Disgusting place! Owner doesn't care that the rooms are nasty! 3 rooms and all 3 had major issues.

Fraudulent charges on my card.

Highway a bit loud but nice room and comfortable beds.

The website says pet friendly and I spoke to the front desk to ask how much per cat and was told $25 per cat. One hour before check in they called and said they don't accept cats.

Management is extremely friendly and everyone is so helpful!

A very nice hotel. The rooms and the hotel itself were very clean. I loved how comfy the bed was. And a pretty good selection of food for their breakfast.

Pretty solid given the price. Room was nice and clean as expected, outside of the bathroom door being janky and not being able to lock. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly nice. Eggs, bacon, waffle machine. Can't ask for much more from a complimentary breakfast at mid-tier hotel. Only stayed for one night so I can't offer much more feedback. Would recommend if looking for quick, relatively cheap stay.

Very friendly service. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Above average breakfast with eggs & sausages, not just sugary cereals and ubiquitous waffles you make yourself that many places have.

Nice Sleep Inn. Staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms clean and nice. Smelled freshly painted. No problems here. Good place to save some $$$ and still get a clean nicely appointed room.

Great place to stay. Clean room. Amazing staff, good breakfast in the morning and has a pool! Will continue to stay here during my trips to Midland once a month!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean, fresh baked cookies, good showers, convenient to restaurants, the arts center and Doe Gardens.

The pillows are a little too soft in my opinion. Everything else was decent.

They have 2nd best conital Breakfast I ve. Seen.

I just got off the phone with Sheila and she was a delight! I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and didn't realize I was missing a coat until I packed for the airport 3 hours before heading to the airport to head back to SC. I just called thinking it was a long shot but had to at least try and see if it made it to the lost and found (it's a gorgeous $200 coat! ), she looked and found it! Our stay was very nice for NYE as they provided a shuttle to our venue, and the room was very nice and clean. The staff staying honest and finding my coat put the cherry on top! Thanks again, Sheila!

Beautiful room and hotel. However, upon arrival I found that my reservation had been canceled. Took 30min of waiting to correct.

What a great place to stay overnight in Midland! The whole hotel staff was so friendly, the room spacious and clean, the bed and pillows oh so comfortable and the breakfast really good! The breakfast attendant was so sweet… she even helped make me 1/2 of a red velvet waffle! We would certainly stay here again. Thanks!

For the price I paid I was expecting a mediocre experience. It was very clean and the staff is friendly. Not to mention the hot breakfast in the morning was just what I needed before work.

Terrible experience. First thing I want people to know is there is a new owner that took over in 2017. All of these 4+star ratings are from years before he took over. I booked a room at the Sleep Inn for myself and my two boys. We were staying there along with 7 other families for a family weekend. They did not put any of our rooms together, as requested. The first room they gave me was on the 1st floor and the window was broken and would not lock. The outside screen was ripped up and there were lady bugs all over the inside of the window. The second room, they assured had a locking window. It did not. It was on the 1st floor, on the back side of the hotel. The window faced a back parking lot and the interstate. The lock was broken and the screen had obviously been pried out. I asked the owner for a room that had a locking window, especially since I am staying alone with my children. He said there were no other rooms and if I did not like it, I would need to leave. He was very rude and dismissive of my concerns and complaints. Being that we were staying there as part of a larger group, I did not have a choice but to stay. I had to wedge an umbrella in the window to make sure it could not be opened from the outside. I took my kids swimming and came back to the room and there were ants all over the night stand. We did not have any food or drinks in the room and had not spent more than an hour in the room at this point.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, pretty and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! Good breakfast too.

WORST customer service. They are charging my credit card for an error on their part and when I called about it, the manager, Sheila Jensen, hung up the phone on me! She didn't offer to help and she even accused me of lying by saying that she receives hundreds of "these types of calls". Now I can tell you that I have never lied about an incorrect charge to gain money nor would I go through all this trouble calling the reservations online counter and the hotel to get a charge retracted. PLEASE stay away from this place, as their customer service is rotten and they do not offer any help in any way. They will only take your money and say "there's nothing we can do. " Even after giving her suggestions of what she can do. Then she hung up on me. And when I called right back, she was "in the bathroom" and wouldn't come to the phone. How can you call this good customer service?

Rooms are lovely, beds comfy, decent pillows. Breakfast was awesome, fresh baked goods, eggs, sausage, grits, variety of breads, waffles and more. Quite impressive.

