We booked a block of rooms here for our wedding, and couldn’t recommend them enough! Communication was Great at every step of the process and hotel itself was clean and gorgeous. Thank you for making this part of our wedding planning ao easy!

After having changed room three times we decided to have a drink and the waitress had no gloves prepping food and drinks! Decided to go for a morning swim. Pool closed! Filthy nasty and unclean! The director promised half off and the room was 170 I only received 32.00 I don’t know who did the math but I’m very unhappy! I’ll never stay again!

My Name Is Kelly Knight…I would never stay again it’s Dirty the pool was closed after I confirmed earlier in the day that it was opened and drove 30 miles with the cost of gas being almost $4. They power wasn’t working properly so it was no air and it was 90 degrees outside. Total day was ruined! My children were so disappointed.

We normally come to this location all the time but lately I've been unhappy with the service. We stayed here in March check in is at 4pm, when we arrived after 4pm the room wasn't ready. We had to sit for over an hour for them to clean our room with no accomodations on the price. Being as when it's time to check out housekeeping is bugging you to leave. Two weeks later we stayed at this location only for the pool so the kids can swim to only find out when we get there that the pool is closed. No accommodation in the price here either. I couldn't find another hotel to go to immediately being as I told a few of my daughters friends to come and swim with her. The whole weekend and waste.

Well past midnight, very loud patrons visiting & drinking in the bar area. Unacceptable that this hotel could not get a handle on noise earlier for quiet hours. Front desk has been contacted 3 times personally within a 90 minute time frame. Regardless if this hotel is hosting hockey player accommodations, ALL guests should have a comfortable & pleasurable stay. And when they do not due to numberous complaints, except a request for a refund.

I've just had a very unpleasant and unfortunate experience staying at this Hilton Embassy Suites location. Anyone looking to book this location, please take heed. The Embassy Suites website, clearly mentions the pool, hot breakfast, gym, and evening reception are available with limited service. However, due to COVID, these services are completely shutdown in this county. There's no mention of this anywhere on the website, and there's no attempt at offsetting the cost of the stay due to these essential Embassy Suite services being unavailable. They have poorly attempted to make up for the missing hot breakfast by providing "grab bag" breakfasts with yogurt, apple, and fiber bar, however this is certainly a far cry from the expectations of a Hilton and an Embassy Suites. Speaking to management, no concessions were offered, simply that the website is "owned by Hilton", so they're not able to update it. There is another glaring ommisson from anywhere on their website as well. The entire hotel is under rennovavtion, so expect loud and disruptive noises continuously, from 8am-5pm, 7 days a week. Heaven help you if you or anyone in your party attempts to nap! Finally, the room itself. After staying in a "renovated room", I will tell you the future of this Embassy Suites location is certainly not bright! The air conditioner in our room would vibrate through the walls. The smell, that must be in the ceiling, is old and moldy.

Amazing customer service this morning after several inches of snow fall over night. I walked out to my car and the hotel staff was cleaning snow off the cars and scraping windows. I have stayed at many hotels over the winter and NEVER had anyone clear my rental car before. Thank you for amazing customer service!

I stay at this location often and my experience has always been top notch. My most recent stay the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. This included an emergency trip to Staples to help me locate a laptop charging cord. This experience is why I am a loyal Hilton customer.

We celebrated our ANNIVERSARY here 1st time staff was friendly and the room was wonderful no complaints at all, o yea you have to try out made to order omelette breakfast was amazing.

Double charged for our room that didn’t have any running water. We requested a block for a wedding party. They scattered rooms all over the hotel then wondered why they got complaints about noise… just a horrible experience all in all. Don’t forget the huge bowl of goldfish crackers that this hotel offers as a snack for anyone to Stick their hands on whenever they walk by… goldfish? Really?

I love this place, I stayed here almost 20 years ago for a family function and it is still a 5 star hotel.

Had to check out… Hotel is under construction and the pool deck area was flooded and not draining. The price I reserved the room for was not the price I paid. (it was higher). Very disappointing.

