Don't clean room when leave the sign to clean it.

The staff was very helpful and so friendly. They made you feel welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, nice pool and helpful employees. The only negative is that the driveway is technically for another hotel, but once you get to Best Western, it's worth it!

We had a good stay we only spent one night when we move down to Battle Creek best Western we have family in Sturgis so we are coming back.

Nice place! It was clean, room was big, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only bad thing was this mystery stain. Otherwise I would recommend staying here!

Excellent for the price. Great amenities, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Non-smoking rooms that are really non-smoking (for y'all that stay on the road you know what I mean) … The front desk manager Ms. Grace was awesome too, she's familiar with the local area and can recommend things to do.

The hotel was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I know the hotel can't control this but other guests staying in the hotel were rude and nitpicky. The parking lot could have been more well lit, in this type of environment I would like to feel safer then what I felt staying in a place I was unfamiliar with.

When choosing a hotel for a girl friends over nighter, I read all the reviews for the hotels in this area. This was the only hotel that had favorable reviews. I want to add my experience too. After checking in, our group walked down the hallway and commented how wonderful and fresh smelling the hallway was. So different from any other place I've stayed. The room was great and more than adequate for some weary travelers. Breakfast was great also. Waffles! Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean room & people very friendly & pool was nice.

Only giving 3 due to the rooms having double beds not queen beds as the website said. We really needed queens with our teenagers. We were also charged $1.25 to use the phone to order pizza. Other than that the hotel was great.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful. My car had broken down, I had no reservation, yet they were able to accommodate me quickly, even when I couldn't remember my rewards account number. If I'm on the road again and feel to tired to continue it is nice to know that I have found a place that will take care of me. I was commuting between work and home and had no tooth brush, check in clerk found a complimentary one along with a package of toothpaste. The room was clean and quite large for what I paid. Everything was clean and updated. No place close by to eat so you'll want to do that before you call it a night.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a great breakfast! Easily located right off the interstate. I love staying here every year with my trips back and forth to Iowa!

I would stay at this Hotel again. It is a very nice Place. Very nice staff. Rooms are really clean. The beds are wonderful. They have a big selection for breakfast.

This hotel was new super clean bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of stuff. The pool was clean and also nice area to walk by the hotel.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. When we go back again in a few weeks will stay at that same Best Western.

It was clean and pleasant, with a surprising breakfast. It's hard to find if you don't know that you need to drive through another motel's parking lot to access it (it needs better roadside signage).

It was amazing I loved it and so did the family I recommended this hotel to anyone they are friendly and had great food service. It was very amazing comfy beds. Great TV listenings temp controlled rooms the pool was great it relaxed the family.

So many things I liked about this hotel. It was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gym was open anytime and bigger than most. I had a jacuzzi tub in my room. The breakfast was ok. Location was great.

I was on the 3rd floor. Never heard anyone walking in the hallways. Beds were amazing. Breakfast was good. If you have any questions, Grace will be the person to go to.

Love this place! The executive sweet is the best room for the money! Jacuzzi tub, nice soft king size bed, 55"+ television, awesome breakfast, and excellent customer service as the icing on the cake! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a break from the stress of the everyday busy life we all have to live. 5 Star rating from me and my fiance.

The rooms were nice and clean the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were great there was lots to choose from.

Rooms are very clean. The staff is very polite. A continental breakfast in the morning. And easy checkout makes this place great.

“Glorified Super 8” that’s the layout of this hotel from the hallways to the rooms. The only thing that sets it apart is decor and that it’s actually clean. The ugliest BW I’ve ever been to. Took 30 minutes to check in because the young man behind the counter didn’t know what he was doing. I’m traveling alone and he put me in a room with 2 beds yet he told me they have over 50 rooms available for tonight! I think you could keep ice frozen in the room because when I opened the door there was a huge rush of winter air. Took about 45 minutes before I could take my shoes and jacket off. For the $$ id go across the street to Hampton Inn. I’ve stayed there and it’s WAY NICER!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet. The breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel of this level but I appreciate that it has salsa, peppers, cheese, choice of boldness of coffee. My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable. We were a little stiff when we woke up. But otherwise a good stay.

Had a marvelous experience here. Friendly staff, comfortable and cozy beds, spacious room and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful and had more food choices than I expected! Highly recommend staying here. Will be back if I ever find myself in the Midwest again!

Very pleasant stay. Simple but plentiful hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage/ham, busquirs and gravy or French toast) ; breakfast is all you can eat and is replenished as needed. Staff are very pleasant. Clean and well maintained hotel. Only drawback is it is a long, dark drive (toll road) from ND after a late football game.

My stay was great. The room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Location was easy to find and convent. I would definitely stay again.

With AAA discount it was a good value. Clean room, friendly desk staff, decent breakfast with, surprise, gluten free options! Nice looking pool although we didn't use it. Comfy bed.

Good prices. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The Continental breakfast had several choices and the kids loved the pool. Close to the tollway as well.

Great place to stay over night in transit. The place is clean, room is a good size and internet was free. Reception was friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Despite being a free breakfast, it included hot items like eggs and sausage. I would stay again.

Price was very good. Accommodations were clean, spacious, pleasant and extra such as large thick towels. Breakfast was quality including gluten-free muffins! Front desk friendly. Have no complaints whatsoever.

I worked here for a good year, and I want to say the owner, staff, and all management are amazing, loving and caring. They truly want the best and cleanest experience/stay for their customers. The staff there is awesome and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel as much as possible! (The pool is great too) :)

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are on the large size which is nice and the beds very comfortable. Also everything was clean and looked very nice. The only serious negative is the Internet service… it was almost useless as the bandwidth was too slow (pages would timeout/etc). I did tell the staff about it and they were going to reboot the equipment which did seem to help for a short while but then it was back to poor bandwidth again. If they can fix this I would have given them 5 stars… but Internet is important to us.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location convenient. I came near the end of breakfast, so only Cheerios were available. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast, great customer service asked for some more towels they brought them to us with in minutes clean room bath clean pool felt comfortable temps very enjoyable stay. Only down side I would of rather had the pool towels In The room and the room towels in the pool. Over priced vending machines use store next door.

The manager Grace was more then helpful; we were treated with awesome hospitality and she was very personable! This is one of the best experiences we've had when finding a place to stay last minute. Hotel is keep very clean, the room is a lot larger than expected, free Wi-Fi AND 12pm check out time! It allowed us to catch up on some sleep that we desperately needed after traveling all day! I highly suggest this place.

I like this place it was very nice get the right rooms with a hot tub. In the morrning breakfest! AND ALSO GOT INDOOR POOL, LAUNDRY ROOM.

Great hotel to stay at! Room was nice, clean and spacious. The service was great as well as the food. I recommend this place if you're traveling across the US. Also, if you're going to stay at a best western make sure it's a plus.

Found this motel clean and comfortable, the cost reasonable would stay again.

We were turned away because there were no pet rooms available. We have a service dog. We tried to explain that our dog is not considered a pet. There was no budging. I'm disgusted and appalled by this treatment.
