I would give it 4 1/2 stars because they did not have bacon or sausage at breakfast and the Waffel batter was too thick to come out of the dispenser.

I was attending my high school reunion and my family and I were visiting family in town. The stay was wonderful. We had two rooms and my mother is diabetic and needed a refrigerator to keep her insulin cold. The staff made sure she had one and were all very accommodating and nice throughout our entire stay. My nieces and brother-in-law enjoyed the pool and hot tub and everybody slept great! Rooms were very nice and kept cool! Thanks very much!

Older hotel with no elevator. Call them to request a ground floor room. Otherwise, clean, well kept. The room we had was very large and very nicely furnished. Breakfast was basic Comfort Inn type breakfast but hot and tasty.

This was a nice stop on our vacation. The room was comfortable: nice pillows and clean bathroom. The kids loved the pool and hot tub — though the pool was a little chilly. The hotel was quiet at night with no traffic noise. We were close by several good restaurants and the mall. Breakfast was good. Yogurts, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries and muffins, eggs and bacon. The staff was friendly and helpful. Catherine helped me out late at night when I needed milk for a baby bottle. She was amazing. Overall — a great stay for a good price.

We were bump from a first floor room to a 2nd floor room due to a tour bus. I have trouble going up stairs so I was not happy. Then the room we were put in the AC would not cool the room. They said that they could not move us because the more was full. The room itself was very nice and I would have given a5 start except for the adore mentioned problems.

I would love to review my stay but when I went to my room there was already someone in it. Excellent security. When I went back to the desk to tell them there was someone in there the clerk said “Really? ” Yes really. Then to find out there are no rooms. Apparently they’ve never watched Seinfeld to learn how reservations work. He then asked if he should cancel my reservation. What do you think? Why wouldn’t you cancel my reservation?
He offered to call other hotels and found us a room in a crappier hotel. We ended up in the New Victorian Inn which is very nice and we found on our own. I doubt I’ll stay in another Comfort Inn. Fortunately there were law enforcement cars in the lot for transporting inmates at the nearby prison so I doubt they’ll miss us.

It’s overall satisfactory. One tip though, there aren’t enough parking spots so if you arrive late or leave after you get there, there’s a chance you won’t get to park. Then your only option is parking at a nearby hotel or business.

Sleep was good. AC needed updated as well as overall appearance. No fitness room is a downer as well. Rooms need updated. I have stayed in better choice branded hotel for what I paid. Staff very nice.

The lady in charge of breakfast was not at all quick. Had to wait for waffle mix and coffee. Pop machine was not stocked. We had 3 rooms. One had a microwave, one had a fridge, the other had neither. Shower curtain and shower head were dirty. Front desk lady was super friendly and helpful.

Cannot say enough about how awesome the people working here are. Stuck in a "winter advisory". Roads were not fun. Jeanne Mathews, the gen mgr, led me to the airport to make certain I made it alright. What more can I say. Service above and beyond.

We enjoyed our 3 weeks stay at this comfort inn Room 230 was Nice n friend staff Nice n clean.

The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great! The only 2 things I would change is to lower the temperature of the hot tub, it was a bit unbearable and to have a designated smoking area outside, not really pleased walking in and out with children in a cloud of smoke.

I checked in during the early hours of the morning, so I wasn't able to enjoy all of the amenities offered. Facility — The building was clean, & tidy, & had a nice scent, when entering. The room was very clean, & comfortable. I had a double, & only needed one bed. It had a mini fridge, & a nice sized bathroom. It also had a desk, and chair (good for putting on/taking off shoes). No complaints. Staff — The staff I spoke with, were all helpful, & friendly. The woman that checked me in, was very kind, & understanding of my late arrival. I felt that she went above & beyond, her job role, with our interaction! Complimentary Continental Breakfast — The food was fresh, & tasty. Plus, there was a good variety to select from. I wouldn't say that it was out of the ordinary, from what is typically offered, but the delivery was strong! Synopsis — I would stay again, easily. I would also highly recommend this particular facility, to anyone I know! One of the best Hotel experiences, I have ever had! Period. Rating — 6/5 Stars.

Due to bad weather, I arrived at midnight. Night clerk was kind and helpful. I really appreciated his smile at that hour. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was good. Not a luxury hotel, but a lovely place to find shelter from the storm.

Nice hotel, if a little worn. Beds were especially comfortable, and the room was spotless. HVAC worked quietly. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was typical for a free motel meal.

