Staff is great! Stayed here last 4 years for volleyball tournament, never any issues! Great breakfast and fresh baked cookies!

Our stay was wonderful! Mike got us into a first floor room when he learned my son is disabled. Mike is such a kind thoughtful person. The rooms were so clean. There was hot fresh coffee available. Plenty of choices for snack and drink in the machines. We go to see our Son twice a month at least
we will always stay here. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Again lots of choices.

Roaches in the room and in breakfast area. Hot breakfast was cold and disgusting. Stained sheets. Dirty carpet cigarette butt on floor by nightstand remote didn’t work. Ridiculous.

Horrible front desk lady she is rude and lazy! Phone didn't work. Found toys behind bed table. Doors don't shut properly. Breakfast lady so nice. That is only good thing I can say pleasant about this "Hotel "

Really nice rooms, clean and comfy bed, USB ports in the lamps, modern bathrooms, and a full breakfast service with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and more. I was really impressed!

This facility was adequate. The rooms could stand a DEEP cleaning. Towels & sheets were clean. Carpets & corners were unattended. I also spent about 10 minutes cleaning the coffee maker. It barely had a quick rinse prior. The pot had coffee stains outside. The brewer itself was filthy. I wanted my evening coffee so took the time to clean it. The price was lower than other competitors in the area. If you're just falling into bed for a travel stop… It's "okay. " Desk staff was competent and courteous.

Worst experience. Front desk guy Erin cussed at us, didn’t want to change bloody sheets in our bedroom and asked us to leave. He was disrespectful. Tried to call office manager and phone was busy. Rooms were dirty. I have never experience a customer service.

You can get a better place for this price. They have bedbugs in room 220, 218 & 222. Every time I stayed there got bitten by bedbugs. The owner/ manager is so cheap that he will never refund you for bedbugs. He never talks with the guests even though he is available. Front desk will always tell you he is not available and if they can take a massage. Last time when I stayed there they didn’t had any breakfast person so the Front desk was doing the breakfast, front desk does the laundry and when my toilet got stuck front desk came and plunged my toilet. Housekeeping old Indian lady was so rude to me. She was about to kick me out for cleaning the room. This place needs better hand for management.

First room the toilet did not work Moved to a different room ac did not work Moved to the third room and TV didnt work so I just stuck it out with no tv To top all this off they tried to charge me a different price than what my reservation was for Almost double what I was quoted for each night If you like problems this is your hotel if you dont like problems find somewhere else to stay.

This hotel was DISGUSTING. Worst experience ever. We checked behind the bed for bedbugs and found pubes, trash and tons of stains. Sheets also had stains. No smoke detector. We immediately left and as we did the lady at the counter apologized and told us that she doesn't blame us for leaving. That was our experience, I definitely do not recommend staying here ever for any reason.

Rooms were all we had expected for the price. We loved it here, especially the breakfast and the fitness room. We didn't have to complain about anything accept for a clogged toilet which my husband was at fault for lol.

Not bad for the price; half of most other hotels in the area. Breakfast was kind of a bust, same thing every day and edible at best. Just an average place.

After seeing some other reviews I wasn't expecting anything great. I was surprised at how nice and big the room was. Cosmetically it isn't perfect but then neither us my own home. For an $80 room I would expect nothing more than what I got. I will be staying again when I am working in the area.

Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There needs to be more than 1 person working in the morning! The breakfast was not maintained, eggs were sitting in water, no biscuits for the gravy, tables needed to be cleaned. I waited 15 minutes to be checked out because the gentleman working was washing dishes and was very apologetic. This is not acceptable to expect 1 person to manage the front desk and breakfast area.

Stayed on May 26th. Got a charge for this place on October 23rd. I called and left a message for manager. I was told my name would be added to a long list of names and when they figured out what was wrong then they would call. Received no call. I called on November 8th and was told if I check my bank and charged for it then they will refund amount. I said why did you wait five months to charge me when I had it come out in May the first time. Will not ever stay here again!

I don’t like to trash a place with a review but it is clear from previous reviews that this Quality Inn is not paying attention to their guests comments. Customers want a clean hotel room. There was goo on our bedspread, the carpet was not clean, the front desk was littered with paperwork and there was a large cardboard box sitting in the reception area that made it look messy. The paint work in the room was sloppy with drips over plugs and in general, careless craftsmanship. All these items are to detail related and easy to fix. The guy at the desk in the morning was very friendly. He even asked how they could do better but I didn’t have the heart to screw up his day.

Worst quality in I have stayed at. Wrappers from food behind night stand. Found trying to find a plug for charger. Exhaust fan literally hanging out of the wall in bathroom. Plug for shower drain taken out and setting on side of tub sink didn't have a plug. Drop something and it is gone. No channel guide for the TV.

Absolutely horrible! We checked into two different rooms within an hour. The first room was dirty, feces was on the wall, bathroom sink was not clean. The hostess gave us another room and there were bugs on the wall, the bed spread looked as though it was slept in and we found a bed bug. The drapes were extremely dirty and the hallway had a strange odor as well as dirty carpets. The hostess would NOT GIVE us a refund without talking to her manager first as she could not get ahold of him. We obviously left the hotel and told her that we would be back in the morning to make sure we were not being charged for the room. The exit door would not open from the inside either which is a fire hazard. You had to push and kick the door to get it to open. Very poor customer service! We found another VERY clean hotel and cheaper (Super 8). I would NOT stay at this hotel.

Would not recommend staying here the 3rd shift manager needs to find a new career and not insult employees in front of their customers. No elevator but the rooms are decent.

You get what you pay for. Room was spacious and clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the TV didn't have local channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX). Breakfast had a good selection.

Fantastic location. Kind, helpful staff. No swimming pool but ok. Got an amazing price.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast choices, reasonable internet speed, clean and comfortable and at a competitive price.

I've stayed at this particular hotel for the past five years while traveling to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Very affordable, clean hotel with friendly personnel. None of my traveling companions, 12-25 each year has ever complained or had problems while staying here. Four stars only because the hotel is a little dated, but is well kept and clean.

This place receives zero stars! Bedding had snot and some other gross substance. The a. C. Unit is falling off the wall. None smoking hotel that was full of cigarette smell. Toilet randomly flushes on its own. Staff is terrible. Need I say more? Only bad thing for us is all other hotels are booked solid so screwed for the next 3 nights.