It was great from the start. It was for our Anniversary that we stayed. I asked if we could check in early, we arrived at 1:30pm to find that we were upgraded. The room was wonderful, very clean. The bed was amazing. Just the right amount of firm/soft. The pillows were perfect. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant and Patti was our waitress. She was fantastic, helped us get on the Wi-Fi, gave us a cup of fruit because we had ordered some starchy foods. Then even gave us a couple of pieces of cake to take back to our room. I loved the pulled pork sliders. Happy hour was amazing, 3 drinks a piece. The only bad thing I can say about that was, I didn't care for the snacks they had to eat. Breakfast was awesome! Made to order omelet :-) The only thing I can say bad is that a few things were cold (bacon and hashbrowns) but doable and still decent. Then we went to the pool, it was heated. Walked right in without being cold. The hot tub was too hot for my husband but I loved it. The only thing I can say bad about that is not all the jets were working. We also asked if we could have a late checkout and sure enough we got to leave at 1:30pm. I will be back for sure, we had a great time and enjoyed our sleeping time very much. Thanks for all your staff!

Beautiful hotel! Clean room and great service. The main floor had a bar and a restaurant. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! I will definitely be staying there again!

Friendly staff and good breakfast. The interior of the hotel is quite unique for an embassy suites as the complex is really big with a central lobby courtyard. The managers special is quite good especially from drinks point with lots of choices one of the best that I've experienced at an embassy suites with lots of different cocktails. Food is on the thrifty side… mainly snacks. Rooms are large and spacious. Nothing much around the hotel as it's located in the middle of a office area. There are a couple of eateries a couple of mins from the hotel.

I absolutely love the way the rooms are set up at this hotel. Very luxury styled. The front desk people were very nice and hospitable. The cleaning staff were nice and attentive as well. The only issue that I had at the hotel was one morning the chef cooked omelettes. He had about eight omelette being made at one time someone picked up my mother's omelette by accident. And once she noticed that it was not her omelette she gave it back to the chef. The chef asked who the omelet was for and my mother said that is hers, but she no longer wanted it because the lady had been speaking over the omlette. He stated that it had not been touched so he did not understand why she did not want it. My mother wanted another omelette to be made but he semi refused. We did inform the manager that was walking the floor during breakfast time of the incident and she act very matter-of-fact about the situation once we told her what happened.

This was a nice treat away with my daughter. We stayed on the top floor. The room was not in the greatest shape, could see water damage on the ceiling, furniture was in good condition, the wall paper was damaged by the furniture. There was no tub in the bathroom which was ok. The view we had, we could see down into the pool which was cool. Happy Hour bartenders had a little bit of an attitude and I asked a simple question. Never been to an Embassy Suites and didn't know how the free Happy Hour worked. That is a nice feature and the snacks were good. Check in was easy and was asked if this was my first time here. Very warm welcoming from the front desk staff. Indoor pool is one of the best I have seen and experienced in a long time. Hot tub was nice and hot :) Hotel is near a lot of attractions, eating, and shopping. Looking forward to staying here again!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We went to the happy hour, and it was great! They had some appetizers for free, and you also got to have three free drinks (the bartenders were very generous with the liquor too). The breakfast was by far my absolute favorite part of our stay though. They had an omelette station where someone would make a personalized omelette for you, and there were tons of options for you to choose from to put in it! The rest of the breakfast buffet was full of hot and cold options. It was fabulous. The rooms; however, were just meh… Our room looked dated, had a messed up television and smelled a bit like someone had smoked in it at one point. If it weren't for that, I would have given this place a five star absolutely!

We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when we come to the Detroit/Troy area. The staff is always friendly, check in/our is always quick and easy, and our rooms are always immaculate. We upgraded to a Premium Suite this time and will continue to do so after this stay. Breakfast is delicious and the made-to-order omelettes are fantastic! We would recommend Embassy Suites over and over again!

I think it's a nice hotel but others have said it's old and needing of an update. Rooms are clean, beds comfy, free breakfast and drink coupons in the evening. I would come back!

Excellent hotel I've stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay. Breakfast in the morning is great and the bar/restaurant is good. Happy hour is a nice bonus.

