The pool was small, but that's not unusual for a hotel. I appreciate that they open the pool early, so adults can use it in peace. Much lower price than the Best Western Ramkota which is a comparable hotel next door. I've already made another reservation here.
