Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. There was plenty of food and a great variety to choose from.

Kelli, the host, was capable, professional and answered all questions. The room was perfect and reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you expect from a five star motel. This was our first visit at the Casper Baymont and they will in our planned traveling in the future… October 2018!

The bathroom was terrible. The back portion of the toilet was broken into three pieces. The tub doesn't drain well so we were standing in ankle deep water. The shower was half on shower and half on tub, it wouldn't stay up on the shower so that meant no water pressure. Beds were small. I've never seen rooms with full beds instead of queens before. Granted, it's a small room but it was suited for one queen and not two fulls. You can barely get around the beds. Check in was meh. We were running out the door early so we went to grab breakfast on the run. Not sure it was done being set up. Juice machine was out of order. One yogurt in the little fridge. Only plus side was the pool and hot tub area. Kids loved it. It was also quiet but second hotel on our trip by Wyndam. Never again.

There were tons of pillow stains and hair all over the beds. Smells like cigarette even though it's smoke free. Some of the outlets don't work either. Don't recommend it at all. Rather sleep at a homeless shelter.

We were their for a birthday party. Their rooms seem fairly nice and the pool is a blast! The breakfast area seems small though.

This place is over priced out dated and dirty. There is hair in the tub, dirt on the bathroom floor, just noticed the shower head is broken someone left a drink in the fridge so I know that wasn't checked to be cleaned and it is expensive…

Not up to Baymont standards. Cramped entry way — if you have a roller bag, and pass someone coming the other way, one of you will have to stop and let the other pass. Biscuits (for biscuits and gravy) weren't put out for breakfast until 90 minutes after breakfast started (and after the gravy was put out). Bathroom counter was cracking and breaking, and also had some sort of caked on "material". Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, as did the room door itself.

Close to the mall and several restaurants. Paid less than the other motels were charging at the time and felt it was a good value. If you want a gym all they had was a treadmill, bike and an obscure weight machine I have never seen before.

Just OK. The check-in was a little slow at midnight. The bathroom was toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. The towels and bed linens both had stray hairs on/in them. I could see daylight next to the heater — A/C unit. The motel is near train tracks and the horns work me up. The bed slept ok. The breakfast was average and a very small area. No elevator in the building. I was not impressed by this facility. Very run down on the inside. I'll do better research next time.

Was a horrible stay. The room was dirty as was the blankets. We called and asked for clean blankets. The front desk explained that they don't carry extra blankets. So we were pretty much sol. We asked for a refund and all they could do was drop 5 dollars off the rate. Will never stay her again. And the security lock was ripped off the door also.

This is a beautiful please to stay, nice people, and good food ( ( ( ( (UP DATE stayed here again found a bug in my room and my service dog got blamed four bring it in my room, they blew me off and would not try to make it right they black listed me from the hotel, please use caution when staying here.

I've been here multiple times but wish that the first stay had been my last. I had to come back several times because I didn't really have a choice. There is one friendly staff member and the others are not warm or helpful. They have a crowd in the lobby at night of people that are off-putting and just hanging out, apparently with one of the clerks. The cleanliness definitely needs addressed. I'm glad I don't have to go back. Two stars instead of one because they do have a nice breakfast.

Terrible, really, in every way. Unfriendly and unhelpful service at the front desk, a "heater" in my room that was blowing cold air (I was told it was an old building with poor heating), a "gym" that was the size of a closet with one working piece of equipment and seemed like it hadn't been looked at or cleaned in months, with an overflowing garbage can of fast food wrappers, strewn towels, and dirty everything. How can they advertise having a gym? When I mentioned at the front desk the non-operating equipment, the guy said "he would make a note of it. " Also, a dumb thing, but why wouldn't a motel/hotel have an automatic door upon entry into the building? They deal with travelers carting bags who then have to negotiate a door first thing. Bad first and last impression. I will never return.

Very poor customer service I'm staying here ask for extra pillows due to having a broken ankle! The lady at the front said they didn't have any because state baseball is in town tomorrow. I have work for a hotel before so I know there is always time to do laundry the next day before new guest check in very disappointed.!

It is not to expensive it Has a pool and comfy beds also it has good breakfast that's why it's 4 ✨'s.

Decent hotels. When I asked for a cot I got a bundle of blankets. That sucked.

Room was nice after we got a room that had a heater that worked. There seems to be a lack of communication between the night staff and the day staff. One said that breakfast was over at 10am when we checked in at 2:30 am. The morning staff wouldn't put out more biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage or pancake batter after 9:00am. It was 9:03 when we asked them to refill the breakfast bar. The lady behind the counter said there was a health code regulation that wouldn't allow her to serve breakfast after 9:00am. Someone needs to tell IHOP, right next door, about this health code regulation! The parking lot is a bit small for a towed vehicle as well.

Key cards barely worked. Hotel seems older than other Baymonts. Cracks on wall above shower. Yellow hot tub water. Staff was friendly, and helpful.

Great place, soft bed, pool, mostly clean and reasonable price. Most place I find things wrong with place very little. Didnt like room smelled of medicine mint but other then that great.

We stayed last night & probably will not stay ever again. The beds were clean & the bathroom was wiped down. However, there is a new meaning to dog friendly. The floor had not been vacuumed & there was dried dog poop in the corner along with some left over garbage. The room was not worth the price we paid.

I drive over the road and live out of hotels. This is the very nice and clean place. Beds are comfy and staff were very accommodating. I will be making a point to stay here again when I come thru here. :-)

Mattress cover ripped along bottom seam. Sheets threadbare. Not enough outlets. Otherwise adequate.

