Wonderful staff so welcoming, love the room layout and the hot tub and pool, we will definitely be coming back, did I mention the hot tub, finally got to sit in an actual hot tub, and the area has so much to offer, love midland mi and the family it has.

Had a great time with my kiddos and my baby! Pool was warm hot tub was relaxing everyone was friendly! Room and bathroom were clean.

Nice hotel with excellent service from staff. Good continental breakfast. Rooms are newly remodeled with nice showers. Room air conditioning doesn't get that cold, though, and the windows are small with not much of a view.

Pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy, the suite was spacious, the staff was helpful and extremely courteous, the kids all loved it, the adults loved it, I would definitely recommend and will for sure book with hampton inn again in the future. We had a great time.

I’ve only been here for about 30 minutes, but I’m very impressed with this Hampton Inn. I’m a frequent business traveler and have stayed at many Hampton inns and typically like the simplicity and consistency of the chain. The rooms here must have been recently upgraded, as the furniture and decor were beautiful and the best bathroom and shower I’ve had at a Hampton inn. Highly recommend!

The Hampton Inn is right off the exit from the highway and next to a Panera. The rooms were clean and updated and the room I stayed in with a king sized bed was very large. Breakfast in the AM was a little sparse but tasted good. Would stay there again!

Updated rooms, friendly staff, and a decent location near shopping and food — I'd recommend staying here if the price is right. Not as nice as the H, but it should be a lot less expensive.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament this weekend, awesome staff. They're super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Loved the rooms too, comfy beds.

We stayed two nights last week. Wednesday and Thursday (Thanksgiving Day). After checking in Wednesday we went right fir the pool and we highly disappointed to find the hot tub was cold. After running the jets a few times and no hot water coming out, my friend asked the front desk if they could turn it up. We were told they would right away, but it might be in the morning before it got warm. Then was handed a note about minimal staff and house keeping only on request for the holiday. Honestly we didn't care, until the next day when the hot tub was still cold and the staff told us a number of times they would fix it. We came to stay at this hotel at this room because of the location to the pool and hot tub. We have little family or friends for holidays and had considered making the Hampton inn our tradition. Looks like we will be giving the holiday inn a try next time. Not impressed. Overall it was clean and updated. Loved the glitter chair in our room.

Love this hotel! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are beautiful and clean. I utilize the workout equipment which is up to date and clean. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and the 24/7 coffee is fabulous!

I had a reservation for 9/14 and when I arrived they told me it was cancelled that day but couldn't tell me why. I had my confirmation email, never received a cancellation notice, and they had no rooms available for me. The staff was friendly enough but the last thing a woman traveling alone wants to hear is that you have no room for her. In the end I had to travel another 45 minutes away to get a hotel room. Very nervous about this and now see there is zero benefit in being a rewards member.

Rooms were clean. Hotel staff provided a toothbrush and toothpaste when we had none. Was able to get our two rooms next to each other when they were originally not.

I t was very nice there. Our room was neat but the floors one day was not vaccumed very well and the next night the bathtub was not cleaned. Otherwise your Hotel was exceptional.

Beautiful and clean. Very nice free hot breakfast. They send out an email offering upgrades and when you arrive tell you that it's not available. Also, very strange but no dresser drawers only some wire shelves.

Although they are currently going through a partial renovation our room was very clean and comfortable. I found this place a very good value for the price and would return if in the Midland area again. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom had ample counter space. The TV had the clearest picture ever as well as having a bigger screen than most hotels. The lobby was beautiful. The continental breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price was ok. Overall, our stay was good. The hotel seems to be old and somewhat outdated. It's one of the lower class Hamptons I've stayed at. I would have no problem staying there again, but would definitely look around for nicer accommodations first.

Great location. You can walk to panera, Olive Garden, and bennigans. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can tell the hotel is a little older but everything is clean. Breakfast and coffee is hot. I went to wash my clothes — they don't charge for the machines and they offer free soap. Will stay here again.

Staff make you feel as if you are honored to stay with them. Breakfast is absolutely horrible, and though they advertise as pet-friendly, they kicked out some folks because their two 50-pound dogs were "too big" (yet the dogs were very friendly and well-mannered). Despite its ultra-cleanliness, Do NOT stay here!

Although I must commend the housekeeping staff and the morning breakfast attendent, neither the desk clerks (although friendly), nor the manager have any idea how to afford an diamond honors guest the benefits they have earned. Forget about you profile at this hotel as it is not reviewed prior to room assignment. And you may be assigned a smoking room. Even if you've been staying there every week for four months. Even if you have requested otherwise because of a severe allegy. Even if you are a diamond guest. The quick customer satisfaction fix? A lucky trip to a local hotel down the block where you will not earn any honors points for your stay, where you will be afforded even fewer honors benefits (none) and where the bed is as hard as a rock. How honoring.
