Great price but having no hot water for a shower was the only real reason for a low rating. Other things from the stay was a small selection for breakfast. That is expected for the price we paid for a room, however. Another is not having a security lock box or safe in the rooms. Two not overly important things.

Nice and affordable. Personnel very professional and nice.

Only reason for a three star are the employees. Very nice people and will do there best to accommodate you. As far as Super 8s go I’ve been to nicer ones.

Provided me with a much needed shower at a fair price. The room they let me use was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Very hot in room before turning on the AC. Bathroom faucet was loosely connected to the sink. Dark stains along grout in tub. It just felt unclean and in disrepair. I suppose it's worth the $60, but next time, I'll spend more and get more elsewhere.

Not very clean at all, the coffee maker didn't work not did the phone, the radio or the remote for the TV. I reserved a room with a queen bed, got a room with 2 full beds a d no other rooms available. I would never recommend this place!

The staff is friendly and very pleasant. Room was clean, food was good.

It had nice bed. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Wi-Fi was spotty. But if you just need a bed good spot.

Hotel was easy to find but awkward to get to — roads are a little wonky. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

Not the worst place we have ever stayed at but not the best either. Comforter looked stained but the sheets were clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No fresh fruit. Either have eggs OR french toast sticks. No meat. Staff is friendly though. You get the basics here. No frills.

Me and my wife showed up here. There was alot off toliets in front when we pulled up. Seen two men moving toliets. We went in to check in and as we went to are room I had sink troubles and toliet problems. I call down to main desk the person as the desk was extremely rude. I come out of the room waiting for desk person to come up. The shorter guy was going trough hall with new toliets and looked like he was working extremely hard. He had sweat coming down him pretty good. I managed to catch him going by and asked him he had a moment. He said sure. I told him I couldn't get anyone to come to my room and fix the toliet and sink. And I hate to bother him but if he could help me. He said let me get someone for u. He stopped put the new toliets down. And went down stairs. As he comes up the lady at the desk was yelling at him saying they can wait. I felt so bad for this guy. He kept saying sorry I was just asked to get someone. She continues to yell at him. The lady was so rude to him. It made me very mad. The lady comes up to me and says can't you wait till my brake is over?! The young man went back about his business. I told lady we just needed this fixed and we was tired. The lady goes in one of the rooms the shorter man was in and starts yelling at him telling him to stop this room and do this room now. The guy gets up and carry's his tools into the room and tells the lady the toliet needs replaced.

No star in my opinion! Woke up to bed bugs crawling on the sheet and I had welts all over. I felt disgusting and I went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Promised full amount but never got it back. Manager is always gone and my wife has to fight for her money back. I am not pleased from the service at all. The owner argued very heavily with me saying they don't have bed bugs but I have pictures proving they do. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

My husband and I recently made it only a few hours in one their rooms. Woke up to my husband having welts from being bitten. Went immediately to the front desk where we where promised our money back and apologies. Not only did we not receive our money back they withdrew extra. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As my husband and myself have called numerous times, the manager seems to never be available. Only reason for a single star is to save someone else from being attacked by bed bugs and lies.

Night from 19 to 20 July 2017. Have got the excellent rate of $69.00 before taxes. Our room 116 is clean with hairdryer, microwave and fridge. Our King bed was comfortable. Breakfast from 6 to 9 am. Scrambled hot eggs, yogurt, cereals and doughnuts among others. Perfect Wifi everywhere. Ordinary home. The friendly Bryan Lloyd is the manager of the Super 8 and the Quality Inn which are close to each other. He kindly offered to use the Quality Inn pool if we wanted to and even have breakfast there. We took the Super 8 finally.
There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. We recommend the Percussion on Warren which has been open for two months. Bryan had offered us a very interesting rate at the Quality Inn by the way. We had hundreds of channels on our television and coffee. We recommend this Super 8.

Location was convenient service was good the room was clean however it was missing a window curtain and the toilet was hard to flush but all in all it was quiet and comfortable.

Nice help rooms need a lot of work don.

Checked in last night 9/6/16 at 9:55pm after a 3 1/2 hour drive. Being a year round traveler I always check my room for Bedbugs. Last night was the exception. Super tired just wanted to go to sleep. Just before 1am I was jolted out of bed by a stinging pain on my arm. What could it be? BEDBUGS! A MASSIVE INFESTATION! Please look at my pictures and you will get to see my bed mates. Now, I will say the front desk was very apologetic, horribly embarrassed, and completely disgusted. She moved me to the Quality Inn next door where I did a thorough sweep of the room and it was clean as a whistle. This infestation is a major slap in the face to the housekeeping staff. Why can a guest find them and housekeeping just over look them. The owner and management should be utterly embarrassed and yes this review is partially to shame them for allowing such a shoddy housekeeping staff. Shame! Shame! Shame!