The Sleep Inn is great for the money. Pool is warm. Rooms are nice. Easy access to US 10. And centrally located in Midland. Always friendly staff. Great place.

Manager was Rude & Unreasonable. Carpet was dirty. Room was small.

Room was clean and decent, other then toilet was broken which they fixed. The hotel did not prepare for a packed hotel, so they ran out of food in breakfast area and had to wait more then 20 minutes for more food to be made. Only one person working in breakfast area, she wasn't all that friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas though.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprise. The hotel is located close to many places to eat. I loved that I was able to open the windows, room was clean and had microwave and small fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly, beakfast menu was above my expectation. I actually was able to get few goodnight sleep. I will definitely stay at his hotel again.

Disappointed… Have stayed at this hotel the last three years for a softball tournament. We've always been allowed to cancel our room the same day due to elimination play… Not this year. New owner "Jay" Since the city of Midland had been flooded and I had to cancel my room for the Saturday… I offered it to a flood victim, too which "Jay" did not want to happen stating the room needed to be cleaned… We hadn't been there all day. I'm sure a displaced family wouldn't care. The room was free, dry, and had a shower… Didn't end up checking out so they could run up and clean it so it could be rented out… Just left Saturday with no occupants… I will say though, Shelia the day manager was "Awsome" helpful she tried to help me get a family in… But they were able to find accommodations…

The hotel and room were beautiful. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would come back in a heartbeat! However, there were several events going on in Midland the the night I stayed and there were some very rowdy sports teams staying in the hotel. We were in room 335, which is 2 floors above the pool and right next to the stairs, but it sounded like we were in the pool room with them. The pool in this hotel is open until midnight so we had to deal with a bunch of boys screaming and yelling until then. If those teams hadn't been there it would have been an absolutely amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel last night and it was horrible. We asked for more pillows and they apparently didn't have any extras. Was charged $10 for a roll away bed that had NO padding it was like sleeping on bed springs and no refund. The owner/manager didn't want to honor a free night from the previous owner as if him buying this hotel was our problem. Will NEVER stay here or recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

When we were pulling the sheets down there was a big bug in the bed, because we got the room reserved thru expedia they wouldn't give a refund they gave us a free night but who wants to go back there when you find a bug in your bed.

The room was nice and clean but despite being pet friendly we were told we couldn't leave our dogs in the room unattended which was inconvenient.

They have a really cool new clean remote. To keep the area clean.

The location was very nice and easy to find. The room looked great and the beds were comfy. The bathroom door didn't slide closed all the way, but we worked with it. The breakfast was good, but kind of packed as there was a competition in town or something. Sadly didn't get a chance to check out the pool.

Rooms are small. Everything else s great. Really good complimentary breakfast. Bed was nice. Staff is very professional and seem to enjoy their jobs. I would recommend it if needed.

We had a great experience at the Sleep Inn! We were in town for a wedding and had to stay over. The rest of the family went to the Holiday Inn but we thought we would save a few bucks and check out Sleep Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was decent. No complaints at all! The best part is when we booked online they had a space for 'special requests' so as a joke we put "we want towels shaped into elephants" like the do on cruise ships lol. We weren't expecting them to do that at all but they did! We cracked up :)

Room was great. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Very clean! Great location. Near an array of restaurants and stores. Very close to the highway. Would definitely stay again, next time we're in the area.

Our visit at the sleep inn was GREAT! Dawn our receptionist was freindly and very kind! She had just finished baking chocolate chip cookies and was kind enough to pull us aside and offer them to us and our daughter. Thanks again for the great visit!

The overall experience was great. We stayed at the Sleep Inn here in Midland, MI for a funeral. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. They had extra toiletries, which we needed, as I forgot my shaving cream. The hotel also has a military discount, so if you are currently serving, or a vet, take advantage. The breakfast was pretty good, plenty of options. None of us used the pool, but it looked to be a pretty good size. The layout of the hotel was very sensible.

Rooms are always clean and quite comfortable! The staff is always friendly & the breakfast is always pretty good. This is our go to place to stay while in the area visiting. You won't be disappointed. And there is always. Ookies at the front desk :)

Sleep inn is a nice place. It has been newly remodeled. It's a average place to stay. I thought it was a fair deal for the price for a night.

Staff is wonderful, very attentive and polite. Hotel itself is very clean, and looks very nice! My room was very clean as well, and I loved how updated it looked. Very nice paint colors, and the bed spread is also very nice. Would recommend!