4 stars just because the place could use some updating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is where I stay when I am in town for business.

Clean room and decent staff. Really close to a mall and tons of food. Nice furniture also.

No frills but decent! Room was clean and cool when we arrived. We had a fridge and microwave as requested. No elevator. Staff was super nice. Pool and breakfast was adequate. Great location off the highway and close to the mall and restraunts. Would stay again!

Room showed some signs of wear and tear. Strangely there was only one chair for the table also no end table or coffee table by the sofa. This limited using either. The tub was large and was a whirlpool type but didn't look all that clean so didn't try it. Front desk not friendly. The beds seemed clean and were fairly comfortable. Also we stayed in a Friday night and the price was way too high for the room maybe because they had a tour bus there but the next night the price was $30 to $40 cheaper. Not happy with that at all. All in all I was disappointed in this motel as we usually stay in Comfort Inns and they are better than this one.

This is place has gone down hill! I have pictures of dead ants on the bathroom counter a big hole in the carpet between the beds. Musty smell when you open room door. Carpet is sticky when you walk across the room to use the restroom. Remote wouldn't work had to fix the batteries in it. I have stayed her multiple times in the last 12 years… definitely not worth the money any more! Will take my money else where!

I arrived and was treated with a smile, Since I am a member of the reward program it was very easy to check in just by giving them my number. I was very please with the size and comfort of the room. I would recommend this motel to anyone. If I was to sum it up in one statement it would be this "A great room for the right price. " Doyle.

Clean and pet friendly. They even had a milk bone for the dog on check-in. As with most comfort inns they could use hooks in bathrooms for your clothes. Google makes it harder to get to than it really is.

I loved almost everything about this place, except the pool. It was dirty and couldn't see the bottom of the pool and colder than you kno what! and the hot tub was dirty too. Other than that it was wonderful! Also I was checking out early and there was an older gentleman trying to find a room anywhere he could. They had nothing, since I was checking out I said I will clean the room for you so you have a place to stay! Was hoping for a discount but no such luck…

Bed too close to wall. No Eggs or sausage at breakfast. Had to ask to be refilled which took awhile. No butter for breads. A common tub of margarine was supplied. Yuck.

Friendly staff! Warm breakfast (they even kept it open late for me! ), and easy location to find from Interstate! Good rates, quiet room! Will return.

Breakfast traditional but good. Rooms were adequate cleanliness of hotel not horrible locks on exterior doors did not work lock to pool didn't work.

Beds are not as great as I would expect from this chain, but they're still better than average. I slept fine and the staff is very friendly. Since I'm not on vacation, no big deal.

Room seemed nice… Bathroom little run down. Pool and spa were closed. Breakfast was good.

I had items stolen from my room twice in the same week and management refuses to do anything. Do not let housekeeping in if you value you personal items. The Internet rivals 28.8 dialup from the early 90s. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You are better off sleeping in your car.

Average room. Showed some wear. Found hairs on my sheets (gross). Otherwise clean. Hot breakfast was acceptable.

Rooms were good and room service was good. Breakfast was a zoo and ran out of good and was too crowded. Wi-Fi was horrible. I actually had to connect to the Fairmount's Wi-Fi because I had a better connection then in our own hotel.

I liked the beds and free Wi-Fi. I didn't like the outdated furniture.

I was in town on a business trip and my room was right next to the laundry room. The first night of my stay was fine. The second day I noticed my bathroom floor was still dirty so I asked the front desk if the maid mops and sweeps the floors, he advised me that yes they are suppose to. I informed him that my bathroom floor was still messy. I then notice the time and it is almost midnight and I am hearing loud noises coming from the laundry room like someone is slamming the dryer and washer doors. I worked at 6 this morning and had to be up by 4. I get off work and relax in the bed only to notice ants crawling all over my night stand. I advised the front desk if this and they moved me to a different room. As I get up to my second floor room, I notice I have no microwave or fridge for my cold stuff. I advised my manager to never book here again because of the horrible experience I have experienced in this 3 day trip.

Checked under bed sheets and found left over food of some sort as well as stains. Front desk gave me another room and also had stains on bed sheets. I checked out. I mean hotels are my home away from home. The least they could do is clean the rooms for people who travel for a living.

Took my fourteen girls to have a girls night out and had a great time! Went swimming and watched movies… breakfast was awesome. Girls loved making waffles.

Very clean and freshly maintained. Good hot breakfast. Real hot water for showers. Great staff. Kudos to house keeping folks.
