I understand during the order of the governor some amenities like housekeeping and food service may be limited. So mold on the shower curtain could be something to overlook. But when you speak to the building manager about getting towels, toilet paper and sheets to change the bed after 5 nights and are ignored, that’s a service issue. The sink wouldn’t drain, after being reported it was not fixed. Luckily I had a pair of pliers and I could pull the hair and paper from the bathroom sink that had it clogged. The bathroom door was also reported as unable to close, oh well, not fixed! Room 333 probably never could close the door, looks like a build problem. Knowing there is construction right outside, why put the few guests in the hotel on the construction side? And how hard is it to check the sugar for the only available amenity, coffee? When I asked the desk she seemed uninterested. Only after calling to complain about the stay, poor service and just lack of concern for the guests, did the front desk act and actually bring to the room what we requested. It’s a shame. Don’t stay at this hotel. If they valued a 6 night guest, this wouldn’t happen. With nothing open, no pool, no breakfast and bad service, you may as well pay less so you at least expect what you’ll get. PS — No discount for the lack of amenities or breakfast and still $2 per bottle of water. Sincerely,

They were really nice helpful and understanding. Smells good nice and clean. I salute the cook Tanya she is the only one making breakfast for your customers she did a great job so make sure should get something keep up the great work.

It’s nice, so I’d still recommend it. However check in was at 3pm and I checked in online — I showed up at 4 and my room still wasn’t ready. It is a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper and the elevators chime — so I wouldn’t recommend a room next to them if that will bother you. But having breakfast was a plus, fitness room and pool, both pluses.

Hotel was super clean and staff was so friendly! Even with all 4 of our crazy kiddos! Breakfast was great and well stocked and pool was nice? operating well and had clean towels available all the time! You could hear the people running around in the room above us but that's no fault of the hotels :) Great stay for us! Well be back for our future stays!

Always my favorite hotel!

Room decor is modern style but still very comfortable. Room was immaculate and temperature was perfect upon arrival. We checked in about 1am after seeing a concert at Ford Field. It was a quiet and restful night. Breakfast till 10am was a big plus. The serving area was very well kept and stocked. The staff was friendly. It was a bit more than we normally budget for a quick overnight like that but worth it to satisfy concerns of an OCD germophobic child. Best night of sleep I could expect outside of my own bed. As always photos are after the stay. Only complaint was the modern bathroom with large glass shower door only allowed individual use. No chance of squeezing in one at the sink with one in the shower. Yeah pretty minor.

Great experience, great service. The staff was very much helpful at night. We reached at 2 am and needed a toothpaste. Staff offered it quickly with an enthusiasm and smile!

Used this hotel for a meeting for my team. Great space, food was on point, and the staff was very courteous. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took to check in. I was the eighth person in line and only one employee was working the counter.

Very clean, people are very nice. Check out is exceptionally late for most hotels which I absolutely love. Pool and hot tub area seem crammed into the room, but still lovely. Hot breakfast until 10am, which is good for late sleepers. It is a great place to stay!

Staff was delightful, but we couldn't find the stairs. Room was beautiful and very nice. Breakfast was great.

Large King bed, nice modern bathroom, feels very roomy. Pool is one of those "we have a pool" hotels. Not big, cramped in the room, seems like chlorine, burned my eyes. Outside patio loungers are nice, they're in an enclosure, and they're comfy. Everything locks when you enter and have to have the key. It's a nice hotel, but you'd think you were closer to Detroit than you are…

We were part of a large family reunion, around 80 people. Most room were together. They provided a meeting room. The breakfast was included.

Rooms were good and comfortable. Standard amenities. Front desk was unhelpful when 30 kids occupied the pool screaming at the top of their lungs making, running around, and roughhousing in the pool making it unusable for us and our kids. When I talk to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. Would not return. I'll go to the Holiday Inn next door.

I stayed this weekend for 3 days. I told them to do clean my room but they didn’t any day. Whenever I called for cleaning front desk lady told me they will refund $20 and suddenly she changed her word. Like we can not bcz reservations from Expedia so that’s partially different. After all we spend same money like direct reservation. So please aware of this kind of cheap people.

They didn't have the room I reserved on the app when we got there, but it was very late. The room was spotless and the beds were soft, plus breakfast was hot. It was a wonderful experience and another great stay at the Hilton family.

Beautiful Hotel! Clean rooms, great breakfast selection. Very quiet for being located so close to the highway. Staff was excellent in every possible way especially the manager — Brian Hart! I stay at a lot of hampton inns all over the country and this property is the best that I’ve seen. Thank You.

Stayed here a week while in town on business. As is standard fare with Hampton, breakfast was awesome. I made good use of this as well as the fitness center but didn't spend much time in room. Room was very up to date with trending decorating (barn door sliders on shower and bathroom, wood look tile, i. E. Chargers built in). Was happy with room cleanliness and location.

Convenient location. Very clean. Everything you expect from a Hampton Inn. I’m not sure if it was a new location or not but it is very well maintained.

I didn't feel very welcome. I wanted to extend my stay, caught grief with that, and the chairs in the room look like they were from the 60s I wouldn't stay at that particular Hampton Inn in the future.

