Looks runed down but let me tell ya the people that run the place are awesome very nice and helpful and the rooms are recently remodeled no bugs clean room and a great weekly rate!

It's clean enough. It's not the worst place I've stayed but when they imply remodeled rooms and it looks like it does, it makes one wonder which rooms are remodeled. There's no breakfast, the bathroom barely has room to get dressed in and the shower runs scalding hot or ice cold. Guess you get what you pay for.

Site says outdoor pool. But it's been filled in. And online it says $55 but when you call they say $60 plus tax. And a few years ago my kids and I had to live in this motel. A neighbor also living there caught baby raccoons chewing through the wall and we had cockroaches in our room. Be careful what you pay for.

Well the owner and I had a rate agreement and every weekend when I came home from work I'd stay here. But the guy he has working for him raj, at first was kind and friendly, but then his wife and daughter stepped in. The wife is controlling of him, belittles him, and makes him charge more than the set prices of the owner. They are now rude to me. They tried to throw me out for no reason. Told me to never come back. I had to call the owner who was on vacation, she had to speak to him, and as Raj was increasing my rate, the wife is telling him to charge me 15.00$ more. They all Give me evil looks. The wife is so jealous it's ridiculous, my husband and daughter come to visit me here and they give them evil looks as well. I've never been treated so badly at a motel. I live in motels everywhere I go. The owners jay and alba are great. But these people are the rudest I've ever come across. I watched her and the daughter last night yell at poor raj for two hours in the parking lot of the motel. They d ont know it but I understand some Indian and I was embarrassed for Raj. I even look the other way as drugs are sold out of the rooms. What's happened to customer service. This is America the wife needs to adjust and get over her jealousy and greed. By the way the agreement Jay the owner and I had is not being honered. So I have to find a more reasonable motel elsewhere. Other than all of this I did like it here. I liked the location.

The rooms were very very nice and the people running the hotel were very nice and loveing. Look forward to booking another room soon when I visit the Nauvoo area again for a visit. Very nice comfortable beds and slept very well. Thanks guys for the nice room we enjoyed it alot.

Great place to stay. The price is right. The staff is pleasant!

Rooms are new with fridge and microwave. Pretty basic motel but definitely worth the price for a room.

Great price at the Keokuk Iowa location and the owner was very attentive to making sure that our stay was Superior.

We arrived in town early, around 11:30 for the yearly Geode Fest, called to see if we could check in early a and were told we could. We unloaded our vehicle and headed of to the hunt. Room was clean and cozy and quite. Enjoyed our visit to Keokuk.

Seems to be well maintained. Rooms were large and clean, recently updated. Staff friendly. Stayed 3 nights and would stay again.

Pretty new tiles in bathroom with new sink.

Clran rooms, nice management, smells like smoke.

Kinda scary. Its right outside of town. If I didnt live here I would probably be to scared to stay there.

The hotel is basically as the name states and doesn't really fall short or over deliver. It's a budget room.

The room had bedbugs and ants on the floor not a good place to stay.

Now Budget inn Keokuk Stayed last night its Under new ownership it's like night and day all new rooms totally remodelled like a 5 star hotel for a great price. Definately would stay again.
