Always clean. Good service. Quiet. Good place to stay if you have kids. Decent price.

Rooms are fantastic, breakfast could use a little more freshness but other than that very friendly service and cleanliness is exceptional.

Outstanding room (king whirlpool suite) friendly staff. Nice and clean.

Made reservations in February for a 2 room suite for a wedding in June. Traveled 12 hours for the event. When we got to the hotel they gave us the wrong room. When questioned they told us they did not know what happened but they could not give us the room we had reserved. They tried to give us a king size bed with a whirlpool tub in the middle of it. Told me they would not charge me more for the room. Let me think, 1/2 the room for the same price. We left and checked in to the Sleep Inn across the road. They were very nice and understanding of our situation. I would not recommend this hotel — I would give it less than 1 star if possible.

Nothing in this hotel works. Even the pool was dirty!

First mistake happened when they lost our reservation, for our wedding night. Also happened to some friends of ours on their wedding night. Once I could understand, but twice? Then, the rest of my family on my wedding night were woken up by three different fire alarms and had to leave their rooms three times. Then when they gave us a free night for messing up our room reservation, we just stayed there 1 week ago, the fire alarms went off 7 times throughout the night. They gave everyone in the hotel a free room. I told them ours was already free bc of a mistake you made from October. She said oh you’re the bride and groom, we just aren’t having good luck with you are we? And that was it, no offer to stay another night, nothing. Plus hot tub was broken which is a big deal for me.

Great! From entering til leaving, our family had the best experience. We were sceptical that the king suite with a sofa bed would be big enough for our older family of 4. Desk offered to let us view the room and if not satisfactory, move us immediately to another. Room was beautiful, but since I would be sleeping on the sofa bed, we opted for connecting King rooms. Again, gorgeous and we were all satisfied with the room extras (whirlpool tub, fireplace, etc). Hubby enjoyed the lounge (Planet 70? ), while we were swimming. Front clerk or manager was awesome. Definitely adding Americans as a hotel chain to stay at for future trips.

Stayed in suite 321. Awesome room with an awesome Jacuzzi tub.

We enjoy staying this weekend. We came here for a weekend get a way and the service was great. We got a room with hot tub in the room and didn't work at first so they did whay they could to help us. Super nice people. Mellssia the night worker I'd great very friendly and willing to help the guest in anyway possible. Also the breakfast was good all hot and fresh. I would come here again with family and I would tell friends and family it was a great place to stay.

Hotel was emaculate! Couldn't ask for a nicer cleaner place in Fort Dodge. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bedding is horrible, basically 3 thin sheets. Shower drain was clogged, in my own home easy fix, but I'll be damned if I'm going to fix a hotel drain. Property doesn't have laundry. They partner with Snap Fitness, however upon arriving at the gym you find your card doesn't work. They informed me this was happening with many guests. Also the location gives a nice truckers ambiance. In the end pass on this one. I stay in hotels 250 days a year and put this value at about 50-60 a night and no more,

I've stayed at this Hotel on 3 separate occasions in the past 4 months, the weekend of August 8th 2015. I was so impressed by the new staff, They were all so welcoming and nice, I believe there is someone new in charge of housekeeping, because it was not the same girl, I was so impressed with the cleanliness of my room, and Jenn was always checking to see how my room was and just to see how my day was going, Out of all three stays this last one was the very best, I will be back.
