Very decent place, great rooms and nice services.

Room was adequate, check-in was not. Pre-paid through third party. Someone had been checked in under my name and was in my room. Clerk was visibly agitated with no idea what to do. I just wanted to relax. I suggested he call the room and see who was in it as I was certainly not. He did but came to no resolution. He tried multiple times to call a manager and through his phone down when he got no answer. I suggested he simply let me have another room and let me know how the situation was resolved. When I returned an hour later he flippantly said he swapped rooms and everything was fixed. Not a great way to start a stay. Each evening when I tried my card it would not work so I was forced to return to the desk (not my favorite trip by now) to reactivate my room card. On the other hand the lady in charge of the kitchen almost made it worth it. She was great!
