The facility seemed clean and decent for the price and wasn't it any disarray by any means. The employees seemed friendly and helpful when needed. My only complaint would be to grasp a better understanding of how the Rewards program works, but I feel that is on Best Western as a brand as a whole. Upon checking in it wasn't noticed or brought up to me that I was a Rewards member, like I had at another Best Western I stayed at earlier this year. Overall, the stay was worth the money, and the customer service was good.

The whole staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The lady that takes care of the breakfast room went out of her way and bought a bottle of sugar free syrup for my waffle the next day. Another staff member also went over and above to help us and our friends to enjoy our stay. Our room was very nice and comfortable. There is a really nice restaurant walking distance of the motel. Thank you for all of your help.

If you are going to stay for a visit or just passing through Woodstock, Illinois, I would definitely recommend the Best Western hotel there. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about. I’ve stayed at others, & they can’t even compare. The staff is very informative & helpful; they can’t be beat. It’s so comfortable there, it’s like a home away from home. Trust me. The Best Western hotel in Woodstock, Illinois is the place to stay.

This is a great hotel in a small town. Great pool, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The breakfast nook is on the 2nd floor which is odd and the space is rather small. This is my 2nd stay in less that 3 months and I would never hesitate to stay at this hotel time and time again!

The rooms smell like a convalescent hospital even after the renovations. The management is awful and this establishment is not recommended to stay in unless you absolutely must stay in Woodstock. It is recommended over the place next door, but if you saw the yelp photos, you would completely understand. You may want to consider staying a little outside of town in a decent place instead of this god forsaken place.

Rooms are dated but clean. If your traveling with a pet thou… BE AWARE! They charge you $30 per pet, PER DAY! The national website states: $20 per day, not to exceed $100 per week. The hotels website states, $30 per day, not to exceed $150 per week. They tell you $30 per dog, but you’ll get charged $30 per dog, per day. Totally dishonest and charging that much is BS.

We always try to stay at Best Western properties when traveling. There is a consistency that my wife and I appreciate: friendliness of staff, quality of properties, comfort and cleanliness of the property and guest room, and the complimentary breakfast. We will continue to seek out BW properties when we travel in the future.

Room was decent. It was clean but the bathroom was setup for small child. It had the old style short and round toilet. The shower had very little water pressure. But the room seemed clean just very outdated.

Love this place. Highly recommend. CLEAN! Modern, microwave & mini fridge in room very nice staff. Pool, Casual bar (as in a sitting room where various wine & beer can be purchased. Large selection in complimentary breakfast. PET FRIENDLY! Close to major department store, restrurants, food, gas station across the street.

I travel a lot and stay in 4 &5 star Hotels. This was the cleanest I have ever stayed. Really in pressed with service, hotel and even the breakfast was incredible.

The overall hotel experience was not bad. The lobby was clean and updated, the room was clean and well taken-care-of. However, the beds were not comfortable. My mother and I ended up leaving overnight due to an unrelated issue with my daughter, but we both agreed that if the pillows had been a better size (small, flat, square pillows for a king bed) and a higher fill, the bed probably would not have felt so uncomfortable. Also, the bedding was a bit starchy and stiff. I would stay here again, but will need to remember to bring my own pillow and maybe an extra quilt.

Excellent place to book your stay. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very vibrant and happy to have customers. Specifically the third shift employee on Monday, March 5th. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful and made my night feel comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you. :)

Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was a little taken aback by the pillows on the beds — they were square and small. But otherwise I had a good stay.

Went to this location to allow grand children to get some 'winter swimming' in… this turned out to be tough to do, as the pool area was very chilly, not comfortable for those not fully immersed in the water. Hotel was clean, but it is definitely showing its age. A major update is needed if this Best Western wants folks to choose it going forward.

This is a great place to stay. The staff welcomed us in and made us feel like we were at home. The beds were a bit stiff but it is a minor con to all the pros. Very clean place. I would have felt like I was at the Hampton Inn if it wasn't for the stiffness in the mattress.

We stayed three nights with our two young boys. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms clean. We didn’t eat or swim there so this review is only considering the room, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed on the third floor and the room is very tidy. The front desk staff was very nice and prompt. We had quite a big group for a professional development conference and they did a wonderful job accommodating us.

It seems like an OK place until the night after we got home and we started Finding the BEDBUGS! I immediately called the hotel and the lady I spoke to assured me they did not have bedbugs and I assured her that I never had either before being at their hotel. I gave her a room number and told her I was not looking for any compensation just wanted to ensure no one else took them home with them She then told me that she would have a manager call me, that has been six weeks ago I have not heard from anyone! After going through all of the steps to get rid of them on our own TWICE, Which by the way, is a lot of work! We are still finding them and have now scheduled an appointment for tomorrow for a professional to come in and exterminate our house of them for $600! Needless to say it would be my advice that it would be much less expensive to stay somewhere else!

The staff at this hotel is superb… very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. The only complaint I have is the very low water pressure. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay here.

I had a great experience here. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Also the pool was a nice size. The staff Michael and Cora were so nice. Highly reccomend them!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our toilet wouldn't flush. The repairman did get it to flush, but not well. Glad we were only staying 1 night! Breakfast was not great. Eggs and sausage were cold. No salt packets or shakers. No little creamer cups for the coffee/tea. We won't be staying again.

Best hotel in the area to stay at. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than the standard free breakfast you usually get, more choices. The pool was nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and we were situated in a close proximity to everything. It's in a great location. There's a good restaurant associated with the hotel right in front of the place. Staff is very nice, and very helpful. Don't even think it over, it's your best bet in Woodstock.

The first day of June is the perfect time to rate the Best Western Inn in Woodstock, IL as tonight on PBS television President Obama is coming into each of our own 'Town Halls' though the magic that television is. And here is what truly is magical is that this Best Western which I drove past today, (and stayed at in the past) ; has a splendid view of an actual magic wand that they don't list in the Amenities. So in addition to Free Wi-Fi, Free breakfast, & Free parking you also have Free access to this magic wand that I speak of. Imagine now if you will a. 1 mile 2 min. WalKing adventure to the tune of Barack 'sparKing up' the TV glitter speaker with the sound bite “What magic wand do you have? " to Trump’s economic growth spur. So have you found the magic wand yet? If not there is a German/Polish. Swedish (G. P. S). That will reveal it right across the street! And upon that black asphalt, the magic of the wand reveals to us an incredible insight into linguistic nanotechnology that will magically provide jobs to occupy the curious and intellectual mind. So for my first trick for the ladies (and yes I do tricks for the 21 year old's), I will transform AMENITIES into ETAMINE, a soft cotton fabric with an open mesh; used for curtains at the Beast Western for our MATINEES. And with another pass of my wand the word SANTIMI is revealed upon a coin baring a coat of arms of the Republic of Latvia.

Sheets were stained and the view out the back was a scummy motel with a shirtless hairy man smoking just outside his room. Otherwise, it was OK.

Two night guest at the Woodstock best western inn. Enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and the overall cleaniness was up to part. Nice clean pool both my self and daughter enjoyed. Had a computer area where you could browse and print. Small weight room bar cabnet for drinks for those who drink. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly during my stay. Oh yeah breakfast was great. Hot cooked food, real orange juice, bagels toast, waffle maker, fresh fruit, etc. I would stay again for sure.

We came here to inquire about a wedding later this year. They were all very helpful.

Woodstock Inn was great, location was close to downtown, rooms were well kept, service was good and employees were very kind and helpful. Wish there was a hot tub with the pool but everything was still good.

I went with my friends to her birthday party, I looked the idea and the experience but they were very stricled about their volume rules.
