Clean & Comfortable rooms.
Very quiet.

Went to Embassy Suites in Troy. Have been going there 30yrs. 3 rooms, 5 hours. Kid knocking on my window. No hot tub. Pool was down DONE. I am Hilton Honors member. That hotel is in the gutter. This hotel, Garden Inn in Troy is 110 percent better. Hilton Corporate needs to go into Embassy Suitrs and straighten that mess up. Service SUCKS!

Great experience, great service. The staff was very much helpful at night. We reached at 2 am and needed a toothpaste. Staff offered it quickly with an enthusiasm and smile!

Lame! Booked through Expedia, told them I would be checking in late they cancelled a whole week reservation and wanted to charge me double…

Front desk staff efficient and friendly. Room is large and comfortable. I'm outside right now on the lovely little patio enjoying a sandwich from a very convenient restaurant just across the parking lot from the hotel.

Great location. Great beds. Great property — close to highway, and restaurants. The walls are a little thin, and the AC unit is loud — be wary if you're a light sleeper.

Got to the hotel at 11:30pm and left 7am in the morning. But from what I've seen, it's a very nice clean place to stay. There are walking distance to several nice restaurants. I would definitely come back.

Great stay! I’m a Chief Maintenance Engineer at another Hilton property, so I tend to notice things some people might not. This place is great! We used to live in Detroit, and love staying here whenever we come back to visit friends and family. Breakfast team is awesome! Hall we didn’t get a chance to eat dinner here, but I’m sure you will be equally satisfied. Rooms were very clean!

Attended a professional seminar here. Room was very nice. Audio was great. Lunch provided was delicious and timely. Atmosphere upon arrival was very inviting and clean. Have been here before and would definitely have no reservation on returning.

This is the best way to get away from home and really get treated great. The food and all of the amenities that you have access too makes this a great weekend getaway. The hotel is decent. The staff was very friendly and the location is nice. Cleanliness of the room and the common areas are the only reason I gave it four stars. Also the hot tub looked gross but it just needs repainted.

Room was nice and clean. The location was good as well. The pool was ok but the hot tub needs a good cleaning. Overall would recommend staying here.

Location is great. Staff is overly chatty, but friendly. Both times I have stayed here for business. The first time I stayed here, I found a used condom on the nightstand. I notified the front desk and the manager replied with a "ohhh sorry" and did not provide any kind of remedy. Disappointing. The second time the TV in the room is non-functional. Hot water pressure is low.

Convenient location just off the highway. Lots of restaurants within walking or driving distance but they have a bar and restaurant of their own. Great amenities and super modern, clean rooms (loved the dark hardwood floors). This was my favorite Garden Inn room by far of all my Hilton stays.

Stayed there for a hockey tournament. Great staff with really clean and upscale rooms. Very kid friendly. Great stay and will be back!

Excellent hotel in Troy with wonderful staff. It never matters how long it's been since I have been there I am always greeted by name when I walk in the door. I will always recommend this place over any other hotel in the area.

Beautiful entry way. Nice hallways and great meeting rooms. Unfortunately didn't stay there just went there for a meeting. It had a great waiting/lounging area though.

Second time staying here. Super clean, since it's only about a year old. Really comfortable and quiet rooms. Conveniently located near all kinds of nice restaurants should you decide to dine outside of the hotel.

Nice, new clean hotel. The only downside was that it can be a little cumbersome to get in and out of since the traffic on the main road is often pretty heavy and only goes one way. The bar is open in the evenings but didn't have a lot of activity. Free parking was nice.

To start with, they lost a reservation. They were not going to guarantee the rate that we got for the wedding that we were there to attend. The host at the front counter didn't even apologize for the situation and said it wasn't her problem. After talking with Management in the morning got it resolved. Hotel was nice but if not the hotel that makes the just a great it's the employees which I wasn't happy with it all.

The room was very nice, but I'm not sure if it was worth the price, especially since breakfast was not included. The location was close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throught my stay.

The hotel is well appointed and the bed is comfortable. As they consider themselves an 'eco hotel' everything is supposed to be energy efficient, however, this seems to translate to 'not well made'. Low water pressure, dim lighting, absolute cheapest toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast is very expensive $12 no matter what you order. Hotel is certainly nice enough and the workers are pleasant.

I liked the room furnishings and layout, and it was very clean. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant had good breakfast food and service.

During checkin they asked me to swipe my debit card for security deposit and told that they will reverse the amount after my check-out. And also I was told that the amount will only be put on hold and not debited. But now, I find the amount debited from my account. When asked they are saying that it is for the incidental fee. I didnt use any amenities in the hotel. This is very bad that they dont give proper response. This reply was also given only after I mailed to many people. Not customer friendly. Hi, The hotel authorities accepted it as billing error and has promised me that they ll send the check within 5-7 business days.

New construction hotel with modern everything. Staff very engaging.

Came for job training. Room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. My family met me up to use the pool. Had a good time, would stay here for little getaways in the future.

The location is great! It is located right next to a number of restaurants such at the bone fish grill and the melting pot. The rooms were very nice and clean. I stayed in a two queen bed room and was quite happy with my accommodations. Ask if the lights and utilities worked and were clean! The staff is also very nice and anyways greets you and if very helpful. Overall I had a great experience.

Make sure you give any tips for housekeepers to the front desk in a sealed envelope otherwise the housekeeper cleaning that room might not get it, some one else will take it…
