Great friendly staff, management is great as well. Cleaning stuff is lovely too. When you tell them good morning and how there day is going so far, for all the staff members. It makes them feel appreciated and noticed so it made everyone friendly to me. Great job everyone. Rooms clean and showers too. Keep up the great work.

Great hotel for travelers. Nice room at a fair price. Good location to local business but a few minutes away from downtown. Still plenty of places close for food and drinks.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast choices are very limited. Not a bad place to stay with the basics. Close to downtown Dubuque.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Small bathroom but clean, decent breakfast. Right off the interstate. Good place to get some sleep.

Couldn't get into our roo. Had to get clerk. She tried to open door, had to force door open with her hip and said " it opens". Seriously! Room was clean but smelled musty, had to crank air up to fairly clear the air.

Great room. Very clean room and comfortable. Recently updated. Great beds. Great restaurant next door. Service is excellent. For the price the rooms are great.

Bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was gross. Will never stay in a Super 8 ever again.

It's had a bad smell on room 313. But, I resolved it with a Glade plug-in I got it in Walmart, two lights from Hotel. For rest, not bad.

Looked like the room had new carpet and a fresh coat of paint but our bathroom was nasty. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful but I don't see us returning.

It served it's purpose of a night stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Clean rooms, decently fast internet, and a fast check in process. The rooms were very modern. Better than many Super 8's in the area that I've been in.

The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all used prior to our stay. I opened the shampoo to look at it after I discovered a hair stuck in the closed top. It had been poorly wiped clean and placed back for the next people to use. The conditioner and lotion were the same. It was disgusting. It's also pet friendly so the front desk had a dog that barked the whole time we were trying to check in. Not impressed.

Got in late. Front desk clerk seemed annoyed. Room was clean but there were little things like plastic wrapper in the corner, carpet torn and glued down instead of repaired correctly. Breakfast was until 9. Came down at 8 and hot food was empty and front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. For the price it was okay. Would never stay with my family.

Bath tub was extremely dirty. Wanted to soak in the tub but after pulling the curtain back wasn't even sure if we could shower in it.

Pay a bit more for someplace else. Wife wanted here cause had smoking rooms. The vent fan in bath did not work at all. The wall in bath had brown streaks likely from no vent and being damp and smoke. Informed desk at checkout but betting that it is still not working. The frame on ac kept falling off. Wife said bed was comfy. No elevator so have to walk stairs.

Rooms that you would expect from a Super 8. Clean and quiet, nothing super fancy but good for the price. The breakfast was good; I like when they have the waffle maker.

Had a great stay, the hotel itself was as expected. Our room was clean and simple, and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, overall couldn't ask for much more.

So me and my family was go up to Dubque IA cause I was going to go to bible college up there and so after the first night we stay there my mom and dad was going to book a room for the first weekend in September and they told us that we could but I need your card number so my dad did and then they said well this is a hold on the room we will not take anything out of your bank tell you get here and they took money out of my dads bank and made his bank over drafted so I would not stay here again and we called and told them what happened and now they will not give us are money cause they said that it was a no show so you take money out of are bank account still after we did not stay.

Pretty clean. Had a nice 32 inch flat screen T. V. With cable and, the king size bed was pretty much brand new and DAMN was it comfy! The breakfast of sausage, eggs and a homemade waffle (YOU, pour the batter into a waffle iron) was quite nice as well. Very easy access in and out of the place. I only give it 4 stars because my wife tried to take a bath and the tub wouldn't fill up. Overall good experience!

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, those are the most important things to me. Breakfast was nice in that it was more than just donut and coffee but they were kinda stingy with quantity. It only ran from 6 to 9. We came down at 8 and donuts, English muffins, peanut butter, and milk were empty. Waffles were good but no one was monitoring the room so the batter cups left by other guests weren't cleaned up and no napkins or forks to be found. It was great having a full breakfast offered but the maintenance of the breakfast room was very inadequate. If you stay, set your alarm and hopefully it's a better selection at 6.

My family stayed at the hotel for four nigts and on the second night we called the front desk to let them know that there has been an empty tissue box in the bathroon since we checked in and that the bathroon needed to be clean since the bathtub looks really dirty. I guess they did not like that because the bathroom looks the same and our towels were taken away. Also, the rooms smell moldy. In general this people need to improve their cleanliness.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel personnel were friendly. Room looked recently updated. Very pleasant stay.

Easy access from the highway. Night staff was very friendly. The room rate was cheap compared to other hotels in the area as a last minute decision. With arriving early that morning and waking up late, we had a later breakfast. Staff said she was locking the door, just close it when we finish eating. A+ on hospitality! The king bed we stayed in was a very firm bed, the only reason for 4 stars. We would definitely stay here again though!

Excellent rate for the room. We are renovating our home and decided to stay at this hotel and it was a good experience. Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Our room appeared to be remodeled. We will have family members stay here in the future.

Reasonable rates. Overnight stay was comfortable. Room was clean. Newer room so it was a plus. On a budget so it was worth it.

Great location, right off the freeway. Great Mexican restaurant next door. The room was decent size. It was clean and comfortable.

No worse than other super 8s. Kinda pricey though and Internet sucks.