This is by far and away the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I came in at 4am this morning (Tuesday) and checked in. I told the lady at the desk that we would be staying until Wednesday morning. She said she would only charge me for one night and give me an early check in. My family and I left for a bit and came back and were locked out of our room. When we asked for a key, the man said we had to leave or pay for another night. I explained to him what had transpired earlier with the other clerk. He didn't care. I asked him to call a manager and he said he would. He came back and said nobody answered and so he couldn't let us into our room. I started getting angry and asked him why it was my fault that they could not properly train their employees. He got mad and started raising his voice, told me to set down and wait he would call another manager. Finally he comes back out and says she told him to give us room keys and she would talk to the other employee and get her side of the story. I asked if that meant I could stay or if I was being kicked out or if they were going to try to charge my card without my knowledge. He really got mad and started yelling at me to leave his lobby. My wife asked for the managers name and he refused to give it to us. When we got a card from the desk he said that manager was on vacation. We asked for the other managers card and he refused to give us one.

I stopped there on motorcycle and the lady at the counter took a card ran it 3 times said it didn't go through but we had charges in are card for it and had to drive 100 miles home in the dark on a bike cause the counter lady couldn't run her stuff properly then when I got home and called to get information no one there could tell me any thing store number customer service number nothing they were usless.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting cleanliness. If only I could attach a picture of the bugs we found upon entry. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Please, spend the extra $40 to sleep bug-and-hassle-free because you're going to be paying it in "guest fees" anyway.

One of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. Online it says they have a pool and that rates are $64.00. Checked in and they said, "We do not honor our online prices! " We ended up paying $90.00! Then when we asked where the pool was we were told they didn't have one that we would have to go to the hotel next door to go swimming. The rooms were dirty. The blankets had stains on them and the carpets were sticky. The shower had no water pressure. The breakfast was awful! Scrambled eggs and rotten milk with a side of sour waffles. What a terrible experience! Will NEVER stay here again. I will spend the extra money and stay at the American Inn down the road for the extra $20!

Tried to check in today. The woman working the counter tried to charge about $50 more than the amount on the printed confirmation. I then asked to see the room before we paid. She got irate and told me we couldn't stay there and sent us on our way. A truely trashy motel with trashy employees. This one claimed to be the manager. Her name is Linda I called the customer service number and got a recording asking me to press 1 if I'm over 50. I never got to speak with anyone. The recording said "Please Hang Up Now". I figured I would be transferred to a human eventually. Then the recording told me to hang up now in Spanish. When I didn't hang up, I got a recording of an obnoxious high pitch noise as encouragement to hang up. Then I called the customer service number again to have a laugh with my wife. I got a recording telling me to press 4 for some reason. I didn't press any number and got a recording that said if I call the number again that I would be blocked. Super 8 is obviously a bottom of the food chain enterprise designed to willfully provide a sub-par product, jack up the quoted price upon check-in and have a customer service voice response system architected to thwart anyone who dare attempt to complain. My Gosh, Super 8 is like a freaking nightmare. I'll never stay at any Super 8 after that.

It was awesome. Everyone was nice. They also had nice clean comfy rooms.

This is not worth it. I would stay at the roadside rest stop first. I can not find one positive thing to say except good by.

I was in the room 227. I was asleep when I was suddenly awaken with a full body ghost of an athletic man shirtless with his face staring at me inches from my face. I swung a punch at it and my hand went through it. I was very scared at that moment. Then the ghost dissapered in front of me and I rolled out of bed screamed loudly out and my girlfriend woke up too. Both of us held each other and felt a strong energy in the room. I'm never going to forget that.

Stayed here november 5 2015 rooms were filled with cockroaches even inside the fridge. Manager not willing to even acknowledge me as paying customer and hear me out on my problem. Horrible service stay at the days inn thats behind it instead.

This hotel was complete trash, smelled like smoke and could only sleep for an hour. But to make up for it the breakfast was impressive for a hotel like this.

Called at 430 in the morning to reserve a room must have woke up the attendant they answer the phone and said nothing and then hung up.

When I called she got sarcastic and said maybe I should go somewhere else. I said don't worry, I'm not staying there at all, and she should not be working there with an attitude like that.

Not the best hotel, we booked the hotel for a king bed because its just my husband and I with our dog. So when we went to check in the lady at the front desk was kind-of pissy with us cause we had a dog even though they allow dogs. She made us get a room with twin bed, she said there was only had certain rooms for dog and a 2 twin bed was the only available. We was so uncomfortable on a twin bed. The cleaning crew comes early too.

Worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in manager was very rude and hated that I had booked online. They have a separate wing for people who book online even though it says the rooms are no smoking they allow smoking in the hallways will never stay again.

Room ok, staff extremely unfriendly and not helpful. Avoid.

We stayed just one night, as the AmericInn was full. The lady at the front desk was a bit ditsy, but nice. The hallway from the check in area to our room was a bit serial killer-ish with the flickering florescent lights, but the room was OK. No smell, and it looked to have newer carpet and bedspread. I think they are doing a little remodeling as there was a big dumpster on the side of the hotel. But it is not a complete remodel as all the windows need to replaced and they are only pulling off the old caulk and replacing it with new.

Because of the total sevice, I don't think I will stay at another super 8.

We stayed here on 12/31/ 11, the beds are hard as a rock, the rooms are old and nasty, you can hear the person above you when ever they make a move, the hotel is right next to train tracks and trains go by every hour at night. The heater was set on 68 but it kept the room at 74 all night, we had to open a window. the remote for the Tv is held together buy duck tape, The alarm clock provided in the room didnt worked and just blinked all night, If you want a good nights rest look else where.