I use to love this hotel growing up, but my past day experience was not at all close to what I was expecting nor remember. First off the price I was told over the phone when I booked the hotel was $40 cheaper then what I had to pay at check in. The phones didn’t work in the hotel room, so I couldn’t get ahold of the front desk unless I physically walked down there. While I was in bed House keeping randomly came in the room with out first knocking or saying anything. Definitely better hotels in the area for quality and price than the Embassy Suites.

Neat rooms very friendly staff. Great breakfast spread. Decent options for lunch/dinner. Very few options for vegetarians. Called front desk and room service couple of times on phone but no one responded…

The best part of staying at the Embassy Suites was Ray’s customer service at breakfast every morning. Ray was so helpful and happy each and every day to myself and all the other hotel guests. I’d highly recommend management utilizing him in a larger role in the future.

I spent the night here in early spring. I had a blast to say the very least! There were lots of breakfast options. Thank-you so much Embassy for setting your minimum booking age to 18. Young travelers really appreciate that.

I watched housekeeping clean the bathroom with those blue plastic gloves on then went to straighten the bed with the same gloves on then she open a fresh box of Kleenex with the same gloves on. That's just nasty I am glad I was leaving. That is spreading germs everywhere.

Obviously the best parts are the large atrium and seating area, excellent breakfast buffet and made to order omlettes, and 3 complimentary happy hour drinks each night. If I had to find something to complain about, it'd be a toilet that doesn't flush too well, loud showers that I can hear through the walls from my neighbor, and a shower head that's about 5'10" off the tub floor.

So much fun! The snack bar was wonderful and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed my time with my family.

The best breakfast ever! Especially with the specialized omelette and egg making station and a chef to serve. All of the staff is helpful and kind. Stayed there a night before attending a funeral. Was able to get a good night sleep. Can be easy to miss at night time due to the round abouts. Other than that, a great place to stay with family and/or business!

This hotel doesn't even deserve half a star! Especially their staff. Very rude. You all need to learn not only how to treat your customers but also the outside people and small businesses doing a service for you!

Stayed here recently and will never go back. Room was left dirty. Hotel is old and dated. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, The phone not working, Bathroom ceiling looked like it had been patched up but was done very poorly. There is also tons of dirt in the vents. It's too late to go to another hotel but will certainty stay somewhere else next time. Hopefully Hilton steps in and gets this place in shape.

I love it… The beds are amazing. Reception is very attentive. Clean. Professional. Welcoming. I bring my family often.

Good stay if you are in the main bed. If you are an extra in the room though the beds provided and very uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel is nice and the employees are very polite.

Fist off all I would like to say is, thank you. Thank you for having a great place for me and my family to come to for a staycation we call it. It included everything we needed Pool hot tub dinner breakfast a great room with room to spair and most importantly my kids could be kids, my friend and I got to enjoy ourselves as well and the front desk was more then helpful when needed. Will be doing this once a month for sure.

The room was a little bit dusty… witch bothered my allergies. But not terrible. Some of the cracks were showing. The baseboard had peeled back in one section by the nightstand I could see a giant peanut M&M wedged between the wall and the baseboard. It just sat there staring at me. The bed was a little bit firmer than I'm used to. But again not terrible. The location was very convenient for my morning meeting.

Attended a social event in one of the suites. The room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating and space to gather and talk. Staff was polite and helpful.

Solid Choice for the area. Stayed here many times. Property is a bit on the older side, but always a very comfortable stay. Super staff, great management and an overall quality choice for the area. Of course, the free breakfast is by far the best in the industry; and the daily manager's reception offers a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Very spacious hotel, with huge rooms and free parking makes this hotel a top choice for most any traveler. By far, my choice in the area.

The hotel could use some updating. The indoor swimming pool was cold. We used it as a meeting place for our out of town friends to celebrate Christmas. The best part is the happy hour at the hotel bar!

The rooms were very nice. I enjoyed their breakfast, which had a large selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was there for a staff Christmas party in one of the event rooms. The space was secluded and any lobby noise was not heard during our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Clean. Breakfast is really good. Lots of parking. Front desk was great. Hard to get bedroom warm in winter without overheating the whole room.