Nothing fancy. Request for a new room (terrible smoke smell) was honored but front desk seemed annoyed that I was annoyed. Made sense after I saw her puffing away right outside at the only outdoor table.

Very friendly. Clean and nice irons. We had our dog and they are dog friendly. We all had a very nice sleep.

We stayed here on 9-9-17. Decently clean place to stay. Nice pool. The problem was staff. I called about an hour before check in to see if it might be possible to check in early as my son needed a nap. I was told that the only way to know would be to come to the hotel (across town) and see if it was ready when we arrived? I have never stayed at a hotel that couldn't look up your reservation and see if they have a room available to check in early. Ok, come in 15 minutes later, (the front desk girl is out front smoking a cigarette) we are told that one of our rooms was ready but the other one was still getting sheets put on the bed. I tell her that is fine and ask if she can let us know when it is ready so the rest of our family could check in. She responds by looking at me blankly and saying she isn't sure how long it will take because the housekeepers have other rooms to attend to. Then she went back outside to continue smoking. The breakfast wasn't very good. The waffle batter seemed to have a sour taste. I would not stay here again.

Very comfortable ac. There polite front desk people. They keeps everything clean and wiped down. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms themselves are spacious. There is no reason I wouldnt stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites.

Me and my family stopped here for the night. It is very clean the beds were very comfortable and the big plus is all the places to eat in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Hot tub water was yellow and smelled bad but otherwise it was great. Nothing outstanding but it is a great, relatively cheap, place to stay in easy walking distance of a couple restaurants.

I'm struggling to understand the four and five star reviews of this hotel? This is NOT a 4 / 5 star hotel. And for the money it is most definitely NOT 4/5 star hotel! This hotel is simply a Motel 6 in disguise — and that might be on the generous side. My suggestion is go down the road just a tad further and get a better hotel for the same money.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Nice furnishings, but hotel feels and smells like an older hotel and needed some obvious repairs. Rooms are quite large, which is nice when you have a large family or group. Decent breakfast, but not enough seating for the number of guests there. The pool is small, but at least they have one. It has a convenient location with easy access to the highway/interstate, making it a great place to stay if you are just traveling through.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The pool and spa were very nice. The room was nice and clean. The toilet didn't flush well, but we reported that upon checkout and it didn't bother us much for our short overnight stay. The staff was friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast, but the good quality didn't seem the greatest (I had eggs and orange juice). We realized later that the price on our checkout receipt was higher than when we checked in (by about $10), but we are planning to call about that and are assuming they will fix that.

The pool and hot tub were gross. Rooms were clean and breakfast was standard. Wifi was too slow and we were unable to use it.

Most Baymonts are nice. This one? I won't stay again. Looks to be kinda clean as you walk in. Staff is ok nice. Looks like a oil field workers motel. So I get my room and go to it. 1st thing a smell walking in my room is cigarettes! Nasty! 2nd thing, the TV doesn't work so I ask the guy to come up and fix it. As he is fumbling with it, I asked him… Is this a SMOKING ROOM? Cuz it stinks. He says no it's non smoking. Then finally get the TV working 20 minutes later. Then I leave for dinner and come back 2 hours later, notify the desk about my room stinking. The new guy comes up and says, I don't smell anything but I'll bring you some fabreeze to mask the smell. He comes back and gives it to me then says, We haven't rented this room for days, trying to get the smell out but we did charge the smokers for smoking in here! WTF! So I asked for a different room and to my surprise THEY DONT HAVE ANOTHER! SO FOR A REVIEW HERE IT IS! THIS PLACE SUCKS! I WILL NOT BE BACK! AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A NICE PLACE! IF YOU LIKE RAT HOLES… THIS IS FOR YOU!

Was great til the last day the house keeping was rude an pushy… check out is at 11 an we were cleaning up an getting ready to go when they just kept knocking on our door at 8, 9, 945, 1030, 1045 an were just bout done an the house keeper was on her cell phone bitching to someone that we were holding her back from going home to me that's horrible service especially since check out is at 11 so give me time to get up an get out of the room.

Staff was wonderful. The only negatives we have is that the breakfast area is too small and their Internet bandwidth is well below average.

We stayed in this hotel for 18 days. The room was very rarely cleaned and vacuumed once (after several requests). The sheets directly on the mattress and fitted so you often woke up with your face plastered against the bare mattress. It took three requests and management's involvement to have clean sheets put on the bed. The lamp by the bed shorted out and was flickering off and on (even though it was off). The room did not feel clean and did not smell clean. We often left our window open just to kind of air it out. I will never stay in a Baymont Inn again.

Spoke with reservations twice on the morning of our trip. Had reserved two rooms. Found out on the way that they gave our rooms away! Traveling with our dog…had to find other accommodations while driving ; — (They lost our company business! @!

We are Aerial Firefighters in town helping suppress the Sheep Herder Hill Fire and were pulled off a fire in California to come here and do our part to help the firefighters on the ground. Rather than sleep in our air tanker, we had to take the last 3 rooms in town here at the Baymont for $169! This is pure price gouging by the owners as we have information that they were heard saying "no government rates, as if they need a place to stay, they will have to pay these inflated prices! " What a way to treat not only evacuees, but firefighters as well who only get so much of an allotment to stay every night. We firefighters are a tight knit group and once my word gets out to boycott this hotel and other Baymont properties, millions of dollars will be lost in revenue for this chain, and especially this crummy hotel!