Staff is fantastic, hotel is well-kept and in a great location. Free breakfast with a lot of choices and coffee/fruit all day. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning to share a room with anyone because the bathrooms lack privacy. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that doesn’t lock or even close all the way. I can’t say for sure if all of the rooms have this bathroom door so I would recommend calling ahead and asking before you book. If you’re staying alone or don’t need as much privacy from your roommate, you will enjoy this hotel.

Second time staying at this location, spent two night. It's a nice clean 3 star hotel. Breakfast is ok at beat but it's free so can't complain. I would definitely recommend.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. The room was extremely clean, and the beds were super comfy. Beware the heating/cooling units though, they make a lot of noise and it's a little too easy to make the room super warm. Also, parking by the enterance fills up quickly. You also need to put a credit card on file for incidentals, even if you booked online.

Love this hotel! Clean & well mantiained accomodations. Waffles in the morning & hot tub in the evening. 24-7 coffee. A great choice.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Beforehand, they texted us asking if we needed anything before our stay. My dad was joking around and asked if we could have a framed photo of Vin Diesel on the nightstand and they actually did it.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The breakfast was great too! Close to restaurants and all stores that we wanted to go to were within a 5-10 minute drive. Super convenient! Would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, updated, modern and clean… definitely getting my business next time… the shower was super nice.

Stay here often when working in Detroit. It's a good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are not well cleaned. It's all in the detail; mildew in shower, broken shower head, missing room coffee, dirty or stained linens, difficult to control room temp however unit is quiet, noisey neighboring rooms, poor TV reception in storms, slow or non-responsive internet. But, in comparison, it is an above average Hampton Inn.

Very nice room. Breakfast wasn't great. Room service came at 8, asked them to come back at 1230 but they never came. Nice hotel but the communication between the staff is lacking.

Beautiful new construction. Everything is brand new. Conveniently locate just off the highway and nearby shopping and dining. Highly recommend this Hampton.

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Friendly at check in. Nice rooms. Check out not as good as no one was at the desk and my father-in-law felt ignored. Otherwise, good stay.

The room was beautiful, everything was clean and modern. The bed was a little hard, and the usb phone charger built into the lamp kept stopping every minute or so, so it wouldn't charge my phone. Overall a great stay.

The hot tub was not working. They would not give me a rollaway bed and the room was big enough. Breakfast was horrible, no meat just a hot mess. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was wonderful and so was the pool! *The only thing that stunk was the noise from the room above us, constant thumping and banging — starting at around 10:10 and going until the wee hours of the morning, that and hearing the water dribble sound from some other rooms shower going — so loud — I thought maybe it was our toilet running, so I actually got up and checked it at 12:30. Anyway did not sleep well due to all the noise. People really need to be considerate of others when staying at a hotel. That being said, I would probably stay here again, but request the very top floor (we were on the second) because there's no way, I would want to have to try to sleep through that again! A side note — I did not call the front desk to complain, because I figured at that time of night that they could try to get the people to be quiet but if they weren't being quiet already that there probably wouldn't be much hope at that point to get them to be.

The noise was ridiculous. I could hear stomping and pounding upstairs until midnight and had to call the front desk three times because the first two times nobody answered. I could also hear the people in the hallway like they were in my room. For being a newer hotel, I expected a properly working hot tub but that was not the case. Not to mention my "queen" bed seemed a lot like a full. Will probably opt for a different hotel next time.

This is a very modern facility with a nice decor. The rooms are well furnished and have all the conveniences that you might expect. The location is quite convenient too. The breakfast options are slightly limited, though.

Front desk were a little on the rude side, shower water pressure is just passable. Room has a modern feel to it. … ok just lost another star due to having to ring 4 days after checking out, to find out what the extra $40 charge was on my credit card. Turns out it's just an incidentals fee for every night I stayed. They never told me when I checked in any actual charges would be applied/appear due to incidentals… nice little waste of my time.

The concierge was really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, modern and beautiful. I loved our room. I HATED the bed. It was very hard. I woke up every hour because of back pain.

They do not have hair dryer the rooms, the food is more or less but the gym is 24 hrs!

This is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a nice area. However, the staff needs a lesson in customer service skills.

Location was super convenient and service was above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. There are quite a few places to go that are nearby. The ladies at the desk are all very nice and helpful. We had an issue with a movie being ordered and once I talked to them they gladly tookc it off. I've always enjoyed staying at a hampton hotel!

Convenient location, right off the expressway with several restaurants across the parking lot. Hotel seemed new. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was understaffed and low on food. Good experience, would stay again.

My daughter and I came down from Traverse City for a concert and I believe this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We will definitely be back and will stay here. The staff were wonderful, the hotel is close to excellent restaurants, malls and the Detroit Zoo. We managed to do all 3 in one day. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend.

Excellent customer service. Everyone there was extremely nice and pleasant. I stayed there overnight with my girlfriend and the rooms are very clean and very nicely furnished. The breakfast has a nice selection of various breakfast foods. It is in close proximity to a lot of good restaurants. If you ask yet front desk they might also have coupons for free appetizers and things like that.

This is my fourth time staying here. Front desk very accommodating. Rooms modern and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Best hotel I have stayed at in my 2 years coming to Troy. Pool and hot tub clean and well kept. Thank you Hampton, you should be proud of this property and the staff that works at it.