A little aged hotel.
Positive: The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is as good due to the directly prepared Omlettes, especially because you get also metal cutlery and porcelain for the food.
Negative: I had 3 rooms at all, but the noise problem of the fan in the bathroom could not be remedied. The fan ran permanently and could not be switched off. The noise wore through the walls (body sound) and I could sleep only with the help of ear plugs. The staff at Houskeeping was very friendly and explained that on the 8th floor the strongest fans would be used, otherwise the entire building ventilation would probably not work.

Unfortunately the hotel was histing a youth soccer team that weekend. The children and teens wreaked havoc and broke elevators and trashed the lobby. It's not worth paying the extra money for the "suite". Several complaints to the front desk by myself and others were ignored. Nice hotel but negligent manager.

The hotel staff is really friendly. The breakfast is really good and fresh. The on-site gym is clean and there different machines and weights to use. The only issue I have with the hotel is the decor is old. If the hotel had a makeover and was more modern that would for sure make it a 5 star. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Room was clean. Walls are thin. I heard my neighbors conversations nightly. Staff was very courteous and professional. Overall I was a great place to stay.

Truly loved it. The staff was awesome. There was an issue with the reservation and the manager assisted by going beyond my expectations. One of the best Embassy Suites I have visited in a while. The atmosphere was top notch.

I had a great stay. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was always clean. I appreciated that the fitness room had weightlifting equipment in addition to the treadmills. I also liked that they had a full hot breakfast bar and free drinks and snacks in the evening. Definitely coming back.

Our experience at this hotel was out of this world. Jay in particular was extra special to my family. My little girl wanted her grandparents on the same floor as us and he made magic happen during a busy weekend. She says she has a new friend. I will always stay at an Embassy Suites over any other hotel because of our experience here.

Great service, complimentary drinks (*3 per drinking age guest). Loved the pool, which was open to midnight. Amazing free breakfast. Dining on-site. The hotel experience was so great, we are hunting for things in the area to visit again.

Love embassy suites and this one has the best service of any we have ever stayed at! We have a large family with 6 kids so the 2 room suite is always fantastic. Everyone that works at this location seems to really care that you are happy. The pool area could use a face lift but it was clean and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

We go back to this hotel every year for five years now. The rooms are very comforting, with a comfortable bed, but I can't recommend the bed in the sofa. The hot breakfast is amazing, with several choices and a Omlette station. The free Boissins offered the doors is also a good advantage!

The Embassy is quite and clean. The pool eas great. And the breakfast was way better than I thought. I was looking for a regular continental breakfast set up. No buddy it was a real breakfast with many options.

Our overnight stay was pleasant, and the standard Embassy treatment was excellent. While the rooms, and hotel are showing their age; and maintenance is not at the quite where it should be — I would not hesitate booking again. Bed linens were clean, comfortable, and inviting; providing an excellent night sleep. The hotel restaurant was decently priced, and provided ample portions (don't forget the three free happy hour drinks). Breakfast was once again a hit thanks to the supurb omlet chef. Bottom line — I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The hotel was located at 17 mile road and Crooks road in Troy Michigan. The first room was unclean and had ants, the toilet was plugged. (Nasty) The hotel did redeem itself by moving us into a new cleaner room. Unfortunately the new room was not connected with the other room of the other guests in my our party. We were happy that the hotel had a pool, however the smell of chlorine was so strong I had to leave the pool area. My eyes were still burning for hours later. Everything else was about average. Nothing was to be excited about.

The free breakfast is great! With all kinds of good breakfast foods. Bacon and pancakes and fruit and basically whatever you wish you could have for breakfast every day. Free coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day (especially nice in Detroit). The only downside is that its surrounded by a mile if parking lot in every direction. Walking anywhere isn't easy, and no views.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was way above average. Three complimentary cocktails were available during happy hour. The restaurant meals were well prepared and great value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Traveled here for work. Great service, breakfast was good. Pancakes, made to order omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc… The rooms were nice. Kinda old, but that happens. The layout was cool. It's one of those hotels with a big open middle you can see down in. The elevator has glass so you can see down in the middle. The TV actually had a guide channel so you don't have to keep flipping through like most hotels.
